Excise Utilization Report

Is there is any standard report for line item details of debit entries of excise utilization
Please let me know the TCode if there is standard report

run j1i7, give Excise Group and "DLFC" in Excise Transaction Type with Excise Invoice Date.

Sorry for delay in reply. I don't think this can be possible from front end without involving SQL dbo users table. If you found any other alternate please share here.
You can get site collection / sub site user details via

Certain vendor excise details(chapter id,ecc no,excise regn) were available in J2I9 along with transactions
or otherwise develop Z report using J_1I* tables.

Generate Prime Interface Availability and Utilization Report for unified APs

I´m trying to generate interface availability and interface utilization report for unified APs on Prime Infrastructure 2.0, but it doesn´t display any information. I have created device health and interface health templates under desing/Monitor configuration/My templates and deployed under Deploy/Monitoring deployment, but it still don´t show any information,

I face the some issue with you, I just run "Report/Report Launch Pad/Deivce/Interface Utilization"
and then I create a report for interface utilization.
But it display nothing when the report run finished.
I ask some guys in this forum, they said maybe it's a PI2.1 bug.

Capacity Utilization Reports no data

Hi all, starting a new thread as none of the similar threads have been able to resolve my issue.
We have System Center 2012 SP1 on Server 2012, SCOM VMM, SM, Orchestrator, App Controller etc.
When I run the Capacity Utilization report I only have data returned for PIF, Net transfer, Capacity Utilization and Dick IO all return;
No data available. Possible causes include::
The performance rules for the report have not been enabled in the VMM Reports MP.
No computers match your selection criteria.
I am adding the Hyper-V host to the report, I have also added the Windows server objects to the report.
The SCOM host has the execution policy set to Unrestricted as per one post I have found. Pro Tips do work when tested.

If I look at the monitoring views I see performance data against the Hosts.

Capacity utilization report (Labour)

Hi
We are developing workcenter capacity utilization report.
We have taken available capacity from KAKO table and function module.
Actual finished set up hrs we are taking from AFRU -ISM01/ILE01
My issue is for capturing confirmed set up hrs AFRU is the correct table or any other table is there.
when i am testing some production orders set up time values are not flowing into the developed report.
In which table we can see confirmed set up/processing times etc.

Check the Work Centre assingin in the operation overview screen -then double clcik on this -Goto Work Centre Basic data Tab -Check the Standrda Value Key -Stndard value drives the three Setup , labout , machine to be entre or must be entred or not .
If Rule for maintainec is not for Set up , then this will not come up in Confirmation screen also and hence in your customised report .Or you may be having Set up hrs which have not confirmed yet .Based on this SVK , you will choose the Formula key for Scehdule , capactiy and also Csoting tab to calcuate the same.
Check this and come back

You need to configure snmp server ip address (what's up gold ) in router with community sting which is configured in server.Check out the below link for insatllation guide on whatsup gold for help !!

Higher Education Cess not appearing in Excise Utilization tab

Hello Gurus,
When i create excise invoice, system is calculating the SeCess in the " CREATE EXCISE INVOICE SCREEN". But, the same is not appearing in the excise Utilization tab. Plz guide to help me solve this issue.

Apply the below note
Note 1251611 - SECess is not visible in J1IIN
To correct this issue in transaction J1IIN :
1. Ensure that you have already applied the corrections suggested in note
926664.
2. Run transaction SE80. Enter the program name as 'SAPMJ1IIN' in the
change mode.
3. Navigate to the screen 0600 and enter the layout of this screen.
4. Rename the text fields from 'TAX1' to 'SECess'. Also, do NOT maintain
these text fields as Invisible in the attributes.
5. For the I/O field 'TOTALS-TAX1AMT', 'RG23A-TAX1AMT', 'RG23C-TAX1AMT',
'PLA-TAX1AMT', 'ENT_TOT-TAX1AMT', remove the value 'AT1' from the Group 1
attribute. Also, do NOT maintain these I/O fields as Invisible in the
attributes.
6. Save and activate the screen.

Interface Utilization report displays the interface utilization data for each device polled for the Interface Utilization
template. The information is presented using the percentage specifier.
For eg its displayed % (Rx Max%,Rx Avg%,RxMin%,
Tx Max%,Tx Avg%,TxMin%)
I wants report should have the data(interface utilization In Bytes of data)
Can we display the data instead of the percentage?? is it possible ???

Prime Infrastructure (2.0) utilization report on port group possible?

Hello
I want to create an interface utilization report for a specific port group in PI, but can't see how to do that in the report setting. You only seem to be able to select a specific device or site rather than port group. Is it possible? Also, is it possible to put that on a dashlet?

Yes, I worked that out a little while ago, and can now see interface utilization by port group on the Performance > Network Interface page. I do have another question however (well two)....
I wanted to add graph over time for the utilization to the detail dashboard, but nothing shows up, even though I see the utilization in the network interface page, so I'm sure the monitoring is deployed. Why is the data missing from the graphs?
Also, I wanted to see interface packets per second graphs, but see that is not part of any default template, so I created a customer SNMP template from the IF-MIB to do this, but I can only deploy that against sites/devices or a list of interfaces, and not port groups. Why can't I deploy a customer SNMP template against a port group?

Unable to generate CUSSM Trunk/PRI Utilization Report

We want to generate Voice Gateways E1 Utilization report from CUSSM 8.5. I have configured CUOM 8.5 and CUSM 8.5 but i am unable to get the date for number of active calls and % utilization/PRI.

Well i have done a little reading and found out that CUSSM 8.5 gives trunk utilizaition but only for MGCP Controlled Gateways. Reverting back to version 1.3

Excise Utilization through J2IUN

i am doing excise utilization through Transaction code J2IUN
at the Utilzation screen balance appearing under Account Name PLABED is different that the actual GL Balance.
in this respect i have another question that is, whether the PLA Balance is taken directly from GL Account or from any table.

Hi,
Go to the change mode of Commercial invoice VF02 from there
Go to> Header> Output
In the dialog box maintian the output types for commercial invoice and excise invoice manually medium and press enter.
Select the line item and press Communication method button
Maintain Logical destination, Number of messages, Tick Print immediately/ Release after output (as required) Select SAP coverpage as "Print"
Come back and save.
Then you can see the output .

LMS 4.2 specific interface utilization report

is there a way to create a interface utilization report only for a specific port? Like switch1->interface fa0/10
Right now i can only choose all ports from a device?

So, the new weekly report does not show the high Utilizations anymore, but there is a new problem:
In the "Report Details", there are 7 devices and 126 interfaces, but in the "Interface Utilization Summary", there are only 49 Interfaces.
I have added a screenshot, so that you can see, what I mean.

Interafce utilization report in lms 3.1

Hi I have installed LMS 3.1 at ine of our customer. when we are extracting interface utilization report(HUM interface report) It gives me the graphs which are in format of packets/second or value in % . Customer want a simple report which will give him the graps in bite or Kb per second. even if when the operator will pull the report the report should be generated simplly port utilization for both RX and tx in Kb or Mb insted of octate/packets per second.
Is it possible ? if it is possible please guide me how to configure the report template.

Can you clarify if this is correct
( Avg % Rx + Avg % TX ) x Total Bandwidth configured on interface/100 = Total Bandwidth Utilization
For eg: Avg % Rx=11
            Avg % Tx=11
            Interface= Gigaethernet 1/1
            Bandwidth 465000
Bandwidth= 465000= 46.5 Mbps
Now Applying formula = (11+11) x 46.5/ 100 = 10.23 Mbps i.e actual interface utilization
