Dear,
MIR5 - Display List of Invoice Documents
You can use the report Display List of Invoice Documents (RMMR1MDI; transaction code MIR5) to display a list of the invoice documents.
In addition to the existing program Invoice Overview (transaction code MIR6), here you have extended selection criteria and display options:
o   Gross invoice amount
o   Unplanned delivery costs
o   Currency key
o   Exchange rate
o   Entry date
o   Entry time
o   Choice between invoice and credit memo
o   One-time customer with a one-time account
In the Invoice Overview program you can also change invoices, whereas in this report you only have display options.
By entering the following data you can increase your selection criteria:
o   Entry type
o   Invoice status
o   Restrictions
Authorization checks
To improve performance, the system only performs an authorization check at plant level when you want to display an invoice document.
Expert mode
In addition to the displayed selection criteria, you can use the Expert Mode button to show further selection criteria:
o   Plant
o   Display the number of the accounting document (FI document)
If several FI documents exist for an invoice document, then the output list displays a symbol, which you can choose to display the other document numbers.
o   Documents with G/L account posting
o   Documents with material posting
If you want to display an invoice document in expert mode, and enter a plant, then the system checks the authorization object M_RECH_WRK (Invoices: Plant); activity 03=Display, at plant level.
SAP recommends starting the report in expert mode in the background, due to the increased runtimes.
Output
In the output list, the report displays the numbers of the posted and the parked invoice documents. The system does not display invoice documents that do not have a corresponding FI document, for example, invoice documents that are planned for verification in the background,or that have already been verified with errors.
From the output list, you can display the following:
o   Invoice document
o   FI document or list of FI documents
If more than one FI document is assigned to an invoice document, then you can display a list of all corresponding FI documents.
o   List of all follow-on documents for an invoice document.
Display further information
If you require more data and want a detailed evaluation, you can enhance the current layout or choose another existing layout via Settings -> Layout.

  • MIR5 Payment block field

    Hi experts,
    I am using TCode MIR5 with a standard layout on an ECC6.0 system.
    The field 'Payment Block' is showing as null for the range of invoice parties that I have selected to display.
    When I drilldown into the invoice the field 'Pmnt Block' from the 'Payment' tab shows 'R invoice verification'.
    And in the RBKP table this field is empty.
    Do you know why this field is not well filled in the RBKP table ?

    Hello,
    I can see some of my invoice documents which are blocked but not all of them.
    What I want to do is select in a program all the blocked invoice documents (which I can see in the table RBKP_BLOCKED) but whith the good payment payment block field I can see in the MIR4 transaction in the 'Payment' tab.
    Do you know how can I do.

    1) An authentication scheme is a definition of what is required for an authentication process. In the iView you can set what authentication process (UserName/Password, X.509 certificate, etc.) the iView requires. Find more information <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/90/52c43dac1bcf51e10000000a114084/frameset.htm">here</a>.
    2) The attribute "Can be Merged" allows you to merge certain objects (worksets, pages, iviews) under the same point in the portal navigation structure. All objects with the same value for attribute "Merge ID" are merged together. The object with the highest value for attribute "Merge Priority" provides the name displayed in the navigation elements (tabs in TLN and links in Detailed Navigation)
    3) Find a good explanation of the attribute Entry Point <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/4e/3e703e632c7937e10000000a114084/frameset.htm">here</a>.
    4) If this parameter is "true" a debugging screen is displayed before starting the WebDynpro application. Make sure that the parameter DebugMode in the service configuration (=>Applications=>com.sap.portal.appintegrator => Service => Common_Configuration) is not 'false' if you want to use this feature.
    5) The attribute Tray Type defines the design of the iView's frame. The attribute can take the following values:
    fill: The content area appears with a background color
    plain: The content area appears with a white background and a frame
    transparent: The background is transparent and the content area appears without a frame

    While checking the MIR5 Report Tax code isn't coming in it??
    Can anybody tell me why it isn't coming??
    In MIR4 In can  see the Tax code.
    But I want to see the Tax code in All my IV Doc.

    I am able to see the tax code in both transaction code MIR5 & MIR4.
    In Invoice tax code field is available at item level & in Basic data tab.
    If tax code is maintained in Basic data tab, it will appear in MIR5.
    In change layout of MIR5,I am getting one field without description, just select that field. you will get Tax code in List

    regarding REINDAT field in MIR5 report,
    the value is obtained in:
    Program -> RMMR1MDI
    function module -> MRM_RBKP_MANY_READ
    here you´ll see:
          SELECT * FROM rbkp INTO TABLE t_rbkp.....
    and this is how RBKP-REINDAT is obtained.

    Dear All,
    Can i Post the parked invoice through MIR5.
    In my system it is showing disabled.....And dont know what authorization object is for that.
    Also i can post multiple parked document through FBV0 but only FV60 documents and not MIR7 documents
    When i try to post MIR7 parked documents through FBV0..system shows error msg. ..DOc cant be posted sinced balance is zero.
    Please advice

    You use MIR5 to display a list of the invoice documents. To post the document use MIRO.
    Authorization checks in MIR5 :  the system only performs an authorization
    check at plant level when you want to display an invoice document
    In addition you can use Expert mode then the system checks the authorization object M_RECH_WRK (Invoices: Plant); activity 03=Display, at plant level.
    MIR6 is used to post logistic parked invoices.
    From your error description, "Document cannot be posted since document balance is not zero FBVO"
    I am wondering if the error message you met was error FP033.
    Please be informed that Transaction Code FBV0 is only for posting
    documents that is parked by FI T-CODES, so it does not work for posintg
    other components just like MIR7.
    To avoid this kind of issues, please use FI relevant T-CODEs to park
    your document and FBV0 should be correct for posting the parked
    documents.

  • MIR5:  MIRO Blocked Invoices

    Hello Gurus-
    What are reasons why documents would not become FI documents in MIRO?  This is confusing to me because I get a document number but I don't see it under the Vendor?  What are some causes and their solutions?
    In reviewing MIR5, I noticed it is not like FBV0 where you can post the documents.

    I understand the transaction Charlie, I want to understand why invoices would not post using MIRO and end up under MIR5? 
    I created invoices and it gave me a document number but actually it is not the document number but the reference key number?
    Why?  Issue with configuration?

  • MIR5 Report exit

    Hi..
    I have a requirement in MIR5 transaction.
    When I execute MIR5 ,it displays a list of invoice document with a hyper link for invoice document number.
    When we click the document number the screen redirects to particular invoice through MIR4  in which we get the item and purchase order details. I need that purchase order number of that invoice document in the initial report of MIR5 beside the Invoice document number.
    Is any User/screen exit exists for this requirement?
    Or I need to develop Z screens and program for this?
    Please suggest.

    i did that some time ago and i didn´t find any user or exit so i decided to copy the program to a z and do my modifications there.
    i had to display only the first po available as MIR5 is a report that displays header data.

    Hi Raghav,
    Follow these steps
    1. First you create Import PO and input all the Import duties in PO in ME21N. Here specify Import Duties in PO and assign the Customs Vendor to all these condition types./
    2.Then you do LIV for Customs Office in MIRO (Here you enter all the Import duties as per Bill of Entry) and following A/c entry get generated;
    Customs Office A/c - Cr (Vendor Recon A/c)
    Customs Duty Clearing A/c - Dr (OBYC - ZCC)
    CVD Clearing A/c - Dr (OBYC - ZCV)
    3. Then Capture Bill of Entry in J1IEX.
    4. Then you do GR w.r.t. Import PO (MIGO), Accounting Entry will come as following;
    Stock A/c - Dr (OBYC - BSX)
    GR/IR Clearing A/c - Cr (OBYC - WRX)
    Customs Clearing A/c - Cr (OBYC - ZCC)
    5. Post Bill of Entry in J1IEX, and Accounting Entry will come as following;
    CENVAT Receivable A/c (BED, ECS, SECess and ADC) - Dr (From Account Detmn of GRPO with Sub Trans Type - IP)
    CVD Clearing A/c - Cr (From Compnay Code Settings of Excise)
    6. MIRO - For Import Vendor
    Import Vendor - Cr (Recon A/c)
    GR/IR Clearing A/c - Dr (WRX)
    7. MIRO - For Clearing Agent
    Out of following conditions;
    JCDB IN:Basic Custom Duty
    JCV1 IN : CVD
    JECV IN : Ed Cess on CVD
    J1CV IN : H&SECess on CVD
    JEDB IN : Ed Cess on BCD
    JSDB IN : H&SECess on BCD
    JADC Addnl Duty of Custom
    JCDB, JEDB, JSDB will get loaded to Stock and JCV1, JECV, J1CV and JADC will get posted to CENVAT Receivable A/c
    In M/08, assign A/c Key ZCC to JCDB, JEDB, JSDB conditions and Customs Clearing A/c in OBYC and A/c Key ZCV to JCV1, JECV, J1CV and JADC conditions and CVD Clearing in OBYC.
    Note: - Here you don't have to use Tax Procedure Accounting (OB40) in case of Imports. Only maintain a Zero % Tax Code in Import PO.

    Dear Dwarak,
    The 1st query assign UDF U_OppSeg value from Sales Opportunity to Sales order if U_QuoOppNum in sales order matches opportunity ID. Otherwise, assign Name value in UDT @SEGMENT where the first 3 letters match with sales order UDF U_QuoTypSeg.
    The 2nd query is the first part of the previous query after IF. I explained in the 2nd half.

  • I just installed the new itunes software update and it completely whiped my computer and have lost all my files? can some one expalin to me what happened and how do i undo it?

    Can someone please help me! I installed the new itunes software onto my computer it shut down then when i tried to log back into my computer all of my documents and everything was gone! the only thing remaining was my recycle bin. but my documents etc are gone!
    I tried to uninstall the software but it still hasnt made a difference! Has anyone had the same issue and if so how do I fix it? I need all my documents back!!

    Installing an iTunes update does not remove your media or personal files.
    Are the files actually missing off the computer, if so, you have a serious computer issue... not a software update issue.
    Regardless, use the backup of your media and other important files to put everything back.  You do have a backup, correct?
