Excuse me my iphone 2g is stucked to the apple logo so i tried restoring it with itunes but i got the error 611
So my iphone 2g stucked on the apple logo and i tried with itunes restore....i put it in and everything is okay i get the usb cable and the itunes logo on the display but after extracting the software there is a problem.Itunes start restoring the software and then i hear windows unplug sound and is restoring the whole internity and my iphone display is not on.....can you tell me how to fix my issue.

Hey Edgar, how exactly did you do the updates? Are you running iTunes 11.2.2? And you iPod 5 is still running iOS 6.1.2 as your tag shows? or are you running iOS 7.1.1? More info would be helpful. As Deggie asked, what was the error message, the more detailed the better. One more thing-- is this a Mac machine or a PC? Cheers.

Sorry but jailbreaking frequently has its problems. It voids the warranty and we can't help you in this Apple forum.

my ipadmini has been having a problem whenever I charge it through the mains. I took it to an authorised reseller and they said it could be an hardware issue.
After two days I went to check on it and it was able to connect to iTunes and I restored. But this has not fixed the issue. Every time I charge it, it goes off and to put it back on it would not respond unless I have my finger on home button for a long time. I have changed my USB port and even the adopter.
I have erased all data and reset it,but same problem again.
Does someone have a clue on what I should do. Because this is getting ridiculous.

If you try all these steps and you still have issues... Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is the Next Step...

I was unlocking my 3g iphone with at&t's approval, on the process I reset:erase all settings and content. now my iphone blocked out(not responding) with only the apple logo. MMy iPhone 5 is stuck on the apple logo which flickers and then fades slightly before resetting again to the apple logo. It will not restore.
This might be hardware related and you'll have to get your phone checked by visiting an Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple Store next to your place.
You can also contact Apple Support and talk to them. They can check the battery online.

i tried reseting my ipod today and had a similar problem... it wont be recognized by itunes, the only thing i havent tried is putting it into DFU mode, or the state that it is in when u recieve it telling u to connect it to itunes.i recommend putting it into DFU mode. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34v8HMC9B98 this should better explain it. if i find another way, ill keep u updated

does anyone know how to delete songs that came with the iPhone 6 in the music?? i tried deleting them from iTunes but i couldn't.
I know you already solved this but for future reference, there is also another setting to only keep songs downloaded to your device visible in music.

Plug it into a wall outlet and leave it plugged in for approximately 20 minutes.
Then try a reset by pressing and holding the home and power buttons for 15-20 seconds.
Does the device power on at this point? If not, the battery or logic board is gone.
Take it to Apple for evaluation.
It may be worth replacing the battery, but I personally wouldn't spend the $149US for an Out of Warranty replacement on a 3+yr old device. -

Iphone 6+ Stuck in Recovery/Apple Logo, Can't Update/Restore
Hello! I got an iPhone 6+ a week ago, and have had it working perfectly until two days ago. I tried to update it through iTunes to iOs 8.12.
After successfully downloading the OS (12 hour download), iTunes began to update it. During the update the screen went black, and the phone restarted in recovery mode. I tried to restore the phone, and iTunes told me the phone would be restored and updated. The restoration did not work. I tried to restore the phone/update the phone for a third, but it would take hours to download and try again. I can restart the phone, but it takes me to the Apple Logo and stops. I can get into DFU mode. After getting to the Apple Logo and turning the phone off, it won't come back on until I plug the phone in. Even after hours of charging, the phone still states the battery has "died". Does anyone have a fix for this? I tried several programs including Tiny Umbrella and the program from FonePaw. Any help is needed. Thanks.No. My network gets 10gb/s. The OS takes hours to download through iTunes. I also downloaded the 8.12 ISPW for iPhone 6 Plus so I could shift-click and manually update. Still no dice. The complete restore. It just keeps going back to trying to download the OS.
