  • Turn Off Deadline Less Then 1 Hour Notifications

A quick question... If i set Deployment deadline less than 1 hour
to 0 minutes will this turn off notifications for that time period?
Reason being the other two options more than cover what we need, and if it slips past the deadline the maintenance window should deal with any outstanding clients.

Yes, I know this is an old post, but I’m trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?
You can’t set that option to anything less than 5 minutes, so it is not an option to set it to 0.

  • Creation of Shopping Cart Infocube on the top of DSO(0BBP_SC)

    Hi Experts,
I am new to SAP BW/BI. So please help me in solving this issue. I am planning to create an Infocube on top of Standard Shopping Cart DSO (0BBP_SC - Shopping Cart - Individual Documents). There is no standard Infocube for shopping Cart so i have to create a new one.I am doing this to improve performance (So that i can built aggregates, rollups, compression on Cube).
We are using SRM 5.0, SAP BI 7.0
Does this make sense, let me know if i need to post any further information.
    Thanks,
    SAPBWI

    Hi Dennis,
I really appreciate for quick response. Please input your feedback on the below situation:
We are currently using the shopping Cart DSO along with PO Account Assignment DSO for reporting (on Multiprovider). Due to heavy load and constant change in user requirements there have been performance issues in the past. Now the end users want separate reports on Shopping Cart and PO Account Assignment. So I came with up the idea of building the Cube on top of Shopping Cart DSO and then built separate Report.
    Present situation of the report:
    Variable Entry:
Created on Date, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Purchase Group, SC Created By, Goods Recipient, Requestor, Vendor
Some of the Characteristics we are using in report:
Shopping Cart Date, Shopping Cart Number, Purchase Order Number, SC Created By, SC Requestor, Goods Recipient, Purchasing Group, Controlling Area, Cost Center, Chart of Accounts, G/L Accounts, Order, Vendor, PO Line item Number, SC Item Number, SC Status, Shopping Cart Name & many custom fields pulled from the SRM system.
Please let me know for this scenario the good practice (Reporting on DSO or CUBE)
    Thanks,

  • Creation of Shopping cart from CPPR

    Hi,
While creating shopping cart from Collective processing, we have implemented BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI for validations. Now, after this BADI, in the standard process the messages are being appended in the /SAPSRM/IF_SOA_MSG_HNDL~GET_ERROR_CODE. The creation is failing in Quality system but it is successful in Development system. Can you please tell me reason for difference in Error Handling process in both the systems.
The messages are getting cleared in Development system in BBP_PDH_MSG_INTERNAL_SAVE while in Quality system, it is not getting cleared. I found a parameter IV_METHOD in this FM and the sequence of calling this FM with IV_METHOD is differing for both.  Are there any SAP notes?
In Brief, the error message from the BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI Implemention are being cleared in Development system and not getting cleared in the Quality system.
Please provide me some points to resolve this.
    Thanks inadvance,

  • Trying to delete shopping cart via GUI (not web) tran BBP_MON_SC

In the GUI I'm entering "/n" to get out of the Easy Access menu and then running tran BBP_MON_SC.  I'm then entering a specific shopping cart number and clicking the Start button.  On the results screen if I just click the "Delete Shopping Cart" button, nothing happens.  I was told to try entering the number left to the shopping cart number ("1") in the field left of the "Delete Shopping Cart" button and then try clicking the "Delete Shopping Cart" button, but still nothing happens.  I know the GUI screen layout is a little weird so I'm obviously doing something wrong.  Please note I'm able to successfully delete this same shopping cart in the web tran Monitor Shopping Cart.  Any help is appreciated.
We're running the EBP extended classic scenario with SRM 4.0 and SRM_SERVER 5.00.
    Thanks,

<b><u>In the Transaction <u>BBP_MON_SC</u> in GUI login/mode, clcik on field - Created By (User ID) in the General Data section, say TESTUSER and click on "START BUTTON" on top of page.
A new screen will appear displaying all the shopping carts that user has created. Based on the line number in the left-side of the screen, enter that line number in the top left corner of screen in Frame1 and press on "Delete Shopping Cart" button to delete that particular shopping cart...</u></b>
<u>I can easily delete the SC from GUI by this way.. Hope this definitely answer your query and help you as well..</u>

  • Default frame in shopping cart

    Hi All,
i am working an issue which is in shopping cart screen default frame.
after logon into shopping cart screen, you can see 'EXTENDED DETAILS' button. once you click 'EXTENDED DETAILS' button that will change as 'Simplify button' along with some more fields add into shopping cart screen( say for example custom fields).
my requirement is when ever user log on and clicked shopping cart create button. the shopping cart screen should display 'EXTENDED DETAILS' view which contains the custom fields instead of 'Simplify details' view.
Is there any way to do that, plz help me out.

    Hi
Which SRM Version are you using ?
<u>As soon as you add customer fields (Refer SAP OSS Notes 672960 and 485891) to the Shopping cart (say at Item Level ) these fields are displayed in the the Basic data section (Item level) as well as the Search Criteria (in Extended search) functionality automatically.</u>
As per your business requirement, when ever user log on and clicked shopping cart create button, then the shopping cart screen should display 'EXTENDED DETAILS' view which contains the custom fields instead of 'Simplify details' view.
<b>This is Standard SAP functionality. These changes are not possible until we do modification to the HTML Templates in the Internet Service (BBPSC01) using SE80 Transaction.</b>
I have not tried the same, but i don't think it possible (or might be - not sure), as there is a maximum limit of displaying fields in the Shopping cart Basic Data / Search functionality section.
You must have noticed as soon as the number of fields displayed on the Shopping cart exceeds (say more than 10 fields - including Standard and custom fields), there is automatically a  button feature ">>" / "<<" gets enabled to either go forward to the next page or come back from to the previous page for display of fields. <u>Therefore, as per my view, you can change the text lable of the 'EXTENDED DETAILS'  button / 'Simplify details'  button, but this might not help. Moreover, this might cause side-affects to the existing Shopping cart functionality. So be very sure, before making changes to the respective HTML Templates involved in this case.</u>

  • Disable "Add item" and "Paste" button on item level of shopping cart

    Hi,
I would like to disable the "Add item" and "Paste" button on the item level when editing a shopping cart awaiting approval.  I have been able to accomplish this for the buttons "Delete", "Duplicate", and "Copy" already.  I have done this by adding an enhancement implementation in the class /SAPSRM/CL_PDO_DYN_MDA_IT_SC under the methods DELETE_ITEM (delete button), COPY_ITEM (duplicate button), and COPY_CLIP (copy button).  This enhancement gets the shopping cart header guid, then uses the function module "BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL" to return the table e_status to check if the shopping cart is awaiting approval.  If it is it will disable the buttons, making them equal to abap_false.
I would like to do this same thing to the "Add item" and "Paste" buttons but they are not listed in the the same class.  Does anyone know what class they are called in?
I have tried looking in SPRO -> SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Extensions and Field Control (Personalization) -> Control Actions -> Display Standard Metadata Tables for Actions on Item Level.  I can't find the "Add item" and "Paste" buttons in here for BUS2121(shopping cart) under Edit mode.  Anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks,

    Jay,
I did as you suggested and was able to break on the method as expected.  I made the same coding changes as I had in the other methods where I put in an enhancement but it would not work.
I was able to solve this problem by creating an enhancement in the Web Dynpro where the buttons were being displayed.  I created a 'Post-Exit' enhancement for the WDDOMODIFYVIEW method.  Within this I added my custom logic to disable the Add Item and Paste buttons when in editing a shopping cart that is awaiting approval.
    Thanks for the help,
    Jeff

  • Open Shopping Cart from ERP Backend

    Hi,
we are on SRM 7.01 and ECC 6.0 as ERP Backend.
How can i open a shopping cart with the shopping cart number?. Can i open the shopping cart per URL?
We have the shopping cart number in ERP Backend.
    Best regards,
    Benjamin Herzig

    Hi,
erp users should be able to open the shopping cart with one click from sap gui me53n.
At the moment, they have to copy the shopping cart number and then open the SAP Portal and search for the shopping cart. This is not very userfriendly.
Can i use any remote function in srm calling from the erp?
I´m surprised that nobody else needs such as feature!
    Best regards,
    Ben

  • BADI BBP_CREATE_BE_RS_NEW  - how to debug in ECC (SRM shopping cart)

    Hi,
We are using BADI BBP_CREATE_BE_RS_NEW (ECC system).
We put external breakpoint on this BADI.   Made sure also that the BADI is activated.
Our problem is it didnu2019t stop on our breakpoint.  Authorizations to debug/etc are there.
When it was not possible to debug when shopping cart is created in internet link (SRM), we used tcode BBPSC01 (ECC system) to see if we can go to the BADI and debug it.  However still the program did not stop at break point at the ECC side.
    (SRM Module shopping cart)
How do we debug this BADI in ECC?  Anything to set up or ?????
    SRM_SERVER   550   0013    SAPKIBKT13   SRM_SERVER 550: Add-on installation
SRM add on to ECC 6.0
Looking forward to hearing from you <removed by moderator>.
    Thanks.

    1) If your debugging in our Development system.
You can use the DO , ENDDO loop.
Copy and paste the below code in your BADI code where you want to start debugging.
Create the shopping cart in SRM then the screen will be in processing mode.
Go to ECC system transaction code SM50
execute the transaction you will see an ALV report with all processeor running.
You will find one line with your BADI name .
Select that line and GOTO -> Program/Session menu option -> Program -> Debugging.
After the above action Debugger will start and the curser will be at DO , ENDDO loop.
make the FLAG value = 'X" in the debugging and from there you can debug the BADI.
    DATA : FLAG.
    DO.
    IF FLAG = 'X'.
       EXIT.
    ENDIF.
    ENDDO.
Once your debugging is over make sure that the above code is deleted.
Let me know if there are any concerns.
    2) If you want to debug in the Testing or production environment then you have to login to ECC system with your RFC user name and put the external break point.
When you create the Shopping cart the RFC user will run the ECC logic thats why we ned to login with the RFC user.
We can request BASIS people to give the access for some time to debug the application with RFC user.
This you can do in Development also.
    Thanks

  • Can't purchase album or delete it from my Shopping Cart

I added The Kooks' "Inside In / Inside Out" to my cart, and iTunes wont let me buy it. Every time I click the "Buy Now" button it says "Your Shopping Cart's contents have changed" and offers to refresh it. The refresh does nothing. If I try to delete the album from my cart it gives me an error:
"Could not remove an item from your cart (1011). There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later."
Oddly enough, the price of the album is listed as $0.00, and I think the problem has something to do with the fact that album is being confused with the free "single of the week", which I already downloaded. I have tried quitting iTunes and rebooting.

Same problem here, but with an iPod game that I tried to purchase...
Here's a copy of the problem, as I described it in my email to Apple. Hopefully I'll get this sorted.
I recently added the new iPod Game "The Sims: Pool" to my Shopping Cart.
I then went to my Shopping Cart to buy and download the game I had just added.
When I looked at the item listed in my Cart, instead of the usual "BUY" button I would normally see next to the item, I can only see a "VIEW" button.
Clicking on the "VIEW" button gives me a message which says:
Your request could not be completed.
The item you've requested is not currently available in the UK Store.
This makes no sense as I was in the UK Store when I viewed the game and when I added it to my Shopping Cart. I was also logged into my iTunes Store Account, which I could only do if I was in the UK Store.
Further problems appear when I try and remove the game from my Shopping Cart, by clicking on the remove "X" button next to the listing.
Clicking on this gives me an error message which states:
Could not remove an item from your cart. An unknown error occurred (1011).
There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.
I thought maybe this was just some "teething trouble", seeing as though "The Sims: Pool" has only just been released today, but I tried adding "The Sims: Bowling" to my Shopping Cart a short while afterwards and I am having exactly the same problems.
As a test, I even tried adding a couple of the very early iPod games, "Cubis" and "Zuma", but even those are, again, giving me the exact same problems. It seems I cannot purchase ANY game from the iTunes Store.
I have purchased several other games in the past however (8 to be exact), with no troubles.
Could you please assist me in this matter.
    Thank-you.

  • Shopping Cart will not appear

I'm using iTunes 7 on Windows XP Pro, and I have not been able to access my Shopping Cart for the past 24 hours or so. The iTunes store works fine, and I can add songs into my cart, but when i try to access the cart, the operation "times out" - I even purchased directly from the iTunes store, and it downloaded the songs just fine, but the shopping cart still does not work. Any suggestions?
    SM

I've had the same problem for the past 36-48 hours. I've searched everywhere on the support website and the best I've been able to do, after uninstalling and reinstalling the software twice, has been to e-mail the company through the Contact Support link at the bottom of the page. I can access the store just fine and even add songs to the cart, I just can't view it. It is an unknown error (5002) with the store, so I'm assuming that only they can fix it. I will post again if I can get a definative answer out of them within the next 24 hours or so. Cheers.

  • Can anyone tell me if DVD2oneX can burn more then 2 hours (my home vid's)..

I have one of those Sony, mini DV camcorders that does NOT have the hook up to my Mac. I am going to buy one of the Canopus ADVC110's soon. In the meantime, I was able to record all my mini DVD's to a regular DVD. I signed up for the "trial" of DVD2oneX and it works great on my DVD's that are less then 2 hours. If I buy this software, will it copy/burn my DVD's that are over 2 hours? Anyone have experience with this? I would prefer this program over Toast for what I am doing and how much I like the trial so far. Thanks for any advice.

DVD2oneX does compress and burn it on the DVD, but I was just using it to copy movies that I own and my home movies. Most DVD's are less than 4.7GB so half the time, I do not even have to compress them.
I have a few home movies that are on 8GB discs and are 2-3 hours long. I want DVD2oneX to compress the movie and put it on a new copy (DVD). Will DVD2oneX burn this even if the movie is over 2 hours long?

  • Help with purchasing from shopping cart

When I try to purchase my shopping cart, I receive a message that my "session has timed out. Please start this operation from the beginning." I have purchased and downloaded songs on this computer before (my macbook), but not for a few months (I don't buy songs very often). I tried updating to the latest version of itunes and restarting my computer but it is still giving me the same error message. Any suggestions? I have quite a few songs in the shopping cart that I want to buy

This is a bit of a long shot, but it worked for another user, so it's worth a try. Create a normal playlist and title it anything you like ("Buylist", for example), and drag the items from the Cart to that list so you have them for reference. Then go to the iTunes Store preferences, select "Buy and Download Using 1-Click", close the preferences window, reopen the preferences window and reselect "Buy and Download Using Shopping Cart". Then see if your Shopping Cart will work; you can click the "buy" button for each track in your "buy" playlist.
If not, another user reported that the problem occurred when his credit card expiration date needed updating. Log into your iTunes Store account and check your credit card information.
If neither of those suggestions helps, you may need to contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form linked from the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them.
    Hope this helps.
