Explanation of code

Could someone please explain to me what is happening in the code attached (bmp file)
A step-by-step runthrough would be of most use
Thanks

The Analog acquisition (bottom) is first configured. The internal clock is disabled and it is set to use the shared RTSI line 0 as its clock. This acquisition clock will be driven by the Motion controller board (top). The encoder of one of the motion controller board axese is reset to zero and one of the motion controller's signals (can't tell which one, from the diagram since it's a FP control and not a BD constant) is routed onto the shared RTSI line 0, to be used as the clock for the analog acquisition. This signal is almost certainly one of the axis encoder phases, so that as the motion profile is executed, data is clocked in at every falling edge of one of the encoder phases. This allows the analog values to be exactly correlated to postion (the aquire
d points are equally spaced in motion axis position, rather than time). Next a point to point motion is configured, the Analog acquisition is started, and then the motion is started. While the move is underway, data is read from the buffer and graphed. Once the motion profile is complete, the acquisition is stoped, and error dialogs are presented, if applicable.

• Need Explanation about code ABAP

Hi,
what does mean this code :
*if not SOURCE_ENTETE-MONAT is initial.
*BBKPF-MONAT = SOURCE_ENTETE-MONAT.
*endif.
i find it in LSMW (step number 5)
what does mean exactly initial
i want to integrate some FI document
please help.
Regards

Hi,
initial means NOTHING, NULL, <no value>, space, 0 etc depending on the field type.
In your code, it means that if there something in MONAT (if a month is provided), then BKPF (FI document header month) will get the value from the SOURCE_ENTETE-MONAT month field.
BUT
This code is commented out, so it will not be executed.
Regards,
George

• Help with some explanation of code

Hi
could some one explain how the code in italics works below.  Is the varaiable currentObject which has a data type of DragDrop an
array as well that gets loaded up with the string values of the dragdrops array?
public class Map extends MovieClip
            var dragdrops:Array;
            public function Map()
                // constructor code
                dragdrops = [deathvalley,goldengate,grapes,hollywood,

                    currentObject = dragdrops[i];
                    currentObject.target = getChildByName(currentObject.name + "_target");
AND THIS CODE I THINK TESTS FOR IF THE OBJECT HITS ITS TARGET BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS?
if (hitTestObject(target))
                    visible = false;
                    target.alpha = 1;

• Ios 6 orientation doesn't work and boot time increases. How to solve these issues for dummy? I don't understand code and strings suggested by others.

I just upgraded from ios 5 to ios 6 on my ipad2. Now orientation doesn't work properly. Boot time increase, it takes longer time to boot. Is there any configuration to solve these issues? I can't understand the explanation with code and strings found on google to solve the orientation issue. Any easy configuration for dummy ?

It supports well for ios 5. I couldn't remember (5.x.x) exactly but I always keeps update for ios5 and the abnormality starts when I upgraded to ios 6.

• How to create a dynpro property on the WAS and get it in code?

Hello,
I remember that once I've read at the NWDS help that I can create dynpro properties which can be configured on the WAS's Configuration Adapter serviceand can be retreived when the dynpro application loads. I need to use it now but can't find the explanation and code example. Can someone please show me how to do it?
Roy

Hi Roy,
1. create a .properties file with the key value pair.
2. Put it in src/configurations/application/<app name>
3.
WDDeployableObjectPart App = wdThis.wdGetAPI().getComponent().getApplication().getDeployableObjectPart();
IWDConfiguration Configprop = WDConfiguration.getConfigurationByName (App,property file name );
// get the string value of the property.
String value = Configprop.getStringEntry ("<key of the property sheet>");
To chaneg the property value outside the application,
Goto configuration adapter  -> WEbdynpro -> the app name. Under that you will find the property file
You can edit the file and restart the server.

• Explanation regarding a constructer

I came accros a SCJP MCQ that is to get the out put of a simple programe.
class A{
         public A(String s){                                                           //line X
              System.out.println("Prints A");                         //line Y
         }                                                                                          //line Z
public class B extends A{
         public B(String s){
              System.out.println("Prints B");
         public static void main(String args[]){
              new B("C prints");
}When i compiled the code it gives out a compilation error.I have commented the line x,y,z which will then the code will compile.Can any genius give me a explanation why code didn't compile in the first place and after comenting why did it compile.

2.1 and 1.2.
Constructor rules:
1) Every class has at least one ctor.
1.1) If you do not define an explicit constructor for your class, the compiler provides a implicit constructor that takes no args and simply calls super().
1.2) If you do define one or more explicit constructors, regardless of whether they take args, then the compiler no longer provides the implicit no-arg ctor. In this case, you must explicitly define a public MyClass() {...} if you want one.
1.3) Constructors are not inherited.
2) The first statement in the body of any ctor is either a call to a superclass ctor super(...) or a call to another ctor of this class this(...) 2.1) If you do not explicitly put a call to super(...) or this(...) as the first statement in a ctor that you define, then the compiler implicitly inserts a call to super's no-arg ctor super() as the first call. The implicitly called ctor is always super's no-arg ctor, regardless of whether the currently running ctor takes args.
2.2) There is always exactly one call to either super(...) or this(...) in each constructor, and it is always the first call. You can't put in more than one, and if you put one in, the compiler's implicitly provided one is removed.

• Coding Confusion: Links linking to wrong...links

Hi everyone,
I'm writing some code in Flash MX 2004 and everything works fine except for the last button (4DSystemsProducts). According to the coding if none of the drop down buttons work it should go to products.php, but for some reason it goes to 4DSystemsProducts.php. All of the other menus are coded the same way and work fine, if I take out that button it works fine, or if I take out button 7 and switch 4DSystems to button 7 everything works.
Here is the code to clear up this explanation.
function getActiveSub()
        if (_ymouse >= 38 && _ymouse < 58)
            return (activeButton.btnSub1);
        else if (_ymouse >= 58 && _ymouse < 78)
            return (activeButton.btnSub2);
        else if (_ymouse >= 78 && _ymouse < 98)
            return (activeButton.btnSub3);
        else if (_ymouse >= 98 && _ymouse < 118)
            return (activeButton.btnSub4);
        else if (_ymouse >= 118 && _ymouse < 138)

        else if (_ymouse >= 158 && _ymouse < 178)
            return (activeButton.btnSub7);
        else if (_ymouse >= 178 && _ymouse < 198)
         return (activeButton.btnSub8);
        else
            return (null);
        } // end else if
} // End of the function
var activeButton;
var activeSub;
btnProducts.onRollOver = function ()
        btnProducts.gotoAndPlay("drop down");
        activeButton = btnProducts;
        activeSub = null;
btnProducts.onRollOut = btnProducts.onReleaseOutside = function ()
        btnProducts.gotoAndPlay("drop up");
        activeButton = null;
        if (activeSub != null)
            activeSub.gotoAndPlay("stoparrow");
        } // end if
        activeSub = null;
btnProducts.onRelease = function ()
        if (activeSub == btnProducts.btnSub1)
            getURL("products.php");
        else if (activeSub == btnProducts.btnSub2)

        else if (activeSub == btnProducts.btnSub5)

        else if (activeSub == btnProducts.btnSub6)

        else if (activeSub == btnProducts.btnSub7)
            getURL("accessories.php");
        else if (activeSub == btnProducts.btnSub8)
            getURL("4DSystemsProducts.php");
        else
            getURL("products.php");
        } // end else if
That was just an exerpt.  I thought it would be all you need.  Here's the entire thing (attached).
EDIT.  Apparently I can't attach the fla, just the swf.  Hope it helps.

tasks, but as the scale continues to grow across enterprise environments, we're all forced to write our own enhanced versions such as this. Thanks for the addition and please do add to the Gallery if you haven't yet."
Jinchun Chen: "Nice. It is suggested to add error outputs in the package to handler unexpected errors."
NN: "Good article. The SSIS solution can use a bit more explanation. Also See Also section is missing"
DRC: "This is good article, The only this which can be corrected is : ==> This can be achieved using “maintenance Cleanup Task • Maintenance Plan has a control flow item “maintenance Cleanup Task” to delete the old backup files based
on age of the backup, but it creates the problem when it deletes the full database backups based on n no.of days leaving all the dependent intermediate differential and transaction logs which are useless. "

Understanding Logging in Tempdb.Is Tempdb re-created or rebuilt after SQL

tempdb recreation 2) Logging in Tempdb 1) understanding tempdb recreation:- This is not concluded properly. The article doesnt talk about the physical files which are recreated even if we delete the tempdb files "
Samuel Lester: "Shanky, very nice article on the internals of TempDB! It was tough judging this month as both articles were very informative contributions!"
