Expired Password - PLEASE HELP!

Does anyone know how to go about changing all the Administration Passwords?
Our DBA set up the lastest 10g version of portal on our server and sent us the URL with the user log in details.
Well now we try to log in and it says password has expired contact your Administrator. I contacted the DBA and he doesn't remember his passwords or how to go about changing our passwords.
Does anyone know how we can do this?

Assuming that you are working with 10g release 2, 10.1.2.0.2 version of OID, you or your dba can unlock the super-user account as follows:
"If a super user account becomes locked, it stays locked until it is unlocked by using the OID Database Password utility. This utility prompts you for the ODS user password. After you enter the ODS password, it unlocks the account."

The next time you attempt to reach Skype Customer Service, try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Do not choose the obvious - you have already established that path is not working. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.
Skype is aware of problems reaching their customer service unit via the website, however people are getting through. I have flagged your report for follow-up by those to whom I report.

IF you forget your email and password and you are stuck in the activation process, it usually gives you a clue on what is your email like w********[email protected] If you really own the phone, you already have a clue on what is that email add. Then go to appleid.apple.com, click on manage my device, enter what you think is your email addy (no harm in trying that it wont lock) then click on i forget password. This will give you an option to either sent the password to an alternate email. If you have several, then sad to say you have to open it one by one and check including your spam mails. Another option is to answer some security questions you made while creating an apple id. Your last option is to call apple support. If you know the email add and you can prove ownership, they can reset the password for you

You need the Apple ID and password that was originally used to set up the device. Ask the seller to give it to you. If the seller is unable or unwilling to provide the information, the Phone is probably stolen. There is nothing you can do.

Excel Download of a Web SAP BW Report asks userid and password.please help

Dear BW folks,
Issue: When I run a specific SAP BW Report from Web and download the same into excel & csv.
When I open the excel file downloaded, it asks me user name and password to enter. csv file downloaded doesn't ask.
The report has 0cust_sales hierarchy and SBU hierarchy.
Is there any thing to do with these hierarchies that the excel download is asking user name and password?
Please help me out!!!!! This report needs to be downloaded into excel sent to my manager.....
