Expense items not displayed in UWL

Hello,
I am on EP7.0 ECC6.0 and have workflow setup for Expense items but the problem now we have is that when an employee creates an expense report and submits it ...it goes to the Business Workplace of the Manager to whome he reports to but it is not getting displayed in the UWL...for some reason which was working earlier...
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Tha standard Task number is TS90300017 for "Travel Expense Approval"...and I looked at the XML for UWL which has the entry for this task as:

Attachments in Travel Expense approval not displayed in UWL

Hi guys,
We here have implemented the travel expense workflow WS20000040. According to the current std functionality, when the requestor creates a travel expense request, he is able to attach any attachments along with the request. But when the request moves to the approver in his UWL, he is not able to see the attachments. (except a default one which on clicking, opens the PR05 txn)
Is there any config or note which needs to be applied for these attachments to be visible under the UWL's attachments?

as far as I know, there is no standard functionality that implements the GOS-Links into the UWL. I've had the same problem as you and implemented a workaround that works as follows:
I wrote a class that implements the Interface IF_SWF_IFS_WORKITEM_EXIT and within the only method it contains I read the GOS-Documents which I then attach as normal workflow attachments to the Workflow API. The Class is used within the programming exit of my Workflow's decision task (it's then, by definition, automatically executed). This approach has one major disadvantage: The attachments are only passed to the WF upon sending the TRIP for approval, i.e. only when the workflow is executed, naturally. This means if the TRIP is sent for approval and then the employee creates attachments afterwards (which is possible even if the trip itself can not be changed due to authorization etc.), the manager will not receive these retroactively attached documents.
Beforehand: I'll not share the coding for this because I based it on the coding of an external colleague; but the description above should give you a design-technical idea of how to achieve your requirement.
One more thing. To get rid of that nasty process object that links to the PR05, you can use SWFVISU. I didn't know how to do this myself until 4 months ago or so. Ibrahim Ansari explained me how to do it in one of my threads over here: Hide/Remove process Object from Workitem that is shown as attachment in UWL possible?

Leave approval text changes are not displayed in UWL

I have made some changes to text label of leave approval application using ctrl+right click(done in role->workset->page->iview) in content admin but it not reflecting in UWL(when calling leave approval application in UWL).any idea pls.

aah i think the problem is at the uwl xml config file, which controls which iview is opening for a specific task id.
please enable the support info, at this u can see which xml file is used and you can change the directory/iview which is called by opneing the "leave approval":
1. Log on to the portal
2. Navigate to the following path: system administration > system
configuration
3. In detailed navigation click on the UWL & Workflow folder
to expand out
4. Then click on the Universal Worklist Administration link
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page:
Optional Universal Worklist Service Configuration
Open the Tray for the Optional UWL Service Configuration
Click on the button to open the tray for the optional UWL service
configuration
6. Scroll down again
7. Go into edit mode
8. Display Support Information: Set the parameter to true
9. Save

Vendor open item not displayed in F-44

Dear Gurus,
I have vendor open item (posted via MIRO). Item is displayed correctly in FBL1N and is also in table BSIK - but item is not seen in F-44.

Open items not displaying in vendor balances

Dear All,
I would like to say that I am facing one problem related to open items are not displaying in vendor balances. So for that purchase order created, MIGO & MIRO has made for particular vendor. After that in vendor balances open item is not displaying, for that purpose my client was unable to process make payment to vendor. so plz guide me how to solve this issue.

1.have you checked whether accounting document got generated first you need to check for this transation code FB03 for Accounting docuement display.
2. have you checked for GR/IR account line item wise wheter it is showing lineitem wise bal. or not.?
3. have you checked for whether system has Stored table level or not .? Check for this table-BSIK Vendor openitem.
4. when you checking for Line item Selection under Openitem Open at key will be there try to update when invoice docuemt got posted.
5. you need to activite Type under 1.Normalitem2.Noted item 3.parked item .
please check for this 5 point still you facing any problem please let me know.

Line items not displaying if exceeds one page

Hi all,
i have a script for check printing which also has list of invoices in it. it is coming correct if the number of invoices are fitting in one page. if the number of invoices are more then none of the items are displaying even in the first page and my next page is not trigerring. can anyone give me an solution for this.

Hi,
When i simulate in F-28(customer), only one line items is displaying
eg: 40 SBI a/c 1500
but not displaying the remaining items like
eg: 40 discount a/c 500
50 ABC cutomer a/c 2000
what may be reason. where can i change settings

Check the partner function of the customer. Also check whether the customer is linkekd to any vendor accounts and that vendor has a open items.

Discussion Board item not displaying in web part page

Hi, I am using SharePoint 2013 on-premise. I created new Discussion Board name as "Discuss" and displayed in
Management View as shown below.
The list item showing properly without any issues.
But when i am adding this web-part into web part page with Management
view. The items are not displaying.
What is the issue.? How to display the items here.?

The Discussion Board is in same site.
If displaying the web-part page with Subject view the items are visible.
But when i am changing the view to Management the items are hidden.

Please confirm if you have the data type NUMBERTABLE or IBE_NUMBERTABLE in your database.   This is now required in Release 12.1.3 to display items -
Run this query -
SQL>select count(*)
from all_types
where type_name IN ('NUMBERTABLE','IBE_NUMBERTABLE');
If count = 0, then apply one-off Patch 13416486:R12.IBE.B or ISTORE 12.1.3+ ROLLUP 1 Patch 16509570:R12.IBE.B
Or if count is returned, confirm the object is valid and owner APPS -
SQL>select object_name, object_type, owner, status
from dba_objects
where object_name = 'NUMBERTABLE';
If it doesn't exist or is invalid then, as APPS, execute this

SAP Inbox items not shown in UWL

We are working on ESS , we have items in SAP Inbox and not shown in UWL for a employee.
We are not able to login with the actual user. Is there any possibility to see UWL items of the item without his login?
we have UWL connecters enabled for R/3 but still have problem for this user.

If this is specific to one user or have you found same issue with others. To receive any workflow from backend system system need to be registered to UWL.

Why is the last item not displayed ?

I can understand why this the last episode of this feed is not displayed in itunes website (or itunes store in the app),

What is really strange is that there is no problem at all when user subscribe in Itunes. I have many other feed built like that which work without any problem.

This looks like a version of a bug in the Store which happens from time to time for some podcasts. Usually the entire list of episodes fails to show though the Store claims to be showing the correct number. Here you will notice that below the list it says '34 items' but it starts numbering at 2. I'm afraid there isn't anything you can do about this - your feed appears to be OK - it will probably sort itself out the next time the Store checks the feed.

EMAIL Notifications are not displayed in UWL

HI One & All,
I configured UWL and tested for Leave request Process. Workflow is working fine. Manager is approved the leave. But when manager approved leave a Notification should come in to UWL.
that notification is cumming in SAP INBOX but it is not appearing in UWL.
Suggest what are the steps need to follw.

You need to create a system to connect to the backend and do the UWL Configuration in Portal.
Search on SAP Help or on SCN for more information.

VC - Item not displayed in CS11

There is a Material Variant which is an assembly.
When I see this Variant through the transaction CU50, I see a component A in the assembly. But when I explode the BOM of the variant material through CS11 i do not see this component A . What can be the reason for this difference ?
There is no sales order.
A material variant is created as it is a frequently used variant of a configurable material.

Hello Dear,
I am not able to see my posting document thru f-02 thru t.code fbl3n. I have checked the master data of the gls there is already tick in line item display. For it i run a programe that is RFSEPA01, after running this programe i am able to see my posted document but not current post document.
Pls help it is very urgent.

Although the question is not clear.
But before running the program, you must block the questioned GL account for posting and run the program and again unblock the same and execute FBL3N report.
Still , if you are not getting lines in FBL3N report, please check whether your new doc has line items in table BSEG or not thru SE16.
