  • Need a user exit for Export Control check in Sales Order fro VA01/VA02

    Hi ,
         I need a user exit for Export Legal Control process in Sales Order.since Ship-to country in the Sales Order is not always the ‘ultimate destination country’ User Exit needs to be built in with following logic
    1.     Check to see if ‘ultimate destination country’ field is maintained in Sales Order
    2.     If a value is maintained then for the Export control checks use ‘ultimate destination country’ instead of the Ship-To country (step 1)
    3.     If no value is maintained then use Ship-To country as default
    The user exit is called when the user creates or changes a Sales Order.
    Can anybody help ?
    Thanks

  • Budget control check - error message below 100%

    Dear Experts,
    I am facing a problem in th budget check, I have the tolerance settings as below:
    90% - 1 Warning message
    101% - 3 Error message
    But system is giving me error message even when it reaches 98% itself, its not allowing to create the PO. I should use 100% of the budget, but it is not happening, can some one please throw some light on this, why system is behaving like this?
    Regards,
    Praveen

    Ahmed,
    Some interesting things I have observed here,
    The budget is given in IM52 as below:
    There is only one WBS element in this project:
    PROJECT123 - Overall - 60,000 and 2010 - 51,000.
    Then we have created a PO directly, (there is no PR for this) with the same WBSE PROJECT123.
    Here my observation is as follow:
    Tolerance limits are defined as below:
    1000     ZP0002     Projects budget profile-(GOCL)     ++     1     90.00     0.00      INR
    1000     ZP0002     Projects budget profile-(GOCL)     ++     2     95.00     0.00      INR
    1000     ZP0002     Projects budget profile-(GOCL)     ++     3     101.00     0.00      INR
    The PO value is 50,000, then there is no message, not even warning. (here system is directly checking the budget against overal value, not the FI year). If its checking against over all values, there will be no message as it is 83%
    There is no message till PO value is 54000, as it falls below 90% (the first line of the tolerance limit).
    From PO value 54001 onwards, the warning message is produced till PO value is 57000.
    Item 010 WBS element C-0005 budget almost exhausted
    Message no. BP613
    Diagnosis
    The assigned funds are 5,999.00 INR less than budget  in document item 010 WBS element C-0005 .
    From the PO value 57,001 onwards the system is producing the error message
    Item 010 WBS element C-0005 budget almost exhausted
    Message no. BP613
    Diagnosis
    The assigned funds are 2,999.00 INR less than budget  in document item 010 WBS element C-0005 .
    How come the same message number is being produced as Error message and why it is producing the error message though it has not reached the 101% (as per the last line of the tolerance limit)?
    Once the PO value reaches to 100% i.e., 60,000/- system is producing another error message:
    Item 010 WBS element C-0005 budget exhausted
    Message no. BP607
    Diagnosis
    Budget  is exhausted in document item 010 WBS element C-0005 .
    Once the PO value is exceed by 100% i.e, greater than 60,000 (I have maintained 60001 as the value) system is producing a different error message:
    Item 010 WBS element C-0005 budget exceeded
    Message no. BP603
    Diagnosis
    Budget  was exceeded by 1,000.00 INR in document item 010 WBS element C-0005 .
    This error is from the PO value of 60001 onwards.
    My questions are:
    1. Why system is not check the AVAC with the FI year budget, why only with the Overall budget?
    2. Why system is giving error messages from 95&% onwards? (see message number 613 above)
    3. Why system is not allowing to utilize upto 101% of budget value?
    4. Why so many different types of error messages?
    Note: I have tried to search the SAP notes based on the message numbers, but could not find out any appropriate one.
    Please help me out solving this problem.

  • Control flush error in gui_download

    Hi All,
    I get a control flush error while trying to use the FM GUI_DOWNLOAD
    in my BSP Application.
    Can anyone suggest the possible cause and solution?

    Dear Raja,
    I used the code given in one of the posts:
    ITAB contains my data so..
    LOOP AT ITAB INTO WA.
    CONCATENATE L_STRING WA-PARTNER
    WA-ADR_KIND
    WA-ADDRNUMBER
    CL_ABAP_CHAR_UTILITIES=>CR_LF
    INTO L_STRING SEPARATED BY SPACE.
    ENDLOOP.
    APP_TYPE = 'APPLICATION/MSEXCEL'.
    call function 'SCMS_STRING_TO_XSTRING'
    exporting
    text = l_string
    MIMETYPE = APP_TYPE
    IMPORTING
    BUFFER = l_xstring
    EXCEPTIONS
    FAILED = 1
    OTHERS = 2
    response->set_header_field( name = 'content-type'
    value = APP_TYPE ).
    some Browsers have caching problems when loading Excel format
    response->delete_header_field( name =
    if_http_header_fields=>cache_control ).
    response->delete_header_field( name =
    if_http_header_fields=>expires ).
    response->delete_header_field( name =
    if_http_header_fields=>pragma ).
    start Excel viewer either in the Browser or as a separate window
    response->set_header_field(
    name = 'content-disposition'
    value = 'attachment;
    filename=webforms.xls' ).
    finally display Excel format in Browser
    l_len = xstrlen( l_xstring ).
    response->set_data( data = l_xstring
    length = l_len ).
    navigation->response_complete( ).
    But I'm getting runtime errors in the line
    response->set_header_field( name = 'content-type'
    value = APP_TYPE ).
    Do you have any idea about how to correct it?
    Or, could you please suggest a simpler method?

  • Update kernel and recieved a "Machine check error"

    I was on Vacation this last weekend but was finally able to update today. Upgrade seemd fine, issued reboot command and instead of my normal reboot I was greeted with "machine check error" flashing in my upper left hand corner. Syslinux never came up. I powered off manually and pulled the battery, subsequent reboot went off without a hitch.

    I have never seen this error and my googlefu return issues with overclocking which I am not doing. Any info on the subject I'd love to hear.
    Cheers.
    EDIT: Was only happening when issuing 'systemctl reboot' so I switched back to 3.10.10-1-ARCH and reboot command now works.

    Well, I can tell you that this kind of error is not OS related, but rather a HW thing.  It happens where there is a general detection of something going wrong.  Sometimes it can happen randomly and might not be an indication of a problem.  But sometimes it can be caused by things that are improperly functioning within the system like bad capacitors.
    Unfortunately I don't really know what to do about such things except give you machine a proper inspection.  But if things are working fine, and continue to do so, I wouldn't worry about it.  If it becomes a regular occurance, then I'd worry.

  • Export Control /Legal control: need user exit to customize

    I have a situation where I want to determine the export control license for a sales order. SAP uses the function module RV_EXPORT_CONTROL to carry out the required check.
    The FM uses the country defined for the ship-to-party as the destination country and carries  out checks to determine if there is an embargo for the good in the line item to destination country.
    My requirement is that the actual destination country or the ultimate destination country ( which is known and not same as the country of the ship to party ) be used to carry out the embargo check.
    I could not find any user exit/badi for the same. Is there a way to achieve this functionality. It has been hard coded in the FM. Can we do any customizing settings to achieve this? I could find two partner function EU ( End user for foreign trade ) and UC ( Ultimate Consignee )...can these be somehow used/ configured to achieve the desired functionality? Or is there any other different approach to the issue.
    Currently I plan to copy the standard FM and add my functionality. I will turn off the standard export control and then I i will call the custom FM in the end ( userexit_save ) as the export control is carried out at save.
    Any suggestion/approaches will be appreciated.

    I too have same issue,  from where the Fm  RV_EXPORT_CONTROL is triggering

  • How to control the error messages (like Application..) in visual composer?

    hi
    is it possible to control the error message?
    After creating the delivery using a BAPI function,
    the return message is displayed in the table list if the transaction is succeeded.
    But the error occurred, dialog box is showed (Application Message).
    I just want to show the error message like being succeed in.
    Regards,
    Wooho.

    Hi
    You can try and use guard conditions or check the table for data, if there is no data in the table the application will return an error message.

  • Exporting FCP quicktime error -50

    hi i want to export a 9 minutes video with FCP. while exporting, suddenly an error was occurred "final cut pro has failed quicktime error -50" , the statement probably like this.
    i've searched on internet about this bug (quicktime error -50) but i couldn't find solution
    thank you very much.
    any response will help .

    One thing that seems to solve a lot of these export problems in 10,9 is this: right click on the FCPX app file and choose Get Info. Check the box next to Prevent App Nap. You may have to close and re-launch FCP for it to take efffect.

  • ZlibDecompressor: ADLER32 check error

    I have some users that are facing the Groove cryptographic services encountered an invalid data stream. Internal error message follows: ZlibDecompressor: ADLER32 check error. HRESULT: 0x80004005  on Microsoft Office Groove 2007
    client. What this means? Is this an error from the client or some corrupted workspace?

    Hi Luiz,
    This sounds like an account corruption.
    To test this, create another user (Start Button > Control Panel > Users) account on the computer and sign into that user account.
    Open up Groove and see if the error happens.  If the error does not happen and you are prompted to create a new account for the user profile, then it is an account corruption issue.
    You will need to run a Grooveclean –all on the main user account and start over with a new Groove account:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907854
    If the error does occur on the test user profile, then this is a deeper problem.
    You will need to open up a support ticket with Microsoft so that we can dig deeper into the issue.

  • Does Import/Export Utility check for Block corruption?

    Hi All,
    Just a quick question I have is does Import/Export Utiligy check for any block corruption while importing or exporting?
    If yes then does it do automatically or we have do set some parameter explicitly.
    I am using oracel version 9.2.0.6.
    Thx in advance.

    Hi yingkuan/kanchan
    Thx for your prompt reply. Still I am not clear as you said that export check for the block corruption error and if there is any it will display the error message in log file. But does it copy corrupted block or skip that block or mark that block as corrupted?
    Thx in advance.

  • AI Control gives error: 10452 occurred at AI control. Possible reasons: NI-DAQ LV no interrupt level is available for use.

    How can I run out of interrupts while accessing my DAQPad? Does
    the community have troubleshooting suggestions?

    You don't say which DAQpad. If this is a device on your parallel port then
    you will need to make sure that the parallel port has an interrupt assigned
    and not just a base address.

    Check the value for the parameter "COMPATIBLE" in the source and standby database instance parameter files.
    "COMPATIBLE" should be the same.
    See http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14239/create_ps.htm#i70517
    "... ensure the COMPATIBLE initialization parameter is set to the same value on both the primary and standby databases"
