In case you have forgotten to record the receipt of the Forms please do so in Forms tracking for the Sales order and delivery.

U have maintained the entry for teh Sales order in Transaction J1IUN - Form Tracking.
If system could not find the details of the Form entred in This transction, hence resetting the Excise Duty rates.
Kindly correct the entries and complete all the form formalities, before you invoice the same.

I feel the process what you had narrated itself is wrong.
It seems some zee table is developed wherein, the users should maintain data related to some concession forms which I feel should be applicable to domestic sales.
Apart from the above, for exports, I dont know why you were generating proforma copying billing type JEX. You were supposed to copy F5 (order related proforma) or F8 (delivery related proforma).
Since in your case, you have indicated that you have generated against a delivery, you should copy F8 billing type and maintain copy control accordingly in VTFL.
Last but not least, the message number also seems to be not a standard one.

Yes it is NOT your internet service. It is Apples OSX. It seems to be happening to older computers trying to run the newer OSX ( Mavericks and newer). I have a 2009 iMac I bought with Leopard installed, I upgraded to Snow leopard 10.6.8 and my computer was running flawlessly. I upgraded to Mountain Lion and I noticed my computer running slower... kind of annoying having to wait longer for everything (start up, browsers opening up, apps opening up, mail opening up and so on) Mavericks came out for free and I was excited to get out of this issue. Well, everything went from bad to terrible! Fast user switching had a glitch with desktop picture resetting to the wave, mail rules didn't work properly and I kept getting kicked off the internet (Absolutely NOTHING wrong with my internet). No one could figure out what was going on or how to fix it, even senior Apple tech's! After 3-4 months of searching, troubleshooting and waiting for a fix, I looked at my Mac Pro running Tiger 10.4.11 with no issues what so ever... that is when I made an executive decision. GO BACK TO SNOW LEOPARD! Since May 2014 I have been running 10.6.8 on my 2009 iMac and it has been smoking fast with NO issues what so ever, especially since I maxed out my memory for Mavericks. So to sum it up: some people might get lucky with old machines running new operating systems, but for the most part, it seems older processors can't keep up with the new sophisticated operating systems. Mavericks... Yosemite... FREE UPGRADE! But you will pay the price

Hi,
Please check "Excise tax rate" in J1ID and check whether you have mantained Excise rate againts Chapter ID and Exe. Ind 1 or 2.
The final excise indicator for excise duty is maintained based on the excise classification of the company and vendor, company and customer. For each of the final indicators, the excise duty rates are maintained.

Exchange Rate being multiplied twice instead of divide and then multiply

Dear All SAP Gurus,
When my client was posting an Import PO (Foreign Currency = USD - Local Currency = PKR) in MIGO & MIRO, which were both entered on different dates, there was an exchange rate difference which was posted to the correct GL Account but with the wrong amount. Although I have defined the exchange rate correctly in OB08 for both direct quote and indirect quote. I have also maintained the translation ratio as 1:1 in OBBS.
I have checked that the correct rate in being applied in FB60 and F-53.
Exchange rate I am using is as follows:
15.10.2010 = 1 USD = 85.65
19.10.2010 = 1 USD = 85.90
The system should behave like this:
15.10.2010 - 700,000 PKR = 8,172.80 USD
19.10.2010 - 8,172.80 USD = 702,043.20 PKR
The system is behaving like this:
15.10.2010 - 700,000 PKR = 59,955,000.00 USD
19.10.2010 - 59,955,000.00 USD = 5,150,134,500.00 PKR.
I am a FI Consultant. Let me know if I am missing something. My MM Consultant is also testing whether is there something missing from his side. Kindly guide me on the above issue.

I have checked that the local currency is the same as my company code currency. I have also checked the ratio in OB08 and that is 1:1.
The PO is partially made in USD and Partially in PKR. In MIGO the conditions made in USD is correctly picking up the rate, that is 1USD = 85.95 PKR, but the condition maintained in PKR is showing the rate as follows, 1 PKR = 85.95 USD.
In MIRO, the system is then multiplying the rate again 85.95 USD = 85.95*85.95 PKR.
Although this is an unusual error, though we are still checking the conditions maintained in PO.
Kindly highlight me if you come with anything that we may be missing...

InDesign CS6 - Exporting Issues, PDF being sent to Photshop and saving as a psd rather than the requested pdf? Please help!

I have an issue in InDesign CS6. It has been happening the last couple of days now.
When i export to pdf. regardless of quality instead of being saved as a pdf it is being sent to Photoshop which then saves the file as a psd...
I have updated InDesign to the latest CS6 update which helped the issue yesterday but today the same problem is back. Help please what could be the problem and how do I fix it?
Any advice is very appreciated.

ExportPDF is a subscription service for exporting PDF files into Word and Excel, from Adobe Reader. I suspect you need the InDesign forum, as InDesign is the product here.

Principal Propagation Issue - J2EE_GUEST being used in some messages

Hi guys !
        I have the following situation, my customer have a SAP PI 7.1 Ehp 1 and, some interfaces are configured to run under Principal Propagation.
        What is occurring is, for an interface that uses principal propagation and works correctly, the message enters in PI using an authenticated user for principal propagation(for example, USER0001) and this authentication is propagated until the receiver system(eg, SAP ECC), but in some cases, this same interface shows the following behavior: the authenticated user USER0001 send a message, the message starts to be processed in the PI pipeline propagating this user but, when the message will be delivered to RFC Adapter, we receive the following error:
Adapter Framework caught exception: failed to generate ClientPoolcom.sap.aii.adapter.rfc.RfcAdapterException: error initializing RfcClientPool:com.sap.aii.adapter.rfc.afcommunication.RfcAFWException: could not create JCO Pool com.sap.aii.adapter.rfc.afcommunication.RfcAFWException: could not get JCOProperties com.sap.security.core.server.destinations.api.DestinationException: [_DestinationServiceAuthorization1004] User-based destination service access denied to principal J2EE_GUEST. Assign the UME action Destination_Service_Write_Permission if the user should have the permission to save, update or remove destinations. The action is available already to the Administrator role.
      And after one message stop with the error above, any message of any interface using principal propagation starts to show the following error, that is only solved running a full cache refresh:

      The question is, why do PI pipeline is trying to use J2EE_GUEST in some task for an interface configured to use Principal Propagation ? Why this occurs in some cases and not in anothers(for the same interface) ? Why the cache is being lost ?? And of course, how can I solve this annoyng situation ?
      All configurations needed to run Principal Propagation was done according the help.sap.com documentation(http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi711/helpdata/en/48/a9bbb97e28674be10000000a421937/content.htm), and as I said, it works in most cases. All messages are sent using SOAP Adapter for the Sender System, and RFC Adapter for the receiver, and there are synchronous and asynchronous interfaces. Basically the interfaces that only read data from SAP, does not use principal propagation and, the ones that create/update/delete data in SAP, uses principal propagation.
      Somebody already saw something like this ?

I have continued with some tests in environment trying to understand what
is happening and, I did the following, as the first error mentioned is
"User-based destination service
access denied to principal J2EE_GUEST. Assign the UME action
Destination_Service_Write_Permission if the user should have the
permission to save, update or remove destinations", I entered on UME Admin,
created a new Role named J2EE_GUEST_ROLE, assigned the UME Action
Destination_Service_Write_Permission to it, and assigned this new role to
the user J2EE_GUEST, and ran new tests.
After some executions, one message stopped with this error:

remote system:com.sap.aii.adapter.rfc.core.client.RfcClientException:
could not get a client from JCO.Pool: com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (101)
RFC_ERROR_PROGRAM: 'user' missing
I have observed that, in all messages that stops in error, we have the
following line in Audit Log:
Processing child message of multi-message with message Id
000c2936-6a89-1ed0-aebe-c262ae7d412e.
And this interface doesn´t have multi-message to be processed, is a
single message only.
I checked on configuration and see that the interface determinations for all interfaces has the flag "Maintain order at runtime", what is usefull basically when a Interface Determination has more than one interface,
what is not my case, so I will unmark this flag in all interfaces and run
new tests trying to identify if this solves the problem.
Any idea for this annoyng issue ?

Issue with being able to fill in data and save pdf forms in adobe reader

Hi All,
This is my first time posting on this forum so not sure what way to go about it so i'll just start by explaining my problem.
I purchased adobe acrobat xi standard to create pdf forms(fillable forms) so that the receipents of these forms can open them in adobe reader, save them on their local drive and fill them in.
However, when I uploaded them online(as they will be downloaded from an internal website) - when the forms are opened in the browser this error appears
Currently when this error appears the client canno fill in their data or save it.
Any help on this issue would be appreciated!

Exchange rate is redetermined during sales document copy

Dear expert,
When we copy a quote, CRM re-determines the exchange rate based on the today's date.It does not keep the exchange rate and exchange rate date which were used
in the original quote. I can't change the exchange rate date in order to have the same date than in the original quote.
Is there a way I could achieve this?

Transport issue - Objects being picked diffrently in Dev system

Hello folks,
We added some new custom fields to our 2lis_02 datasource and replicated the datasource into the BW side. Mapped the new objects in transfer rules and activate, when it prompts me for the transport and I give it a number it gives me an error 'No suitable task available under request WDXXXX' cause that task is 'develpment/correction', but when i save it to the other request which has a 'Repair' task it only picks up the Transfer Structure. Then when I try to activate the transfer rules and communication structure again using a 'Development/.correction' task it collects it in a different request.
So when i look into SE01 i see transfer structure in a diffrent request with 'Repair' task.
Communication structure,Transfer Rules & Infosource in another request with task 'Correction/developmet'.
And I did try to do the same from 'Transport Connection' screen as well, same results. Also I do know that "Repair' means that it was probably created in another system and this is the non original system where I am activating it, but thats not the case and how were the others Infosources, trans struct & trans rules picked up fine in one request.
Can anyone please help me and understand why is the Transfer structure being picked up by a seperate request with 'Repair' task. I have always been able to collect transfer structure, communication structure, transfer rules and infosource all in one transport request.

Hunt Group Issue - DN being skipped over

I am trying to set up a Hunt Group which hunts, top down, to four different extensions (A,B,C,D).
This is working as expected apart from one particular extenstion...C. When start or middle of the Line Group this extension gets skipped over completely even though the user is logged into their phone and direct calls to that extension get through fine. When C gets put to the end of the Hunt Group the call gets terminated rather than the extension ringing with a "Line Busy" message.
I have checked the Directory Number and Extension Mobility Profile settings of extension C against those that do work (A,B,D) and I believe everything is set the same...I can see no obvious reasons why C will not ring. I have also checked with the user that no DND/call forwards are set up. I have also created an entirely new Directory Number and associated it with user C's EM-Profile...the same thing happens.
Am I potentially missing something here? For the life of me cannot see why this is happening.

Two things come to mind..
1. Does the user have HLOG softkey? If so perhaps the user has accidentally logged out of the hunt group
2. Have you tried logout/login back to EM?

Bluetooth adapter issue after being unplugged then plugged back in

I am running 10.7.4, MacBook Pro 2 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB Ram, Thunderbolt Display with Apple wired Keyboard and Apple Magic Mouse.
Initial issue:
After using the Magic Mouse for a few months I noticed a significant performance issue with the mouse when the internal hard drive would spin up for large data transfers, Time Machine backups, etc. I spoke with Apple Care and tried a number of things, tried switching the wireless network, all with no sign of a fix in the future. I paired the mouse with other computers and could never re-create the issue. I also paired other Bluetooth mice with the laptop and could not re-create the issue. After doing further research I found a number of people on-line that started to use an external Bluetooth adapter which would bypass the internal one. After purchasing one from Amazon, the results were immediately superior. I had plugged the adapter into the underside of my Apple wired keyboard and performance was as expected.
However, this has led to issue number 2:
My MacBook Pro will travel with me often therefore requiring me to unplug it from my "desktop" setup which is it plugged into a Thunderbolt Display, and the display has all of the peripheral plugged in including the wired keyboard with the external Bluetooth dongle plugged into it. When I have had my computer away form the set up for a few hours/days and then come back to plug it in, all external devices work immediately with the exception of the magic mouse. It will sometimes work fairly quickly, within a minute of plugging into the Thunderbolt display, and sometimes I am unable to make it work at all unless I restart the machine. This issue has happened with and without the Thuderbolt display. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Never got a green light.. does that mean no light at all.. or is it flashing amber??
The series 1 particularly but it happens in series 2 and 3 the TC power supply breaks. Then if you power down and turn it on again it is dead. No light at all. The power supply was on the edge and after powering off does not have the ability to supply start current to the TC so shuts down.. If you plug in after a while the light my flash briefly and go out.. it will not happen again until you wait a few hours for the caps to discharge.
If you have Apple Care on a computer and the TC is less than 3years old Apple will replace it.. otherwise you are joining a large and ever growing multitude of dead TC owners.

[SOLVED] firewire camera issue - buffer being read twice?

Hi,
I have a firewire camera (Imagingsource DFK 41BF02.h) and I am using Coriander to get images (video) from the camera. The issue is that on my current Arch Linux build, which is up to date as of right now, the video buffer seems to get played twice. That is, whatever happens in front of the camera is shown twice. The period of repetition depends on the size of the 'DMA ring buffer' which I can set in Coriander.
From my understanding, Coriander is basically a front end for the libdc1394 library. The issue doesn't seem to be with Coriander, as an application which was developped in house has the same issue when built and run on my machine. If I boot into Ubuntu 12.04 on another partition, the camera works as it should in both Coriander and our application. That version of ubuntu seems to be using a slightly older version of the libdc1394 and libraw1394. However, I have tried downgrading these packages in Arch and the issue persisted. Building both libraries from the latest source also did not solve the issue.
I'm not really sure what else to try, and I haven't been able to find anything resembling a similar issue that someone else has had.

UPDATE:
Ok, another thing I noticed is that this problem doesn't occur if I put the camera into B&W mode, that is, if I switch the pixel mode from YUV422 to MONO8 (mono 8bpp), then the issue goes away.

How do I add a trusted site to FIrefox? Is there a list someplace that I can update? This is not a Java issue (ie. being able to run Java on a trusted site)

I'm working at another company's site on their secure network. They use Microsoft's ShareCenter as a collaborative work environment and have told me I need to add their domain names (....company.com) to my list of trusted sites in Firefox in order to open the pages for their work environment.

hello live2ski, "trusted sites" is a concept of internet explorer that doesn't exist in firefox in this form, so i'm unsure what their instructions would be referring to.
you can edit certain permissions of a particular domain while you're on that page, right click on a blank spot and go to ''view page info > permissions''...
