Expand approval view automatically

Hi SRM-gurus!
our approvers have a handling problem in SRM.
When they click on the 'approval'-button in the WebUI (bbpapproval) by standard they first only get an overview of all the shopping carts they have to approve. In this overview you can only see the name of the shopping cart requester and the value of the shopping cart.
To see details you have to click on the shopping cart again.
Isn't there a way of showing details of all shopping carts that have to be approved from the beginning on? I.e. all approvals are expanded?
Or is there at least a way of displaying the shopping cart name instead of the requester's name via Customizing?
Thanks a lot for your help.
best regards,
Henning

            - CATS regular
              - Approve Working Time
                - Define Field Selection for Individual Approval View

  • How to get into /Expanded/ List View

I have a bunch of metadata that I have turned on for Expanded List View and I am in Browser View with the little "List" icon checked (I guess this is next to "grid view") but I can't seem to find a pulldown or tab or checkbox that lets me know I am in expanded view. Since I am not seeing the data I checked I am thinking I missed this somewhere.
    TIA

When you are in Expanded View, the menu option that shows is "Switch to Basic View".
When you are in Basic View, the menu option that shows is "Switch to Expanded View".
It's not a deft bit of UI design, but it is foolproof.
Here -- from the User Manual.
To switch to the expanded metadata overlay view in the Browser in filmstrip view, grid view, and list view
    Do one of the following:
Choose View > Metadata Display, then choose Switch to Expanded View from the Browser section of the submenu (or press Shift-U).
In the tool strip, choose Switch to Expanded View from the Browser section of the Metadata Overlays pop-up menu.
Note: Switching to the expanded view increases the number of columns displayed in list view.
To switch to the basic metadata overlay view in the Browser in filmstrip view, grid view, and list view
    Do one of the following:
Choose View > Metadata Display, then choose Switch to Basic View from the Browser section of the submenu (or press Shift-U).
In the tool strip, choose Switch to Basic View from the Browser section of the Metadata Overlays pop-up menu.
Note: Switching to the basic view decreases the number of columns displayed in list view.

  • Message Column in Individual Approval View of Manager- What data is shown??

    Hello Guru's,
We have implemented Time Management, and in that Manager can approve the record working times.
In that we have Individual Approval views and in that table we have Message Column.
    My question is :
What for we use the Message Column, since in our landscape we don't see any data.
Please help me what data is showed and why is it not populating in our case.
    Thanks,
    Pramod

    Hi,
    Thanks for the reply.
But what we observed is that message column in both collective approval and individual approval screen are not working the same way.
As you said the message column is used for showing the status or warning message.
But the problem is as said before the message column is in addition.
To be more clear In record working time when an employee records the time in the Day view in the details he/she have option to give some notes. That notes is shown in Individual view but the message column in Manager individual approval screen is blank
In the collective approval screen the message column we are using to show the manager whether he/she entered entered more hours than planned hours.
    Any Other inputs are appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Pramod

  • Working of Individual Timesheet approval view  in MSS

can any one tell what happens(how it works) when a manager selects "Reject " from drop down and press the transfer button in Individual timesheet approval view.
problem is : i have sorted the data based on A/A type Text. suppose that the data before sorting is 4,1,4 after sorting the data is 4,4,1.  when i select reject for first two entries 4,4(sorted data) and press transfer it will go to collective approval view. then choose review. in this screen it showing the rejected times as 4,1(which is the previous data) rather than 4,4.
the summary is it is taking only previous data eventhough we have sorted it.
any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can select individually and those records which are selected as rejected will be rejected in the final screen
In individual approval you set the status approve, resubmit or reject! These are different statuses we need to use

  • MSS Approve Working Times - Collective Approval view changes

    Hello,
We are implementing EP 7.0, ERP2005 (ECC 6.0) SP07, ESS (MySAP ERP) 1.0.
I have successfully configured the Individual Approval screen and the Detail Screen using SPRO to add and remove columns as per my client's requirements.  However, I see no way to configure the Collective Approval view in a similar fashion.
The objective is to have similar columns display in the Time Sheet, the Collective Approval view, and the Individual Approval view.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Approval view for working time empty fields 'message' and 'standard time'

    Hi experts,
We want to use the SAP-standard program to approve working hours in the Portal. The basic settings are all done, but we still have a problem with some fields.
When we use the SAP-standard approval view SAP_LINE (IMG --> Define approval views) and we go to the portal we see that the fields 'message' and 'standard time' are filled and the hours with a warning are red. When we create an exact copy of view SAP_LINE with the same detailscreen selections, the fields 'message' and 'standard time' are empty and the warning does not turn red.
See the print screen below for an example.
    http://img641.imageshack.us/i/printscreenapproveworki.jpg/
Can someone please help me with this?
    Thank you in advance.
    Kind regards,
    Bob

    Hi,
We have found the place to change this fields.
To change this fields we had to create an enhancement implementation for BADI definition 'HRCATS_APPR_CUST'
Information for this can also be found in the IMG documentation.

    Can Anyone help in this?

    Hi Ramesh,
Probably transaction CATS_APPR_LITE will help. Using this report you can reset the approval. But you can do it from backend.

  • Where to find "Define field selection for Individual approval view" in ECC5

    Hi,
I'm trying to find where I can configure the columns for the managers approval view in the backend in ECC5.
Time sheet>Setting for all user interfaces>Approval procedure>Approve working times> Define field selection for Individual approval view, doesn't appear to exist.
    Any help appreciated.
    Rob

    Rob,
    Try this:
    IMG->Integration with Other mySAP.Com Components->Business Packages/Functional Packages->Manager Self-Service (mySAP ERP)->Working Time->Approve Working Time->Define Field Selection from Individual Approval View
Alternatively use SM34 and go to view cluster VC_PT_FIELD_SELECTION and enter the screen area as CTS.
    Hope this helps. Good luck.
    Regards,
    Raj.

  • APEX... switch b.w expanded/minimized views

    Hi,
In one of my reports I want to show portfolio and products and associated revenues... FYI: Portfolio is a group of products...
I am looking for a capability similar to the pivot table where you can expand or minimize on the data set:
for example here is the expanded view
    Portfolio1 ProductA $5
    Portfolio1 ProductB $10
    Portfolio1 ProductC $15
    Portfolio2 ProductA $5
    Portfolio2 ProductB $5
    here is the minimized view
    Portfolio1 $30
    Portfolio2 $10
I want to be able to switch b.w expanded/minimized views
    Thanks again for your assiatance

    hi,
Have you tried Hide and Show Region, You can probably keep Region Title as Portfolio and a Substitution variable. further substituion variable should hold the result of a computation[addition of $ in ur case] .

  • Nuke default PAN setting when expanding track view in multitrack project

I have not been able to find the following preference to change: When I expand the view of a track in a multitrack project, the default is for VOLUME and PAN to appear. I only want VOLUME. Every time I open a multitrack project after saving it with the PAN unchecked, it shows up again. Anyone know how to change the default settings for this?
    Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I guess I did not miss some little option some place. Here is another default question for you: when I open a new multitrack project, SUBMIX 1 is always set to 1-6 SURROUND whereas I would prefer it to be 1-2 STEREO. At least that one seems to stay as STEREO after I have changed it and saved the project, but is there a way to change that default setting to have STEREO 1-2 in SUBMIX 1 from the start?

  • How do I expand the view of all day events in iCal?

I am unable to find an answer to this question any where.  Is it possible to expand the area in iCal where all day events appear in the day and week views?

Did you ever get an answer on this?  I can see everything in the DAY view but need to see the all day events in the week view.  I have events that start on say the 15th and run to the 21st.  I've started putting the end date in the location field but it was so much nicer when the all day even portion expanded to allow you to see all of them without having to scroll.  Having to use the DAY view makes it really hard to schedule.  Any chance this will change in the new version?

    2. Test approver is in same org or difffernt org than beneficiary user?
    3. check data object permissions of that role

  • Can't Move Audio Clips in Timeline After Expanding to View Waveforms (Premiere Pro CC 2014.2)

So, this seems to be a bit of a weird one, and I'd be pretty stoked if it ended up being something silly that I'm doing wrong, but I can't for the life of me figure out what that might be.
As the title suggests, I can't use the mouse to move some audio clips in a timeline once I expand the track to view the waveforms. This appears to only happen with independent audio clips (WAV. AIFF, MP3, etc), and not with clips attached to video. Also, it's worth noting that I don't have track keyframes turned on. I was hoping that was it, but it wasn't.
    So, what happens is this:
    1) I drag an audio clip down to the timeline (I can drag it onto an existing track, or drag to the bottom of the sequence and create a new track. Neither option seems to get a different result.).
    2) So long as the track isn't expanded and the waveform isn't visible, I can move the clip left, right, or up and down to a different track.
    3) As soon as I expand the track to view the waveform this functionality goes out the window. When this issue happens I can use the keyboard to nudge left and right, but that's about all the movement I have.
    4) It's almost as though the track becomes corrupt. The lanes for the track don't redraw properly, and the track is pretty much unusable. I can't put anything into it, and I can't take anything out. All I can do is delete the track and start again.
Complicating issues is that this doesn't always happen, but instead is one of those "vast majority of the time" issues. I can't see any rhyme or reason for why it works or doesn't. I seem to do the exact same thing, but occasionally get different results. It doesn't matter what type of file I'm using (WAV, AIFF, etc), and this only happens with independent audio clips.
Once again, I don't have track keyframing turned on when this happens. Believe me, I wish that was it.
I have already filed a couple of bug reports about this over the last month or so, but haven't heard anything yet. I was wondering if anyone else was having the same issue, and if so, whether they had any workarounds.
    Mandatory system info:
    Windows 7 Professional SP1 (64-Bit)
    Intel i7-3820
    32GB RAM
    Nvidia GTX 980 (350.12)
    Premiere Pro CC 2014.2

    Update:
I was just looking to post a screenshot of the timeline when I discovered something interesting. As soon as I use the vertical scroll bar to the right of the sequence, the tracks start to work again. Close off the waveform and the clip goes haywire. Move the scroll bar a tiny bit (or a lot), and suddenly the clip starts working.
    Pretty bizarre.
The good news is that for the time being that could be a workaround, though it would be great for this to not happen at all.
