Please somebody explain in more detail, what the "Bookmark to Desktop add-on" is for? Why would someone want it , what's it about, how to make it work?
Also, I can't find anywhere an answer to:
how to move bookmarks around to other folders!
using android phone.
I'd also like to know: how can i create a new bookmark folder uing android.

From reading the extension page for "bookmarks to desktop" I'm not sure what it does. However whatever it did seems to be broken according to the comments on the extension.
Arranging bookmarks is not possible in Android. You can set up Firefox Sync to manage bookmarks on the desktop side. The changes will sync back to Firefox for Android.

If you remove the names then you may have a problem with organizing or searching for bookmarks.<br />
If you do not want to use the extension then you can achieve the same effect with code in userChrome.css<br />
That is what I would do.
Add code to userChrome.css below the @namespace line.

Who know what the jar package in html directory is for?

I used ims 5.2 hotfix 1.25 before�B
Now i update the hotfix from 1.25 to 2.14.
I see there are five jar packages as so:
html/SMIMEApplet.jar
html/activation.jar
html/bcprov-jdk14-122.jar
html/card-win32.jar
html/ldapjdk.jar
html/mail.jar
I want to know what the jar package in html directory is for because i have been used customized web interface!
Now I need to use the original customized html directory to cover the html dir. But i donot konw whether it have any risks!

Now we have a problem the process httpd may be hang by chance.
The users can not logon webmail, it show invalid user or password!
In the http proxy logs, there are many error " proxy login failed".
So we hope solve this problem by patch the new hotfix 2.14.
In fact,we donot need the fix on web face,but we need a stable server backgroud!

my gf just bought a new MB and have had the pleasure of playing around on it for a little while. love it and it practically out performs my late 2007 MBP! the only con imo is the glass in front of the screen, but it's not my computer!
i read on here about people claiming there is a loose hinge issue? i know if i close the lid to a certain point it shuts itself (maybe about 1/4 - 1/2 inch gap before the lid is fully closed), but i'm pretty positive that it's really just the magnets for keeping the lid closed.
i mean, is it simply an issue of the magnets being a little stronger than what people are expecting or is the lid shutting on its own with a gap of several inches?
anyways, the hinge on her MB seems perfectly fine.

My feeling here is that simply changing join syntax and case vs decode issues is not going to give any significant improvement in performance, and as Tubby points out, there is not a lot to go on. I think you are going to have to investigate things along the line of parallel query and index vs full table scans as well any number of performance tuning methods before you will see any significant gains. I would start with the Performance Manual as a start and then follow that up with the hard yards of query plans and stats.
Alternatively, you could just set the gofast parameter to TRUE and everything will be all right.

Whats the average temperature of my drive bay on my G5?
The drive bay is running at 1832 degrees F.
I just installed two new hitachi 2Tb drives in both the drive bay A and B.
They are independently at 94 degrees F and 104 degrees F.
The computer sounds lauder then before I installed the new drives.
However my fans are running at a normal 1800rpms.
I dont remember if my average drive bay was around 1800degrees F
If it is high is it because the drives are faulty?
I carbon copied my original 1TB drive with my OS on it to my new 2TB drive... was a faulty copy? (resulting in OS X running my fans slow)
All help needed.

same brand of drives Hitachi deskstars - 7200rpms just i upgraded from 1TB to 2TB.
Its like considerably louder.
I first thought it was my fans cause i thought the drivebay was runnign hot but when i noticed the rom on my fans are average i figured it had to be the drives

I need the old Blackberry Desktop software 6.1 for PC Urgently!!!!

I upgraded to the 7.0 software as prompted by the auto-upgrade setting. But it did not work for me! It was stuck at the last step forever. I did it over again 3 times, and it did not work. I restart the computer, recovered my system to a few days ago. And my 6.1 software was still not working. It showed an error.
I went home, bring out the installation disc from my Torch package. But it was a mini-CD and point me to download the 7.0 software! Every attempt to reinstall or repair the old 6.1 software were "Rolled back".
I have never been so ferious with Blackberry EVER!

What the most stable quality 4gb (2x2gb) memory for the P6n SLi Platinum?

Hi,
I'm looking for the most stable and very good quality 4gb of ram for the P6N sli platinum MB - what make does everyone recommend for this board?
I note that Kingston value ram is mentioned on the Approved list but I wanted something faster than the valueram?
Does anyone have either G.Skill or super talent and if so how do they work? Any other makes that you can recommend?
I know that there have been issue swith 4gb of ram for Xp/Vista 32 bit systems but from what I am reading hopefully the next bios should resolve this ...?

I don´t know whats the most stable 4GB solution is, I only can tell you, that I use Micron/Crucial mamory for years and never had any problems.
Actually in my new P6N-SLI Platinum are working 4 1GB dimms of crucial value ram ddr2-667 without problems.
There is a new bois version 1.22 for the platinum which solved the 4GB problem of earlier bios versions.
That was a bios problem and not a problem of the ram.
Manufacturer as Gskill on their GBHZ6400 modules and OCZ on their 1066 SLI modules are using the same Micron chips called D9GMH which are on my values.
They have great potential above the rated 667 speed. Cause i´m coming from germany and at the moment the prices of memory here are very cheap, a lot of people are thinking about upgrading their memory.
All what I read about here in germany G.Skill, Mushkin(very expensive), OCZ, A-data, TeamGroup are the most reliable rams
when it comes to high speeds and low latency modules.
At least I recommend the Crucial Ballistix ddr800 if you are not able to handle special settings in the motherboard bios.
And of course there are coming 2GB modules from most of the manufacturers, so you only need 2 modules for 4GB.
It´s your choice...

I palyed with this some years ago.
It runs off the idea that if you run a signal through a filter
a) Only specific freq components of the signal will be passed.
b) A phase shift that is on the order of the filter is introduced.
When running the same signal through the same filter again,
a) The freq components that passed before are still passed but the componenets that were removed in the first passed are not present so they are not remove.
b) Another phase shift is introduced.
The zero pahse shift filter runs the signal through the filter (you pick your favorite flavor) and then the signal is reflected about the Y-axis effectively reversing time. THe revers signal is run through the filter a second time but now the phase shift is is in the oposite time direction. This effectively cancels out the original phase shift.
These are handy if you want to correlate a filtered event with an un-filtered event.
BUT
You do not get something for nothing (2nd Law of Theromdynamics).
In getting better phase information you loose signal info at the front end and back end of the waveform.
