Figured it out.
Run the adobe CC Cleaning tool and then reinstall CS6.

Search the technical name for the variable in metadata repository and try to find the program where it is declared. Then i hope u can go the code where it is written.

Exit Code 6 error on Mac for Photoshop cs6

Tried going through help sites for days finding a fix for Exit Code 6. None of the solutions have worked this far.
No errors when installing the trials for Ai, Id, and Acrobat CS6 on my Mac (which runs OS X version 10.9.2, Mavericks), but the same error always occurs when installing the trial for Ps CS6.

Can't download the trial version for CS6 on Mac

I keep getting the message when I go to the trial page:
Adobe Photoshop CS6 is available only for Windows® or Mac OS. You can learn more about the product trial by viewing the page with a browser in one of the supported operating systems. Visit thesystem requirements page for more information.
So I updated my OS to mountain lion and made sure that everything is up to date but still, the only product I can try is Lightroom 4. Anyone know what's going on? I have a 2010 macbook pro.

My s/n for PC to Mac Upgrade won't work for new install for CS6 on Mac

I bought CS5 in 2011 for PC, then upgraded to CS6 for Mac (HUGE hassle) in 2012. Trying to install on my new computer, and I can't select CS6 from the list. The serial number for CS5 don't work (probably because they were for a PC OS), and the upgrade s/n for CS6, says the s/n is valid, but won't let me select CS6 from the list. This discussion thing is a hassle!! I've been "discussing" this for 2 days with no luck. Isn't there someone I can phone? Help!

Exit codes for shp2sdo

Hello,
does anybody know where I could get a list of the possible error codes for shp2sdo ?
I'm running shp2sdo from a Java application I've written.
I was trying to use exit codes generated from the shp2sdo converter, to tell if the application had worked correctly.
Sometimes shp2sdo generates an exit code of 31, or when using other shapefiles, an exit code of 28.

thank you for replying. I am actually using the shp2sdo executable which is downloadable from the Oracle website.
I am attempting to run the executable using the Java Runtime class. This works successfully for the most part.
The Java Runtime class returns an exit code. This exit code can then be used to determine if the Runtime class successfully used the shp2sdo executable.
Here is a sample of my code:

Returning a non zero exit value would usually indicate that an error had occurred. But I have noticed that with the majority of shapefiles I have tried so far, shp2sdo.exe returns an exit code of 31 even though it successfully produces the .sql, .ctl, and .dat files .
Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Product code for CS6 student version bought with new Mac as a bundle not working?!?

Okay, this is just annoying now
Bought a brand new Macbook with CS6 Design Standard as a bundle through Apple's webstore, but the product code is not working when I try to register at adobe.com/go/edu-apple.
I chat with customer support online, and the person says he will open a case, which he will send to my e-mail, but nothing has happened...
Come on Adobe, we love your software, but you really got to treat your customers well.
Would someone be so kind to help me solve this issue?

Allan which country are you in? The education eligibility varies by country/region. Please see Education FAQ - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cs6-product-downloads.html for information on how to submit your eligibility information. Depending on your country will depend on who to address your concern with invalid product code.
If you can return the software to Apple then I might advise purchasing through Adobe directly. If you use your EDU e-mail address then the eligibility process is greatly expedited.
Finally if needed you can download and install CS6 in trial mode for up to 30 days. This would allow you to work on your thesis while sorting out the details of your invalid product code. You can download the CS6 installation files from http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cs6-product-downloads.html.

I can't get my serial code for cs6 production premium student edition because site is temporarily unavailable

i just bought the student version of cs6 for mac and i can't install it because the site where i put my activation code and student identification in (customer support portal) is unavailable from october 9th to the 14th... but it is august. i need this for school so i would really appreciate it if some one could help me out.

When I enter my Product Code for CS6 It says it has already been used, How do I get my serial code?

I purchased CS6 last year and installed it fine. Now when trying to open Photoshop it says I need to license my software or continue my trial. The problem is first off it wasn't a trial and second, I can not get my serial code again. How can I get my serial code with my product code? I have spoken to someone in chat and they said to send an e-mail to identit-e which I have done, but have not got a response yet.

If you registered your software when you first installed it then your serial number should be available thru your Adobe account online. If you have not otherwise retained it somewhere then your only recourse is to contact Adobe support thru chat.

I have created a variable "CUST_EXIT_YEST" and defined the processing type as customer exit. Now would like to add code in CMOD.
Requirement: The variable should allow take yesterday's date. Please help me with the code.
Already there are some codes defined for other customer exit variables in CMOD. Can I add my code below that. If so please explain.

At the bottom of the existing code before EndCase, u can write the below code

Variable Exit Code for the below requirement, Pls Urgent

I have a WorkDate and Finish Date coming in the cube. I have created 2 fields InfoObject High and InfoObject Low.
1. The InfoObject High should output "Gigh" if the current date (or date entered into the selection criteria) is after the workdate and the finish date is blank.
2. The InfoObject Low should output "Low" if the Finish Date has a value and it's greater than the WorkDate.

I received a Back-to-School gift card with my purchase of my laptop that had $100 on it back in 2012. I used it once last year to purchase Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 Platinum. I wanted to buy The Sims 2 yesterday, but I had to update the version of OS X I had to run the program. I had to wait overnight to let it update since I had school in the morning. Long story short, the card somehow disappeared over night and I've been searching like crazy this morning to find it. To no avail, it didn't show up. I was wondering if there is any way I could find the code somewhere since I had made a purchase on it a while ago. I was able to view the purchase through iTunes, but I wasn't able to find a code. It's already been redeemed on my Apple ID and everything. All I need is the code. Any help, please?
I have a MacBook Air and the update I just installed was OS X Yosemite 10.10.1

I know the amount left on it, which is about $60. The issue is I'd like to use my card again, but I lost it and I need the code on the back to use it again. When I tried to make the purchase, it wanted me to reenter the code despite that the gift card was already redeemed on the account.

However this is not true I comply with all system requirements.
