Existing BT customer and am now unable to see my b...
Does anyone know when BT intend to fix the problem where customers (i have been a BT customer for nearly 3 years) are unable to view their bills on line due to some random technical issue ? Anyone else having the same problem ??
I need to get hold of my bills for the last few months urgently so if a moderator sees this please can you respond ?

I have version 5.7 and every time I opened it I was told that updates are available and to click on the icon to access these. Instead it just took me to the
adobe page with nowhere visible to update. I then sought to download lightroom cc and this is when I could not access the 'develop' section due to reduced
functionality It was apparent that my photos had been put in cc but no way to access them unless I wanted to subscribe.
I have since remedied the problem as my original lightroom 5.7 icon is still available on the desktop and have gone back to that. I do feel that this is a bit
of a rip off and an unnecessary waste of my time though.

Do a reset of everything on your ipod. Then reconnect it and it should work.

In iTunes on your computer, select the Purchased section under STORE in the left column. Click on the first track and choose "Get Info" from the "File" menu.
In the "Summary" tab you'll see details of the purchaser of the track. Click Next to go through all your purchased music one by one until you find the ones you need to get rid of.
Unfortunately, there are no smart playlist rules that can filter tracks by the purchaser that I know of. -

My macMini has only a 1.5 GHz Intel Solo Core and is now unable to do things like Turbo Tax. I use it mainly for email, web browsing, bill paying, banking. Should my next purchase be a notebook, laptop, mini or iPad?
Desktop: Mac Mini dual-core i5 (or quad i7 if you can afford it, it might seem overpowered but it will last you longer. Upgrade to 16GB RAM if you want to future proof that side of the machine. Don't buy from Apple, install it yourself).
Laptop: MacBook Pro 13' if you don't need portability, or MacBook Air 11' if you do (as RRFS has said).
A notebook and a laptop are the same thing. -
before downloading the latest version of I-Tunes, I used to be able to view the ALBUM ARTWORK at bottom left when clicking on a song.
I am now unable to see the artwork.
Is it no longer possible with the updated software ??Correct, Apple have removed that feature. However, you can still see the artwork of the song that's playing; it's shown in the Now Playing indicator at the top of the iTunes window. It is small, but if you click on it, a larger version pops up.
Also, in Albums View, you can see the album artwork. -

Paste into the Terminal window by pressing the key combination command-V.
Wait for a new line ending in a dollar sign (“$”) to appear. You can then quit Terminal. Log out and log back in. -
I had to restore my i pad to delete restrictions on facetime. I am now unable to access internet banking with Natwest due to my browser not being supported? How do I correct this? It was working ok before i did the restore. Thankyou.

I am unable to see the ratings display and all photos are formatted improperly in the regular display format of the program. Only in fullscreen format am I able to view all tools otherwise they are shoved out of view from my display so I am unable to navigate the program at all.
For UI problems like these the first step is to move out the Aperture preference file.
See Aperture 3 Troubleshooting the bit about the preference file is about 1/2 way down the page.
If that doesn't solve it post back.

offered help. This is what I did and somehow the problem is solved. I installed PSE 8 on my old machine with XP and an old Xerox monitor and it worked OK. I uninstalled PSE 8 from the newer machine on Vista. Made sure all the adobe files for pug-ins had gone then reinstalled. I then tested the screen resolution of my monitor a HP w1907v, smaller resolutions made no difference but opening it up to max did. When I wish to open a RAW file click open click the photograph and in the bottom file format box make sure you are asking for RAW files to be opened and 'bingo'. This upgrade for PSE 8 has the latest CameraRaw on it but the problem was there from the first installation so perhaps it is a combination of screen resolution and making sure the file format for opening is specified. So after hours of effort a satisfactory outcome. I probably confused the issue by installing the plug-in when there was no need. PSE 8 will last me a long time!!! -

I am using a 4th gen ipad with an epson Xp400 air printer my ipad was able to find printer but now it cannot. Printer says wifi setup ok. Do not understand why it can't find printer. Never did work right away always have to restart ipad or do wifi setup again on the printer. I am not sure whether os is ..1 or.2 or just 6.0
