The link to 'Join the £27.34 subscription, 40% for existing customers' takes you to a sign in page that then asks you to contact customer services. The customer services page has no information regarding the deal and apparently no way of contacting customer services?? Is this a joke??? Would like to take advantage of the deal but Adobe is sending me on a wild goose chase??

Sorry for the frustration caused.
The offer is for existing CS3-CS6 customers but I couldn't find a CS3-CS6 product registered to your account which is perhaps why you're having issues? An existing subscription wouldn't qualify you for this offer.

Terrible customer service that sends me on a wild goose chase

I have been dealing with this so called Sony Cares Customer Service,they should call it the Sony No Answers service .I've trying to find the progress of my Z1 for 2 weeks now .And then I find out that the damage isnt covered under warranty the phone isnt even 5 months old and they've had it for almost 2 months .The person on the line at Sony care tells me I have to negotiate the repair price with the repair dept.The only problem is that their repair dept is a private company and they tell me that I need to talk to the Sony Care dept .about the price,and so the circle go's .Totally disgusted with this service and when I get my phone back if that ever happens it will be getting traded in for something else along with all my other Sony products because this has been one of the worst experiances I've ever had .Nice work Sony at keeping your customers happy .

Upgrade to Inifinity? Any Existing customer deals....

I live in the back of beyond, and got an email yesterday saying that I could now get infinity - brill!!
Clicked the link in the email, landed on a page with some pretty good offers including a low starting payment for 3 months at £20, then only going up to £26 plus a £125 Sainsburys voucher - even better............oh.....new customers only - skip the page to the 'existing customers' offers..............there arent any...............just £28 per month.
Been a loyal customer for 7 years.............not much incentive to upgrade for me is there.....
Anyone else had any luck getting any better deals?

You can try the options team 0800800030. They are uk based. There a no real deals when you upgrade to infinity unlike when renewing your contract on adsl

Existing customer wished to start a new contract

Hi,
After coming to the end of the my initial 18 month contract I looked online and saw lots of great deals that BT offer new customers (6 months free, free homehub, Sainsburys vouchers, etc). So armed with this and also prices from Talk Talk I phoned BT in the hope that I could maybe upgrade my current broadband package and make use of these great deals.
I was told that the online deals are for new customers only and as an existing customer I cannot get these. The deal I was offered was more expensive than the new customer deals when you work out the monthly cost !!
I'm baffled by this as everyone knows it's easier for a company to keep a customer than gain a new one. There is less work that BT need to do to start me on a new contract compared to a new customer, I also do not need any new hardware, and yet I'm charged more !
Is this right I was I talking to the wrong people at BT?
Don't want to leave BT really but other companies offer better deals and so far BT are not interested

Hi,
I am currently on BT's standard broadband package at £13 + line rental. So thought I'd upgrade to BT infinity 1 (up to 40mb) with or without unlimited download usage. They quoted me £21.25 per month for unlimited infinity and £17.65 for the 40gb limit which was more than the current new customer deals at the time of calling.
I phoned twice speaking to different people and the both said the same
I'll try the options team tonight.
What is option3?

Cannot add a new SHIP_TO address to a exist customer by using Interface

Hi,
I am encountered an error when i am using Customer Import Interface to add a new SHIP_TO address to a exist customer,
the template format of the Excel i used like below: <will insert to table: ra_customers_interface_all>
Customer Num. | Customer Name | Site Name | Address | Site Use Code | ... ...
1 | oracle | AA | address1 | BILL_TO |... ...
1 | oracle | AA | address1 | SHIP_TO |... ...
1 | oracle | AB | address2 | SHIP_TO |... ...
I am able to import top 2 rows correctly, as those 2 sites with same Site Name AA;one is BILL_TO site and another one is SHIP_TO address; I tested for few customers, it can run correncty if the BILL_TO address and SHIP_TO address are same.
But when running import for the third row to add another SHIP_TO address<AB&address2> to the exist customer<1&oracle>,the error raised, it gave error message like below:
The Customer Number has been used by another customer,import failed !
I am not too clear about this error,i just want to add a SHIP_TO address to the exist customer<1&oracle> and don't want to create a new customer.
what should i pay attention to? please give me some tips,,,,,,

Hi Ian,
You would be able to access your CS5 even you purchase creative cloud discounted offer.
It will be valid and your new creative cloud susbcription will not effect your CS5 product or its serial number.

Adding new custom field in already existing custom tab for MM01

Hello Guru,
I have a requirement that add a custom field in already existing custom view of MM01. I did the following steps :
1. I have cerated a new field in MARA using APPEND structure.
2. I have found the function group(Y_FE_MARA) that already there other subscreens, so that I have added another subscreen in that function group and created a field from MARA in the screen.
3. in SPRO went for the path Logistics General->Material Master->Configuring the Material->Define Structure of Data screens for Each Screen sequence
In the 3rd step, I have choosen already existing screen sequence(Y1) and went for Data Screens and choosen for Custom tab and double click on subscreens and then I have added the program as SAPLY_FE_MARA and subscreen number(011) and saved it.
After all the above steps, I have run MM02/MM03 then the field is not getting displayed in the screen of custom view.
Did I miss any steps here? Please suggest me if I did something wrong.

Thank you for the reply. As per the note some one already implemented the Screen Enhancement with 2 custom views. I need to add the field in any one of existing custom view. So for this I have created a Subscreen in copied function group of MGD1(Y_FE_MARA). But in the function group already 10 Subscreens were created. Is this is the problem? or else copy the FG MGD1 into another FG and create the subscreen will be feasible to my scenario?

CS5 is not seeing existing, custom icc profiles. howto?

Briefly: Mac Pro running Snow Leopard. Upgraded from CS4 to CS5 and my existing, custom icc profiles appear but are unavailable (grayed out)
The profiles are in the usual places: /Library/ColorSync/Profiles
AND /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Color/Profiles.
I'm the only user and I have Admin privileges.
CS4 still seems to be connected and using my needed profiles.
Bridge, Illustrator and InDesign, either don't see the profile or it is grayed out.
Photoshop sees the profile and allows me to use it as my Ps default.
Any thoughts as to where else to place the profile or how to get Bridge to see it (and therefore sync the other products)?

Mac OS 10.8.4 is still in beta. You need to be reporting this to Apple.
What happens if you move these profiles to the Adobe/Profiles folder, or the users/Library/Colorsync/Profiles folder?
There has been a lot of discussion of this on many forums with no solution.
What forums? A google search turns up nothing but this thread.
I have not seen this problem with the released versions of 10.8.

The objectclasses attribute is multi-valued, so you can add several values to it as long as they are unique.
For instance, I think you can add several declaration of the same objectclass as below (note the difference is the number of spaces in the value) howewer, from a schema perspective, only 1 will be taken into account:

That's the reason why it is safe to delete previous value if you want to update an existing objectclass. No problem to add a new objectclass (new oid and new name) to the schema.

New address creation for already existing customer in Oracle

We are working on customer conversion and loading all the data into customer interface tables so that we can run the customer interface to move the data into oracle tables.
We need to create another address as per client’s requirement to already existing customer in oracle which has active primary bill_to address.
Can we do this by using customer interface tables or use the API’s for it.

i have heared form someone that i should copy some text (from files) or some files which resides in bin folder (i don't know the exact path) in the sql console to access existing tables. is that ture?Not sure what that means... to access existing tables, or to create new ones you have to use Sql commands (or some graphic stuff).
What about reading some documentation ?
System user is a DBA, and can possibly read any tables, but most probably is not the owner of emp table. To know it you can do
SQL> select owner from dba_tables where table_name='EMP';
then connect to that user, or, as system user, do
SQL> select * from <owner>.emp;

I am trying to bind Crystal reports Data source to an existing custom data library, located not in the project code, but DLL. My library contains business object implementations.I am using the "Database Expert", creating a new connection to an ADO.NET source, selecting the .dll from the my directory, and selecting the Class Name from the list of business entities that Crystal Report has detected from the assembly.But when I try to expand the newly-added data source, "... no items found ..." is displayed instead of the properties of the business object. I use similar aproach (BindingSource) when I bind my custom objects to the grid. Is there any way to to bind to classes defined in a .dll located in a folder ?There are many examples if the class implementation is in my project code, but I could't figure out how to do that, using classes from a DLL Any suggestion/help is appressiated regards,Yakimo

Extending functionality from existing custom taglib

Hi!
I'm trying to extend the functionality of an already existing custom taglib. To test this possibility I�ve so far created a small taglib containing two tags. QbeTag.java and QbeSumTag.java.
The QbeTag class handles a database connection and constructs a table showing the result of a query passed in as an attribute in the tag. (The database contains a �dummy table� holding information about persons.)
Now let�s pretend that I don�t have the source code for the QbeTag but need to/ want to extend its functionality. For instance:
In the QbeSumTag I want to summarize all the persons ages and present it in a new text field somewhere else on the page.
To do this I probably need to access the QbeTag class from the QbeSumTag class, or is there any other way to achieve this wanted functionality?
Up to this point:
What I�ve tried is to implement the QbeSumTag so that It extends the QbeTag class. This means that I now can access the doStartTag, doEndTag, and so on methods from the QbeSumTag by typing super.doStartTag().
The problem with this approach is that this way only gives me the possibility to run the methods not altering the process it self and I can�t alter the out stream. A syntax like:
public int doStartTag() throws JspException
return super.doStartTag();
Will only result in a call for the QbeTag�s doStartTag() method to run and do it�s stuff.
Is there any way I can solve this or am I stuck? Maybe one approach would be to nest the QbeSumTag with the QbeTag wich would mean that there will be a dependency between the tow tags.
I believe that this question is quite difficult to answer but it could be the starting point for an interesting discussion. Hasn�t anyone tried to extend the functionality of the Jakarta taglib, say the DB tags or Mail tag.
All thoughts and replies will great fully received.

Well, the answer to this is the same as the answer to extending any third party classes... it depends on how the original class was created.
If the original class was designed with extension in mind, then (hopefully) its realy functionality will be isolated to a series of protected methods (that you would have access to) and private methods (you would not have access to).
You would use the public and protected methods to retrieve the data you need to do your work, or override those ones whose work you want to replace (for instance, if it has a protected displayOutput(Map dataMap) method, you are in luck!).
If everything is done giving you know access to the pieces, then you may be stuck providing a tag that has the original tag nested inside it. Buffer the output from the original tag and parse it, retrieving the info you need, then output your own stuff...

Hi,
As usual you need to build a role by yourself based on your requirements. In case of Odata services there are two different TADIR services that needs to be added. One corresponds to authorization to execute logic on backend server and the other one to access service on front end server. You can get specific services by tracing one call using ST01. For Fiori apps from SAP you get role templates. You can use them for inspiration.
