Exclude Special G/L Transactions in Collection Management Worklist
Hi everybody,
We have implemented Collection Management and Dispute Management. Every day with transaction FDM_COLL_SEND01 all open items are transferred from FI-AR to FSCM-CM. After that the workslists are created successfully.
I have noticed that all Special G/L transaction are transferred as well. This was not my intention.
In the IMG (Financial Supply Chain Managemeny > Collections Management > Integration with Accounts Receivable Accounting > Activate Process Integration of Documents with Special G/L Indicator) it seems possible to include or exclude Special G/L items.
The transaction suggests that when no values are entered, no Special G/L items appear in the transfer from FI-AR to FSCM-CM, which is fine. However, this seems not to work. Whatever I try in this customizing screen, the result is always that Special G/L items are available in the worklist. That's not what we want. Remarkable is that in this customizing screen, the option "exclude" is grey, which means that it cannot be used at all.
I realize there is a BADI available and there is a possible work around that gives the possibility to filter the data in the workslist itself, but that's not the preferred option. Is there another way to exclude Specials G/L items?
Hope that someone can help me. What am I doing wrong?
Regards,
Carlo
Interesting - I dont get the Excl field. (I have gone to the far right to check)
I managed to enter a value for a Company Code, Special GL and leave the relevant as blank.
You need to make sure your FIN-BASIS settings are for Enh Pack 6 as well.(736) and SAP_APPL is 606

I try to find a way to exclude Special G/L Transactions in FDM_COLL01 and Worklist (Process Receivable). Whenever a transaction is created in AR, it immediately shows up in FDM_COLL01, regular or special GL transactions.
As per my understanding of your business case, it would be better off not getting the Special GL information to Collections at all.
Try using the badi - Distribution of Data in Collections Management.
However if based on the data stored in different fields, depending upon the configuration done in FI, if there is a way of differentiating Special GL from Normal Items, best way would be to set appropriate filters. -
Collection Management Worklist
Dear All
We have configured the collection management in our test system and system was working fine. When we move configuration to QAS and do the testing there is no worklist created. Although we keep the same settings. We assign the collection profile and specialist to our business partner also
Please let us know what can be the problem.
Thanks and Best RegardsHi
My problem is solved. Actually I forgot to distribute the data to collection management. Now worklist is generated. Now I have only one issue that example I create the worklist and later I change the collection strategy and then run the worklist again. But system show the old worklist. How can the worklist be updated.
Thanks and Best Regards -
Collection Management Worklist Credits not Consolidated
Hi All
In our system once our specialist accesses the collection worklist for a business partner and clicks on process recievables to go into the open items, they are not seeing the credit line consolidated as one line.
Normally the credits appear as one line clicking on which opens the list of all individual open credits that make up that whole.
Somehow we are not seeing them as one but they are spread out as other debits in the list.
Any one has a solution for this?
Thanks,Ram,
The work list will show up the consolidated receivables for each BP. If you select the BP's process receivables area you will only see the individual line items of that particular BP.This is standard.
You will see the total receivable of a business partner in the work list itself why do want the same inside the PR area..?

FSCM- excluding certain open items for example, special G/L transactions
Hi All,
This might not be the right forum to post FSCM thread but if any one have worked on it please guide..
to exclude Special GL transactions we have implemented FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS BAdI and excluded some special GL item through CT_ITEMS_EXCLUDE parameter of the BAdI.( as per SAP documentation)
But when a document is created with special GL , without even running the distibution program i am able to view in the worklist.
When we execute the distribution program the BAdi is called but still the SPl GL document item is not deleted from the worklist.
How can we exclude the item.?
Regards,
SurenderHello Surender! Did you find a way of solving this issue? I have the exact same problem.
Thank you.

Problem facing while implementing FSCM-Collections Management
Hi,
I am doing the FSCM-Collections Management implementation in my current project.I have implemented everything but i got struck up while bringing the"Customers in to Business Partners" (In collections management Business partners are nothing but Customers).
Note: The requirement is -Once you bring the customers as business partners in Collections management module,What ever the changes you made to Customers in FI module, the same changes will be done in Collections management Business Partners also.
So,now i am not able to Bring the Customers to Business Partners in Collections management.Kindly help me how can i bring the customers of FI into Collections Management.
Thanks
SupriyaHave you tried FLBPD1 - transaction - creating business partner from customer?
This transaction lives only udner Treasury and Risk Management > BP > Special Functions
BTW, have you connected in config business partner with customers? Check the settings under cross application components and in Collection Mgt.

Creation of Worklists in Collections Management
Hi,
In FSCM collections management, I did all the config and created Business partner and moved the FI-AR data to collections management without any error.
Now, in Tcode UDM_SUPERVISOR. I dont find the entries transferred to collections management. Could anyone please let me know, whether I missed any step or how can i find the entries in the worklist.
Thanks in advance!!!!
Regards,
AmeetHello,
1) Make sure the master data for your BPartner is updated (either manually or automatically) Role UDM000.
2) Please copy the standard strategies delivered by SAP (transaction UDM_STRATEGY). It happen once that the strategies were not doing anything at runtime...
3) Adjust your entries in UDM_GROUPS with the new strategies.
4) Run the worklist selection again (UDM_GENWL). Make sure you mark the flag "Distribute Items" and "Start Online".
... now check the UDM_WL_ITEM table.
If nothing appears, post the log given by UDM_GENWL.

Problem during Creation of Worklist in Collections Management
Hi,
I get the following runtime error when I run the transaction UDM_GENWL:
Short text
The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records.
What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "CL_UDM_PARALLEL_RUN===========CP" had to be
terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
Error analysis
An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was not caught
in
procedure "SAVE_PARALLEL_RUN" "(METHOD)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING
clause.
Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
If you use an ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert to insert a record in
the database and that record already exists with the same key,
this results in a termination.
(With an ABAP/4 Open SQL single record insert in the same error
situation, processing does not terminate, but SY-SUBRC is set to 4.)
Any idea what this could be due to? Is this an errorin the standard program?
Thanks and Best Regards,
MadhuHi Mark,
I'm selected the checkbox "Start Online" in the selection screen for Generating Worklists. So, I believe I'm running it in the foreground. As for the selection screen parameters, here they are:
Collection Segment: TEST_SEG
Worklist Valid From: 10.10.2010
Distribute Items: Yes (Checkbox selected)
Distribution Method: Even Distribution to Collection Specialists
Start Online: Yes (Checkbox selected)
The master data and configuration have been made in the usual way for Collections Management as per the help documents.
I've created a customer via the Business Partner using the Master Data Synchronization.
Any idea what the issue could be?

Posting a incoming payment collection management
Dear All,
I am posting an incoming payment for an overdue item using the t.code f-28 and transfering the payment using FDM_coll_send01.
The output details is saying that no payments updated for the customer 'x'
If i open and see the worklist the overdue line item of that customer is not there and in the payments tab also the payment is not appearing it is not appearing.
Any idea of why it is not getting updated...
thank you
vassyMahesh,
The logs are green and to my knowledge everything has been activated. Mind you, everything is working, including automatic synchronization of Business Partners from customer master data and open items, promise to pay etc in Collections Management. The only piece that is not working are the payments not coming across. The table FDM_COLL_LASTPAY is blank and thus they don't come across when you run FDM_COLL_SEND01.
One thought I had was that the reason it is not working is because there is no company code specific data in our Business Partner master data, since company code is part of the key of the FDM_COLL_LASTPAY table. We followed the following guide to setup the syncing of customers to Business Partners:
http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/b001aec0-b12d-2d10-3faa-b416e6de0270
As a result, when a customer is created, we get the following tabs in corresponding Business Partner - Address, Address Overview, Identification, Control, Payment Transactions, Status and Collection Profile. I do not see any company code specific data at all. I have not been able to find any information on how to bring company code level data to BPs. Not sure if that is the right direction.
Best regards,

FSCM Collection Management with FI-AP
Dear SAP Experts
I am using FSCM Collections Management with FI-AR. I have linked my customer and vendor in FI-AR & FI-AP and selected clearing between the two master records, does anyone know if it is possible to pass FI-AP data (e.g. vendor credit memos) to FSCM Collections Management so that they appear on a worklist? I cannot move Contract Accounting for various external reasons.
Thanks
SimonHi Simon,
Yes you can. Please, make sure if this is vendor has the role that can be identified as it like a customer. Normally, by BP transaction you can see this role.
The BP was used because this scenario. Since 6.0 version, the vendor can be customer and customer can be vendor by using unique code or BP number.
Please, check the documentation below:

Its is very simple to convert Customer master in Business partner for collection management. Map Customer grouping along with BP grouping with external number range. There are some other setting in Synchronization
under cross applications.
Once u have done that execute transaction code: MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT.

FDM_COLL01 - Customer list process receivables / Collections Management.
Hi All,
When Arranged,Promised(Residual) and Broken columns are updated / data fetched in T-Code : FDM_COLL01 - Customer list process receivables / Collections Management.
Regards
SudarshanI would check the line items.
There will be missing line items, I would check them.
Have you got any noted items, special GL items, items that were cleared in the future?
Also have you activated Head Office display as per Enhancement Package 4 - that could be a reason as well. -
TX: UDM_GENWL (Collections Management)
In Collection Management, I created a job to execute the transactions:
UDM_BP_PROF; FDM_COLL_SEND01; UDM_GENWL
Job executes perfectly the first and second transaction, but appears a
dump with third one.
Job is executed in background and I found out the tx UDM_GENWL and
appears a message: Segment ZCM_COL is blocked for run; Message no.
UDM_BUPA_TRANS_DATA103
It is happening when we execute more than 1 customers.
Could you please help me?Have you activated segment ZCM_COL?
Have you run FDM_COLL_SEND01 in the foreground with the details check box?
Did you get any errors with this?
Within UDM_GENWL - have you run this in the foreground?
Have you checked the variant that you are using?
If there is an issue here, get an ABAP'er to debug it to find the error. -
Collection management FI correspondence
Hi Everyone,
In process receivables screen of collection worklist, we have an option to "Request FI correspondence". In this SAP provides only 7 standard correspondence types SAP06 SAP08 SAP10 SAP13 SAP14 SAP15 SAP16.
Is there a way to add additional correpondence request options ? Which BADi or BTE should I use to add these.
ThanksI would suggest you follow the instructions in the help for FI Correspondence for Collections Management
This is found in the function configuration
Use
The Request FI Correspondence function enables you to request
correspondence in Collections Management from the Process Receivables
view direct.
You can request the following correspondence:
Bank statement
Open item list
Individual correspondence (user text)
Customer statement (single statement)
Open items list with payment advice (single)
Open item list (association)
Open item list with payment advice (association)
The request for correspondence is noted in the customer contact.
With module FDM_COLL_CORR_PROCESS_00002310 you have an example
implementation of Process Interface
00002310 (Correspondence: Define output device). The implementation calls a
dialog in which the user can choose the output medium for the correspondence.
The decision is based on the contact data from the header data of the
receivables processing view.
If you do not use this example implementation, you can branch to the print
view or direct to printing when requesting correspondence.
If there is no print output, you have to output the correspondence using
transaction F.61.
Further notes
You can use the individual components of implementation
FDM_COLL_REQUEST_FICORR for separate implementations of BAdI
FDM_COLL_PR_FCODE:
FDM_COLL_CORRESPOND_REQUEST
This module determines the correspondence
offered in the system, and creates the entries in table BKORM.
FDM_COLL_CORRESPONDENCE_DISP
This module provides the elements for the
entry in the customer contact.
