hi all
i am nt able to see the excise tab in display mode of migo....
from where can i get the number of excise invoiceof a particular good receipt doc...
is there ne standard report in which i can get the details of PO-GR-PARTII nos
sap mm

goto J1I7 here you can give your PO number and get all Part 2 documents created. you can also check if part 1 has been done for some and part 2 not done.

In MIGO, Excise Invoice tab is displayed during the Creation Mode, but in the MIGO display mode the Excise Invoice tab is not displayed, what could be the reason pls suggest me.

Symptom: - In Transaction MIGO, in case of goods receipt with excise,Excise Tab forthe corresponding material document is not displayed from Release 470 andabove.
Solution: - Please apply the code changes as specified in the note.

Hi,
It means Manufacturing plant setting is not done in SPRO and DC plants have been configured.
Follow following Menu path
SPRO> Logistics General> Tax On Goods movement> India> basic Settings-->Maintain Plant settings
Enter manufacturing plants here and delete the DC plants existing over there.

Condition tab in display mode while creating sales order.

Hi Guys,
When I go to create a sales order the condition tab shows all the condition types in grey, irrrespective of its being manual or mandatory. I know it has nothing to do with V/06 or standard pricing transactions. So I changes the item categry.Again used the same order type, same customer , same material and same sales area. Once I change the item category to Zxxx, Condition tab becomes changeable. So I concluded that item category is the culprit. But the question is Which part of item category is influencing it ?

Hi Phani,
While creating sales order (VAO1), I go to item level and click on condition tab. I see all the things in this tab grayed. Nothing is changeable. I changed the item category, while the pricing procedure was same as the old one. Condition tab became changeable. So it has something to do with item category. But what is that one thing missing in my item category which is making condition tab grayed out..?

Excise tab is not displaying in migo

Hi,
for one material, purchase order has done. when i am going to do migo against purchase order, the excise invoice & excise items tab is not displaying.
note:- for all other materials(purchase order), excise tab is displaying.
could you please solve this problem.

Check the problem with repect to the material,
Check if the Tax % is assigned properly for the combination of tht material. check J1ID,
Is in the PO the excise amount calculated? Check the condition records?

when u creating tabstrip,while defining each tab in tabstrip , u have to
create one subscreen for each tab.i think u want one tab for display
mode and one tab for edit mode. if u want this way , in one tab try to
give fields all in invisible mode this for display mode and goto second tab if u want all visible only keep like that only other wise u have create geoups.when u press enter ,groups will be change.it means visible , invisible modes.
u have to give logic for screen in pbo.

Excise tab is not coming in MIGO

Dear All ,
pl help that as user is trying to do G.R wrt inb. delv , let me brief out user had made a qty contract with an import vendor itis having two line items , now an Rel order ( material ) is created wrt this qty contract., now as user is trying to do GR wrt inbound delv so for first line item excise tab is displaying & the ex. tab is not displying for second line item , even i had checked in J1ID for mat & chap i.d combination it is maint. here , pl guide what else to check.

The process is as below;
1. ME21N - Create Import PO
2. MIRO - Customs Invoice
3. J1IEX - Capture Bill of Entry
4. MIGO - GR w.r.t. Import PO
5. J1IEX - Post Bill of Entry
6. MIRO - Import Vendor Invoice
7. MIRO - Clearing Agent Invoice
Please check the following
Follow the exactly same process as suggested above.
J1ID - Maintain Excise Indicator as 1 and rest all Excise Details as "NA" for Import Vendor (Also check for Material & Chapter ID Combination, CENVAT Determination, Excise Tax Rates, etc...)
ME21N - Import PO should have a Zero % Tax Code.
Maintain Number range in J1I9 for objects.

Excise Invoice Tab not appeared in MIGO Display mode

Dear All Guru,
we are facing a problem after posting excise invoice,we are not able to see excise invoice tab in MIGO display mode .We are done all necessary patch uploading but there are some ABAP programming change related to MIGO display.

How you posted the excise invoice, have you done this posting in MIGO transaction or in J1IEX transaction.
If you have not gor the Excise tab in MIGO while posting you cann't get the same after posting also. You need to do settings for this in IMG settings for the excise group customization then you will get this excise invoice tab in MIGO

eg:- when i received a material in MIGO with Excise Details, all are happening properly, but when i am going to see the Material Document in Display mode, that time i am not able to see Excise tab.
due to that problem, i am not able to post Excise invoice in system.

Hi,
You have two issues:
1. Capture excise in MIGO t.code
2.Display mode of Material Document , need to view Excise tab.
For 2nd issue you need get authorization for Display Material Document with excise details
For 1st issue follow setting:
As you needed excise to be capture in t.code:MIGO, you need to do following settings:
Select check boxes of "EI capture" & "Post EI in MIGO" in MIGO Settings segment in Maintaining Excise Group setting in following path:
SPRO --- >Logistics general - > tax on Goods Movements- >India --- >Basic setting --- >Maintain Excise Groups
NOTE: Also set "Duty different at GR" check box in case manual entry excises value in case of Dealer Invoice.
Also set entry of 101 Movement Type for capturing Excise Duties in following path:
SPRO --- >Logistics general - > tax on Goods Movements- >India - >Business Transactions->Specify Which Movement Types Involve Excise Invoices

Excise tab not appearing in GR display

Hi,
After creating the Goods reciept, when we display the GR document the excise tab is not appearing. While creating only the excise tab appears and can enter all the excise details. But if want check the values entered in the display mode of the GR, we tab does not appear.
Please let me know if any customising setting needs to be done so that this tab will appear in display mode also. We are on ECC 6

As per my understanding ......
While Doing MIGO, Excise Tab appear at header level in Excise Tab and also at Item Level.
But when u post part1 only, then Excise Entries also found there.
But after posting Part1 in MIGO and Part2 in J1IEX,
while going to back MIGO Document, Exicse Does not appear there becoz u post only part1 not part2.
u can observe there entries like this
During GR
                                    Material Stock            Dr.
                                    GR/IR clearing                        Cr.
During Excise Invoice Credit
                                    Cenvat Account          Dr.
                                    Cenvat Clearing                     Cr.

Part2 tab in MIGO at display mode not visible

Hi Experts,
After capturing part 1 in MIGO and posting part 2 in J1IEX, part2 tab in MIGO display mode is not visible after a few days.
It appears immediately after posting part2 in J1IEX but if we refer the same material document after a few days pat2 tab is not visible.
We are in ECC 6.0 EHP4 recently upgraded from 4.7

Hello,
Follow the below steps to manually regenerate of enhancement spots.
1)     MB_DOC_BADI_INTERNAL
2)     MB_GOODSMOVEMENT
3)     MB_MIGO_BADI
Standard MIGO enhancement spots are not getting regenerated which contains the code changes to update excise tables.
if you want to manualy regenerate, through SE18 generate,
if you want to automatic contact Basis guys,

I understand this note is useful if Excise tab not dispalyed while doing MIRO. But the issue is -In dispaly mode of MIGO the excise tab is not dispalyed even though we have captured the Excise during MIGO.

STO - Excise tab not getting displayed in material document after posting.

Dear all,
We are facing an STO issue where in after we have done the receipt at the receiving plant with excise, the excise tab does not display in the GR material document.
It is plant to plant stock transfer with excise, the process that we are following as given below:
1) STO PO - ME21N
2) Outbound delivery - VL10B - Post PGI in VL02N
3) Outgoing excise invoice - J1IIN - With the key DLFC.
4) GR - MIGO with excise invoice capture.
During GR posting in MIGO screen the system does display the excise tab, we enter the outgoing excise number and the corresponding values appear in BED, ECS and HCES. We post the GR material document.
But after posting the material document if we display the same GR material document it does not show the excise invoice tab. And since we are not having part 1 entry number we are not able to post the part 2 entry in J1IEX.
Request to please do let us know if we have missed out on any configuration or master data.

                      I have Impelemented a Migo Badi and Created a Additional Tab in MIGO . The Additional Tab is getting Displayed in Create Mode but the same is not getting in Dispay Mode . Can Any Body help me for the same .
                                  I have Created two screen for the same .
0001 is for Created and 0002 is for Display mode . And in PBO i rave checked the condition for the same which i am pasing below for your refrence . Can any body please help me .
