Explorer Crash/Refresh when trying to Run As Admin or Right Clicking

Question

Hi guys,
I've been looking for days for a solution and have come to the end of my tether.
Basically here is the problem:
Norton Internet Security has stopped working and will not launch when I try to open it.
Mozilla Firefox stopped connecting to the internet.
Whenever I right click on something and then press Run As Administrator, my desktop freezes and then refreshes. I can move a folder over to one side of the screen, then after the refresh/crash it would have moved back to where it was originally. It also
does it when I left click on anything on the taskbar.
I have also run Spybot S&D, Malwarebytes and Nortons Online Antivirus. Nothing there.
I have checked the event viewer and found the following error:

I had another one too but it has seemed to have disappeared, it was something to do with TLS error code 40.
This is extremely annoying as Norton isn't up and running and I'm relying on Windows Firewall and Windows Defender. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please upload your event viewer logs and run a system file check
Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM if you are on win 8 or higher

Files
Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:
Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file to Onedrive or a file sharing service and put a link to it in your next post
If you have updated to win 8.1 and you get the error message "the system cannot find the file specified" it is a known problem.  The work around is
to edit the registry.  If you are not comfortable doing this DONT.  If you are, backup the key before you do
Press Win+"R" and input regedit
Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WINEVT\Channels. Delete "Microsoft-Windows-DxpTaskRingtone/Analytic"
