Existing balance

Have an existing balance and when I buy a song it want deduct from existing balance.

Is the balance sufficient to cover the purchase? What makes you think it will not deduct? Do you see an error, or other message on the screen?

Is there an existing balance and vibration monitor program for LabView for rotating machinery?

I want to test generators for ballance and vibration, and shaft critical frequency. The data is to be collected automatically and reports generated preferably with LabView. Can I buy a written program as a starting point? I know of the Sound and Vibration Toolkit, and am willing to buy it, but still prefer to start with a verified package. Currently we are using a Bently-Nevada standalone system that is limited in its capability. We are installing a new data collection system so have a lot of flexability.

Yes, we can put together a written program for collecting balance and vibration data for generators. There is a new tool to be announced April 30th, that goes beyond the sound and vibration toolset for machinery monitoring. We can use LabVIEW and our Dynamic Signal Acquisition hardware to capture accelerometer data, encoder/keyphasor data, and other rotational parameters. We can provide an off-line analysis set of software as well, or report the data to any existing Computer Machine Maintenance Software (CMMS) you need us to work with.

I cannot purchase any music from my existing balance, i keep being re-directed to "Billing Information" can any one explain to me why i cannot purchase from my balance?

I have more than enough credit but it keeps re-directing me to "Billing Information".
My question is why cant I purchase music from my account balance?

Can I use the existing balance of my iTunes account to subscribe to iTunes match?

I bought a 50 dollars card, and after include this into my apple ID aacout, i went to suscribe to itunes match. I don´t want a credit card associated, and I noticed that there is an option to trade itunes cards to suscribe. It is too late for may card because I already trade it, but I bought it just to suscribe! How can I use that money now to get Itunes Match????

You do need a permanent form of payment on file to subscribe to iTunes Match.

Uploading of customer balances to GL A/C

How do we upload trial balance figures. is it through lsmw or through passing JV

There are 3 ways to upload Customer balances with some precausions as well..
the ways will be a. BDC b. LSMW c. scat tool
the precautions will be:
1. If it is addition to existing balances then take the existing balances from trial balaces reports.
2. consider the new balances with old balances then record (SHDB) the FB01 transaction for BDC if ur going through BDC program.
3. If it is new balances then create one new document type with number range concept.
4. After upload of the balances then tally the balances with existing ones , and disconnect the link between the document type with number ranges because with the same document type no one elce should post with the same document type.
5. Consider the correct posting keys while uploading the balances

we have to upload balances for 01-07-2008 for General Ledger, Customer accounts and Vendor Accounts. I have never did the job earlier can any body help me.

For all the balaces upload you needs to follow some formalities like:
1. Create on Document type and allow that for GL, CUSTOMER, VENDOR check boxs.
(Which will be useful to track uploaded balance for that document type wise)
2. Before your are trying upload any balances other than fresh system, pls take the existing balances of the parties through standard reports of SAP.(Ex: Trial balances)
3. If you are trying to upload through BDC Pls record one transanction FB01, through SHDB and give the code the ABAP for bulding up the BDC program.
4. Pls consider the Posting keys while file uploads.

Customer with balance - Recon account change.

customer X has a balance of USD 1000.
Customer X is mapped to GL recon account 200000.
now for a biz reason customer required to move to GL recon account 300000
could u please advise how to transfer the balance ( line item wise ) to the new recon account 300000.

Hello,
You should run balance sheet adjustment program after any reconciliation account change.
The system performs any adjustments required due to the change of reconciliation accounts or G/L accounts. The items from the old reconciliation accounts are allocated to the new accounts. Since you cannot post to the reconciliation accounts directly, the postings are made to temporary adjustment accounts.
These adjustment accounts should be displayed along with the relevant reconciliation account in the balance sheet. The postings are then reversed after the balance sheet has been created. The program for sorting the payables and receivables makes the necessary adjustments automatically. This means that you have to define the adjustment account numbers and the posting keys for these postings in the system. On the balance sheet key date the open items from the old reconciliation account are allocated to the new reconciliation account using adjustment accounts. This allocation is carried out automatically when you create a sorted list of receivables and payables using report SAPF101.
You should only run this program if your new reconciliation account is classified differently from the original in your FS. e.g.. AR to Intercompany accounts. It will just reclassify the existing balance. The line items will not be transferred. If not then no need to run the program at all.

If you make a purchase (including any applicable taxes and fees) that exceeds the total cost of an app then your ciredit or debit card is charged for the balance.

i have entered a gift card to pay for the outstanding balance on my itunes account, the voucher value is shown on the account, but the existing balance has not been taken from the voucher value. i cannot make purchases even though the value is showing on the account. heellppp

Generaly, if you have an iTunes card and a valid credit card, you have the option of charging your purchases to eiher one or the other? By default, it goes to your iTunes card, but you can override that.

Old balance not added to account

When i added £20 from a Itunes card it did not add the old balance of approx £9 onto it does this take a few hours to do, the balance now just shows my £20

Whenever I've redeemed another card onto my account it's been added to my existing balance immediately (or within a few seconds). You've tried logging out and back into your account on the computer/device that you are using, and you've checked the purchase history on your account (e.g. you didn't have any pre-order or subscriptions that might have taken the existing balance) ?
Viewing purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store.
If logging out and back in doesn't update it and you can't see where it went then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can help with where it went : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
