Expert..What should we do if we did a mess of MIGO and MIRO in PO history?

Much appreciate if anyone could help on this issue.
What we have done:
we have a Purchase Order of 3 line items with the quantity in 300,200,100, respectively. the net price for each unit is $1.
In MIGO:
1. we posted MIGO with wrong quantity and wrong 'amount in LC' as follows:
quantity = 1;
'amount in LC' = $ 600
2. we reverse this goods receipt with correct quantity and wrong 'amount in LC'.
quantity = -1;
'amount in LC' = $ -1
In MIRO
we wrongly posted the receipt as follows:
Quantity = 350;
Amount = $ 350
then again, we did another wrong thing:
we deleted the line items 2 and 3 in Purchase order in order to close the commitment in the Project.
Now we are end up to a very bad situation:
The invoice amount is not matched up to the PO, and
the Project still can not be closed due to the commitment sitting in the Project WBS.
What should we do now, experts???
Much appreciate if you can help us out.
Points are generously assigned!

To Kishore Kumar Chiluka,
I finished the first step - delete line item 2 and 3 successfully.
Now I start to reverse Goods Receipts posted against in 1st line item.
In the PO history of 1st line item, we posted the following material documents.
1. wrongly post MIGO as follows.
Movement Type = 101
quantity = 400;
'amount in LC' = $ 400
2. tried to reverse the wrong material document as follows, unfortunately, 'amount in LC' again is wrong.
Movement Type = 122
quantity = - 400;
'amount in LC' = $ - 500
3. Now we want to follow your instructions to reverse step 2 using MBST, however we end up with the error message saying
PU Ordered quantity exceeded by 400 EA. Message no. M7022.
Diagnosis
The specified stock level or quantity is exceeded by 400 EA.
What should we do to cancel the wrongly reversal material doc in step2??
in addition, we do not have idea how 'amount in LC' again is determined, because we did not put in ount in LC' = $ - 500.
Much appreciate for your help!!
Points are generiously given.

    I currently have 2 ipods.
One is 2G and another is 3G.
I updated 3G to IOS 5 so I can download a lot of games with 3G ipod.
However, I cannot purchase with 3G ipod because I don't remember my security question answers.
Also, it seems that I did not put 'rescue email' to my account.

  • HT4722 What happens if you opened FCP 7 before Motion 4? What should I do if I did it this way?

What happens if you opened FCP 7 before Motion 4? What should I do if I did it this way?

Hi Nick, thanks for responding.  Sorry I wasn't clear.
What I want to figure out is regarding FCP X and FCP Studio in the same machine.
I installed FCP X.  Moved the FCP X's applications into a folder.  I moved the FCP Studio Apps out to the root directory of my applications folder.
But what I didn't do, is open Motion 4, before opening any other application form FCP Studio.  (This is what Apple recommends to do)
Now every time I want to open a motion 4 file directly from FCP 7, the new motion 5 opens.  I'd have to modify files individually to "open with" motion 4.
I am working in a school setting, (public computer) so I want to leave it easy for users...
    Thanks!!

I guess if stolen or lost it would protect my "stuff", and if I'm travelling would protect my privacy.
You must understand the purpose and implications of encryption before deciding whether to use it.
Encryption locks your data with a password. If you forget that password, the data is lost beyond any chance of recovery. Neither Apple nor anyone else will be able to help you recover that data if you don't know the password.
By the same token, the password must be strong enough to provide the security you want. For example, if you're the potential target of industrial espionage by a government or large corporation, you need the strongest possible password. To create and manage such a password safely is a task in itself, not to be undertaken lightly.
If you're only concerned about casual snooping by someone with no special skill, a weak, easily-remembered password is appropriate.
But regardless of the strength of the password, if you lose it, the data is gone forever.
Another point to remember is that if you encrypt your data on one storage device, you must also encrypt it on all other storage devices that would be accessible to the same attacker. Otherwise the data isn't protected. For example, if you keep your computer and your backup drive in the same room, and the internal drive of the computer is not encrypted, then there's no point in encrypting the backup drive.

  • What should i do with my ipad because it fell down and the screen cracked but its still functioning

what should i do with my ipad because it fell down and the screen cracked but its still functioning

Up to you whether you want to get it serviced. If you don't, I'd suggest putting on a screen protector to help hold the screen together and try to prevent further damage. It's likely that it will eventually fail at some point, but you could get lucky and have it continue to work for quite some time.
If you decide you want to get it serviced, Apple does not repair iPads, but will replace the entire iPad for a flat fee. If you have AppleCare+ on the iPad, the cost will be relatively minimal; $49 in the US. Otherwise, see the Service Pricing section here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/ipad/service/faq/
There are independent iPad repair services that may be able to replace the screen for less. Do a web search for "ipad repair".  You can also look for parts and instructions and do the repair yourself. Note, though, that if you elect to have the iPad serviced by an unauthorized shop or perform your own repair, you will get no further support from Apple.
    Regards.

  • What should I do if the encryption for FileVault has paused and won't restart?

What should I do if the encryption for FileVault has paused and won't restart?

If you don't already have a current backup of all data, back up before proceeding. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
Start up in Recovery mode. When the OS X Utilities screen appears, select Disk Utility.
In the Disk Utility window, select the icon of the startup volume from the list on the left. It will be nested below another disk icon, usually with the same name. Click the Unlock button in the toolbar. When prompted, enter the login password of a user authorized to unlock the volume, or the alternate decryption key that was generated when you activated FileVault.
Then, from the menu bar, select
              File ▹ Turn Off Encryption
    Enter the password again.
You can then restart as usual, if the system is working. Decryption will be completed in the background. It may take several hours, and during that time performance will be reduced.
If you can't turn off encryption in Disk Utility because the menu item is grayed out, you'll have to erase the volume and then restore the data from a backup. Select the Erase tab, and then select
              Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
    from the Format menu.
You can then quit to be returned to the main Recovery screen. Follow these instructions if you back up with Time Machine. If you use other backup software, follow its developer's instructions.
Don't erase the volume unless you have at least two complete, independent backups. One is not enough to be safe.

Can you explain exactly what the message says?
Do you have its serial number? If you do, type it in the following web page to determine your service and support options:
    https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do
If you do cannot find a serial number on the iPhone you can find it stored in your last iTunes backup:
Open iTunes on the computer you used to sync the iPad and select Preferences…from the iTunes menu. (In Windows, choose Edit > Preferences.)
Select the Devices pane. Position the cursor over any of its backups. The iPad's serial number will appear in a popup window.
For a screenshot read: iOS: How to find the serial number, IMEI, MEID, CDN, and ICCID number

  • HT4623 I don't know what has happened but the update didn't work and now it asks me to restore the iPad. I don't know whether I should as i'm too scared it will delete everything i had on my iPad. What should i do if i did backup my iPad before the update

So i have a serious problem regarding the iOS update on my iPad 4 and i don't know whether i should restore it because i'm scared it will loose all the data.

You are saying that you DID backup your iPad so there should be no worries at all. After you restore the iOS, you can restore from the backup - and sync with iTunes, if you are using iTunes - and you should be fine. If you see the iTunes logo and the USB cable on the screen, you are in recovery mode.
    Read this for more information.
If you can't update or restore your iOS device - Apple
If you didn't backup your iPad, there is nothing that you can do about it now. You will lose everything when you restore. You can add you purchased content back to the device using the purchased tabs in all of the iStores or you can sync your content back to the iPad if you use iTunes.
No matter what, you have to restore if you want to be able to use your iPad again.

  • HT4623 What should I do if i see a logo of usb and itunes on my ipad after/while im updating?

I left my iPad while updating to ios 6.1.2 and then after few hours, a logo of a usb and itunes appeared.. what should i do?  Reply please thank you.

Once the software has downloaded and installed to your iPad you should be able to use it, unless you still see the USB Connector/iTunes combo on the screen again.
Also, if you've backed up your iPad using iTunes you can use the Restore Backup option on the Summary screen to put all your info back on.

  • What should I do if I find my submitted App crashes and it's in "Waiting for Review" phase?

    Hello All,
I submitted my App and I recently found it crashes at a certain point.  What should I do?
I was thinking about "Rejecting the Binary" on iTunes Connect, then resubmitting a new binary.
    Your thoughts.
    John

Reject it yourself, fix the bug, do more testing, and resubmit.

  • What should I do if my iPad lightening cord is corroded and does want to charge and it keeps saying "not charging"?

My iPad mini has a charger that has gold material and it looks like it is corroded and I can't get it to charge because it says "not charging" and I got it for christmas so I don't know what to do.

Doesn't really matter. Take the device and cord into your Apple Store. It is under warranty, and if it is the cord they will replace it.
If you think the port may have some debris in it, then take a soft, clean toothbrush, and gently brush it to clean it out, then try to charge again. If that doesn't work, then be sure to back everything up before going to the Apple Store in case they determine that the device itself needs to be replaced.
    Cheers,

  • What should i do with an Oracle 11g Database, MySQL database and a dump file.

I just joining to a new work field, almost about a database and i know "NOTHING" about this field.
My company has a system that running by Oracle Database, the problem is that Oracle Database will cost a lot of money when my company expands.
So the quest is converting Oracle Database to MySQL database.
Of course i cant try to convert it in the main Database, so i create one Oracle 11g Database on my LocalHost, and it already actived in " Localhost:1158 " etc.
I have another Sever test that already set up MySQL database, and a dump file from the system.
So I want to ask these 2 questions :
    1. How to create an new Oracle Database from that dump file ?
    2. Is it alright if i use tool to convert Oracle Database into MySql, or i should do it manually ?
    Thanks alot.

So the quest is converting Oracle Database to MySQL database.
I predict that converting to MySQL will cost your company more as it expands. As you expand managing contention becomes more important - Oracle does this for you. I do not think MySQL does, so you'll have to write more code to deal with this, costing the company money. A big part of making application scalable and reliable is to use stored procedures, how good are MySQL's compared to PL/SQL's. What other features are there that MySQL has that will benefit your company that Oracle doesn't. What do you need to think about as your company expands that need to be taken care of in the database. I would have thought a migration from MySQL to Oracle would be more common to deal with expansion.
As you know "NOTHING" you need to think about what each database can give you for the next 10 years to cope with you businesses potential requirements, and extimate how much it will cost to implement these requirements, then make the decision
