Expense Report not routed to Prepay Auditor when PrePay Auditor is setup at header level, I have attached screenshots of my setup.
ER is routed correctly if PrePay Auditor is setup at line level.
Why am I not able to route to header level approval stage?
I am on Peoplesoft 9.2 Image 10.

Typically an issue like this occurs in the RSWebApplication.config. Pricing is not changed when pricing date is changed at header level.

Dear Gurus,
The query is about pricing. When I change the pricing date at header level it is supposed to chnage the pricing at item level also. But it is not happening. In our scenatio there is a ZPR0 price and there is a condition record for that.
The order was created earlier and now when we change the pricing date price is not being changed. I checked the analysis button. There it shows the following messages for ZPR0(In this case condition already exists). ZPR0 has three condition tables
1. Condition record exists, but has not been set (for the 1st table in acces sequence)
2. Access has not been executed due to previous access(for the 2nd table in acces sequence)
3. Access has not been executed due to previous access(for the 3rd table in acces sequence)
As a result we are not able to change price in the header level by changing the pricing date.

Hi Felipe,
The pricing will change if we click on the update button and select 'C' or 'B' option in the item level. But when we try to chnage by clicking on the update button in the header level it is not getting changed.
I would also like to add that customer wants the price to be changed without pressing the update button at tghe header level.
Please clarify on the pricing validity configuration . What steps are required in the pricing validity configuration.?

ITunes should not route audio through EQ when routing to AirTunes speakers

I just got a 2nd AirPort Express to use as AirTunes speakers. It's plugged into our very nice AV receiver via optical cable, so the sound quality should be as good as it can get with this sort of wireless setup. But, the audio is being EQd by iTunes, using the custom EQ setting I've created for the speakers I use at the computer. This is wrong. iTunes offers a way to easily switch between "speakers", but no way to pair up EQ settings with each. It should use the current EQ setting when routing sound to the computer it's running on, but either use no EQ or a preselected EQ when routing sound to any AirTunes speakers.
Why would it EQ the audio going to some unknown audio device that's plugged into the AirPort Express, most likely in another room where it would be impossible to even begin to EQ it by ear from back at the computer?
So, is there any way to do this now? If not, I'm sending feedback and logging a radar so they'll correct this huge oversight.

Due to the bandwidth requirements possibly. Streaming a single audio stream is less bandwidth intensive then streaming multiple audio streams.

Report not showing the correct layout when executed in Portal

Hi All,
We have created 5 different queries in different units of measure for a query. We have included these in a web template, and based on the UOM choosen , the WAD will pickup the queries and provides the desired results.we have executed the report in Portal and created a bookmark for it...but if a different unit of measure, the layout is changing. Is there any way to create a bookmark which will not change by changing the Unit of measure means a different query.

Probably you are having issues related to personalization of your queries or templates on your portal.
Check it, remove and test again.

Expense Report Template -Accounts code not appearing when imported to AP

Hi Gurus,
I defined Expense Report Template for OU1, and for the courier expense i defined account code as 01-110-7410-00 ( Co-Dept-Courier Expns-IC)etc. with expense type as courier.
But when i submitted Expense Report using the same template and when imported to AP,accounts codes are 01-101-7610-00(Co-Dept-Salary-IC). Its totally wrong iaccounting treatment. This wrong acount codes came from HR whch assigned in Asssignment for Purchase Order Information.
Please provide your suggestions.

2 Mileage Policy Schedules on the same Expense report Template

Hi,
I am trying to create another mileage rate schedule and put in the same expense report template. It works and when you input mileage information for trip X,Y,Z on the Expense Report, the choice is there (drop down list) and the correct rate is automatically included in calculations.
The thing is that the project expenditure fields are grey and cannot input project/task etc.. I think I did the whole setup whether its on the Project Billing or Costing (expenditure category/type) and Payables Manager (ER template).
Am i Missing something?

Roseline,
Create a new button and select the option to create the button as an item and not in the region position.
Item buttons behave differently to Region Position buttons.
If you are wanting to use the button to "SUBMIT" the page, you will need to change the button to Target is a URL and add javascript:doSubmit('YOUR_REQUEST_VALUE');

PSAP callback number just rings, does not route to phone

I have setup ELINs in Emergency Responder. All of my PSAP callbacks work, except one. It will just ring and not route to the phone.
Here is some setup information:
PSAP Callback CTI Route Point Directory Number: 913XXXXXXXXXX (area code removed)
Translaton Pattern Settings for PSAP Callback: 913XXXXXX - Prefix digits, called party transformations (area code prefix defined, but removed)
PSAP Callback Route Point Pattern: 913XXXXXXXXXX (area code removed)
ELIN Digit Strip: 913

Your TP should not have 913 in it, it should match the called number (ELIN) range and prefix 913 to it. So let's assume you are getting all 10 digits from telco, such as 312555505X (ELIN range), your pattern should be 312555505X, prefix 913 with CSS that has access to the 913XXXXXXXXXX CTI Route Point.
If you are only getting lets say 4 digits from telco, then the pattern would be 505X, prefix 9132312555.
Also, keep in mind that CER will only maintain the ELIN-Phone DN relationship for up to 3 hours after the call was made.

Total Computing not happening on Sub line, line and header level

Expense Reports in PrePay Audit no longer show risks involved

I have expense reports in my Prepay audit queue that contain risks as defined by the Refinement Template, however the reports are no longer flagged to identify the specific risk involved. My Tech Support Admin says she has to "Resave" the template to allow future reports submitted to be flagged accordingly, but it will not "Reflag" the current list of reports. My question is why does this template fail and have to be "resaved"? There is no indicator that lets me know at what point it fails and risks are no longer flagged.
My current process for the prepay audit queue is to save the risk information in the comment field so when I have time to research all i have to do is look at the comment. Now when the template fails, this risk information is no longer available so if i don't save it the first time, i have no idea that the report may have a duplicate transaction or is out of policy and is at risk of being paid in error.
Any help is appreciated!

Why is Mac Book allowing books and apps I don't use to collect info and send it out without my knowledge. My computer will not disconnect from the internet. It seems to find a clone router and continues even when I shut down and unplug my my own home iy

If the same website is opening each time you launch a browser (Safari?) hold down the shift key as you launch to prevent previous pages from opening.
Have a look at your settings in Safari > Preferences. Especially General and Privacy.
Reset Safari to remove cookies and other stored data.

Expense Report Summary page does not show any totals - only zeros

On creation of Expense Report in the portal When entering a billable expense report, when you get to the summary page is does not show any totals - only zeros for other two schema's its working fine like displaying totals
we are surprised that any custom development is hitting or anything relates with configuration

In the header of the template i also have <?CUST_NAME_INV?> and the report date. When i try to enter the <?AS_OF_DATE?> it is not printed and also the header is not shown any longer. Once again, thank you for any help,

Error "Trip Country does not exist" in Create Expense Report ESS

When I try and create an Expense Report after selecting the Trip Schema a critical error appears Trip Country does not exist in the system (T005). The application was working one day agoa and now it doesn't work giving this error all the time...

Expense Report Export does not create Invoice in AP

Hello,
I have created several expense reports in AP (Running EBS R12, I am not using iExpenses), but when I use the Expense Report Export request, the invoices are not created. I have looked online and found some plausible solutions. None of them have worked: I've made sure the Employee payment method is set up; the Usage rules for payables are also set up for Employee Expenses in the payment processing transaction type. In the Payables Option screen, I have selected the Automatic Employee as a Supplier option.

I found the answer and I am posting it here in case someone else needs it:
You need to run the Expense Report Export with the Debug Switch on (you can find this under the request's parameters). When the output is ready, just select "View Log..." and search for the "REJECT CODE"; it will let you know what went wrong with your expense report. In my case, the suppliers I was using had invalid liability accounts. As soon as I updated them, the invoices were generated.

Expense reports are not processing for future date?

hi folks,
in our co.expense reports are not processing for future date, even though the end date is one month from now the expense reports are not getting paid.
can anybody assist me to come out of this issue.

Could you please share how to go Debug mode in Dymanic program, I have scenarion in SAP HR , when Employee is hire , during the hiring action Infotype 32 is updating based on following conditions

Infotype record is being created but there is no data in "RP50D-FIELD1 , so i tried to debug the subroutine GET_PNALT(ZHR_CREATEP0032) as mention in Dynamic action, its not going in debugger mode.
Do you have any Idea about how to debug the program. used in dynamic action

Problem when creating Expense Report

Dears,
When i tried to create Expense Report, this error appear after submitting the dates of the trip.
Changes in settlement past trigger retroactive settlement.
Entry not found in table T706U. Argument: 98P NO 20120118
The estimated travel amount could not be determined.
Any Ideas ??

the first message tells you changes in retroactivity ie master data changes as per IT0003, if it goes beyond this date
second error is due to the missing error
The error message is correct in this case as there is no entry in the
T706U. The system does not automatically default to the blank entry
in case you select a region that is not maintained in the table
(somehow also blank is a region).
You thus need to maintain entries in the T706V and T706U for all
regions you have defined in your client.
