Export crashing....again

Question

Well, turning off the ATI Overdrive worked for about two weeks, but now Export is crashing in a different place. Now it crashes in Discburner.dll.
If I rename Discburner.dll so it wont load, Export fails with an error, but doesn't crash. While it was working I saved an Export Preset that I can use to write out JPEGs, wish I'd saved one for TIFFs, but I didn't.
This is a workaround, but its lame. Again, this program is useless if I cannot Export.
How do I open a case with support? I'm done with this.

I had the same problem with the Export command crashing due to "discburner.dll" and have traced it to the Lightroom-embedded Sonic Solutions disc burning component (PX Engine) failing when there is a recorder on the motherboard's primary IDE channel. In my system the system drives are on a separate RAID controller. I have two disc burners, a CD-R on the motherboard's primary IDE channel and a DVD-R on the secondary channel. When I disable the CD-R on the primary IDE channel, the export function operates normally. When I enable the CD-R, the export function crashes due to "discburner.dll."
I am running Windows XP SP2 on an Intel D845GEBV2 with 1GB RAM.
The CD-R is an ASUS CRW 5224A.
The motherboard IDE controller is an Intel 82801DB Ultra ATA.
