.Exe Missing DAQmx subVIs

Hello everyone,
I built an installer for my .exe. I included:
1. NI LabVIEW Run-Time Engine 2012 SP1
2. NI-DAQmx Core Runtime 9.6.2
3. NI-DAQmx MAX Configuration Support 9.6.2
The computer I made the VI is a Windows XP machine. The computer I want to run the installer on is a freshly-installed Windows 7 machine. When I attempt to run the installer, I get the following error:
Missing subVI DAQmx Create Task.vi... missing subVI DAQmx Create Channel (TEDS-A1-Voltage-Basic).vi... Missing Timing (Sample Clock).vi... Missing Control Task.vi... Missing Clear Task.vi... Missing Stop Task.vi... Missing external function nilvaiu.*AQReadNChanNSamp1DWfm:C...
It looks like I'm missing DAQmx VI's, yet I included DAQmx in the installer.

I know these sound like a no-brainer questions but, did you run set-up.exe from <Directory>volume? Can you open MAX on the target machine? If so what software components are listed? Did you reboot to finish installation?
My 8-Ball is screaming that this is a simple error that will involve a <face palm> moment.

Windows 8.1 installation first reboot 0xc000007b ntoskrnl.exe missing or contains errors

I'm trying to install Windows 8.1 (with updata 1) using UEFI on my Intel DP45SG.
Starting up the installation by using UEFI works fine, but after the files have been copied and the system reboots I get the following error code: 0xc000007b ntoskrnl.exe missing or contains errors
I've tried reformatting my USB stick and recopying the files, as well as re downloading the installation files but this hasn't resolved the problem.
Is there anything I can try to fix this? Perhaps give some commands in the commands prompt?

It might be caused by changes in Windows 8 PnP in which Boot Start Drivers are not installed by default.

At start up the following message appears: Program Files\Camera Assistant Software for Toshiba\CEC_MAIN.exe missing. Re-install.
All systems otherwise operate normally.
How do I reinstall this software. I have recovery disc made when machine purchased.

The CEC_MAIN.exe belongs to the Chicony webcam software which is preinstalled on your notebook.
Seems something went wrong with this software and the exe file cannot be found.
In such case I recommend reinstalling this software.
You can find all drivers for your notebook model on the Toshiba European driver page.

New Hardware / DAQmx Install, LabView 7.1 Now Missing DAQmx VI's?

Hello -
I've been running Labview 7.1 and some applications we've built with it for some time now. Due to an old DAQ board failure, we had to upgrade. Upon receiving the new (PCI-6225M) DAQ board, we had to update DAQmx (to 8.9.5) in order for this new board to be supported.
In doing so, it appears that the DAQmx VI's I had for Labview 7.1 were actually removed from the system. When I try to load my 7.1 applications, I get errors saying that it can't find various DAQmx VI's (like the DAQmx Create Task and Read VI's). Since it allows me to browse for them, I browse to the directory structures that *do* have them now (intended for LV 8.2+, which we don't have). If I select these VI's they seem to be found okay, but then I get an error for each VI saying that it's only for a newer version of LabView, not v7.1.
So what gives? What can I do? Why on earth would a newer DAQmx installer actually go in and remove already existing files from my previous install that previously worked fine? I am not impressed. What should have been a simple board upgrade now appears to be setting us back some significant time.

I also have common issue. I am using labview 7.1 with DAQmx version 8.8. Recently, I just bought the cDAQ-9178, which requires me to upgrade my DAQmx to version 9.4. After installation completed, I discovered all my DAQmx missing. My question is:
1. Do you have any patch to let me stay @ LV version 7.1 with the new DAQmx 9.5 without missing DAQmx vis? I need the new DAQmx to be able to connect with cDAQ-9178.

Apsdaemon.exe missing msvcr80.dll and won't run... Help???

I get this message at start up - "apsdaemon.exe missing msvcr80.dll because it is not found. Reinstall program"
Because of this my itunes won't work, I can't even repair it, and I can't even install it after removing it....

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Nachdem ich Teil 1 von PE-10 heruntergeladen hatte, wurde noch PE_10_LS.exe zum Herunterladen angeboten. Das kann aber nicht durchgeführt werden, weil, lt. Fehlermeldung, der Datei-Achivteil fehlt. Um PE-10 extrahieren zu können müssen alle Teile im selben Ordner sich befinden. Zuerst sollen alle Teile heruntergeladen werden.

Solche Missverständnisse mit integrierten Ordnern können passieren:
dasProblem ist gelöst!
Bei den Ordnern die sich nach der Ausführung von LS15.7z gebildet hatten, hatte ich LS15.exe in den extrahierten Ordner „PhotoshopElements_10_LS15“ abgelegt. Danach erst zum Ordner mit dem Zip-File und dem extrahierten Ordner.

Can you attach an image of the error display? Did you install DAQmx after installing LabVIEW? Do you have the DAQmx palette?

i've noticed mine is ver 4.3 and there's a ver 5 from their website, annoying because it said do i want to update the other day so it did and it seems it didn't bother doing ver 5 and was just a minor update

i setup a 180 day trial of server 2012 r2 standard yesterday running as a vm in virtualboxwith less than 24 hours after doing so i find it now doesn't boot, which is really irritating as i configured it with some roles etc and don't want to do it all again if it's not going to be reliablewhen it trys to boot i get the following below, i've tried a few things with bootrec and bcdedit following some guides elsewhere but it's all useless and doesn't work so i need some help from people that actually know what they are talking about so i don't waste more of my time, hopefully the idiots that post junk that doesn't fix will have their posts removed from youtube somedayfile: \windows\system32\winload.exe

You mean you are not able to recover the notebook using the HDD recovery procedure?
You can start the HDD procedure pressing F8, choosing option Repair my Computer.
Then a new window should appear and there you could choose a new option called Toshiba HDD recovery.
If this is not possible then I believe that you have no other choice as reinstall the OS using an installation disk (Microsoft or Toshiba).
If you dont have such disk then you order it from this website:

I seem to be missing DAQmx VIs?

I installed v 7.0, and then tried to run an example DAQmx VI from the developer zone. However, the VI can not start because a lot of DAQmx VIs seem to be missing. Doing a search on my Labview 7.0 directory, I do not find any VIs starting with DAQmx*.vi.
Furthermore, choosing Functions|input, I do not see the DAQ assistant (I think that is what it is supposed to be called?)
p.s. I am using the Prof devel system version/

Missing DAQmx

Hi,
I am new to DAQmx. I am LabView 8.6. I am missing all DAQmx components. Like, when I created new VI,
Functions->Measurement I/O->..
There is nothing related to DAQmx...I do not have the DAQmx examples either...
C:/program files/natioal instruments/labview 8.6/vi.lib . I could not find anything related to DAQ either.
Should I updated the driver for DAQmx? Where should I find it? How could I find whether and which version DAQmx had been installed? Thanks.

Javac.exe missing

Hi.
I just installed the JDK SE 5 on my system (Win XP home). I am unable to compile Java programs because the javac.exe file is missing.
Could there be something wrong with the distribution, or should I reinstall?

The PATH variable is set to include the \bin subdirectory of Java\JDK etc.
I mean the actual javac.exe file is not there in \bin.

ConsoLC.exe miss

I am somehow missing consoLC.exe which is part of the creative audio console...i have an option to uninstall the creative audio console in add/remove programs but when i reinstall audio console it doesn't replace the missing file. I also do not have an option to uninstall the driver which i believe i had before in add/remove programs and i think it was just called soundblaster x-fi

I have the same issue but when u say goto audio/setp/setup.exe i get an error"setup is unable to detect a supported product on your system. Please ensure that your product is properly installed before running this setup program?even if i use the disk to uninstall drivers i still cant install from the disk
