is there a way under the Export-QT conversion to save a custom setting? For example, I often use 400X300 or 320X180. ...i would love a way to save this custom setting so that i don't have to keep typing it in each time. is this possible? thanks

But you can set up all sorts of presets in compressor. I use it now for all my conversions. Much faster than an fcp conversion export for most things. And you can apply multiple outputs at the same time.

I have animation for 720x480 with square pixel, progressive.
I can't figure out how to change the pixel ratio to square (or 1) for mpg2 custom setting, and change 29.98 to 30 frames per sec..

Export in iPhoto offers a "Custom" setting for size. The default is 1000. 1000 what? Pixels, centimeters, MB's?

For a 1" x 1" photo first crop the photo square. Then export with Kind = Current with JPEF Quality = Maximum and Size = Full size.
Then when you go to print the photo select a 1" x 1" print size. This will squeeze all available pixels in each dimension into the 1" dimension giving you the highest DPI resolution available from your image file.

Help Needed in Input Value Help of Custom Set attribute

We have maintained value table for custom set type attribute. We generated UI configuration for this set type and brought it into the web UI. But, we did not get the value help on the UI.
We are trying to get the value help by implementing the BADI crm_prdgenset_valuehelp. This BADI returns object of type cl_bsp_wd_valuehelp_f4descr.
PFB the code that is showing up the Value help icon but it is not showing any values.

Sorry for the late response. As far as i recollect, i guess we have enhanced the setter getter methods and written logic in the get-v method.

Premiere Pro CC - How can I export custom metadata into Excel?

I'm trying to export custom metadata from Premiere CC into Excel. I can create the custom metadata and I've been using the following workflow to get it to excel:
File: Export: Batch List
This exports a .csv file but the only metadata I can produce is a fraction of metadata from the 'Premiere Pro Project Metadata' schema. Has anyone figured this out?

I'm not familiar with Batch List exports, and I don't know of a way to export metadata as a CSV or other file adapted to Excel. The way I know to export metadata is as follows
Select clip in PPro's Project panel
File>Export>Media
in the Export Settings dialog, click the Media button
in the Metadata Export dialog, set Export Option to Create Sidecar Fiie.
In the Output File Metadata section, select the properties in your custom schema that you want to include (and deselect any others that you don't want)
Click Okay to close Metadata Export and proceed to encode.
If you change the extension from .xmp to .xml, you'll be able to open the file in any text editor--including Excel, but not in a tabular view.

Does anyone know a way of exporting custom metadata in Aperture? The standard export only seems to apply to ITPC data.

RedKite provided this script for exporting to a tab-delimited text file in an archived forum. Copy the script to the Apple script editor. Change "category" in the upper section and "photo category" in the lower section to the name of your custom field. Run it. To add more custom fields, copy and paste the custom field section in the lower part. Add a corresponding line to the upper part. The upper part is the column name on the spreadsheet.
This script is old, It works for the version name, file name, and custom fields. It does not work for Keywords (written into the script) or other IPTC fields written the same way. Does anyone know a script that does both IPTC and custom fields in Aperture 3 in 2013?

On first startup each day my tool bars revert to the default setting instead of my customized setting. Why? How do I stop it from happening.

This happens on both of my computers. After I close down Firefox and then start it up again it sometimes comes to my customized set of tool bars. At other times it does not. Usually the first time I start Firefox it reverts to the default Toolbars. My extensions are Adblock plus, Browsing protection, down them all, float notes, Image Zoom, Java Console 6.0.21 and 6.0.16, Java quick starter, Kodak Easyshare, Link Password, Mile wide back, Microsoft.net framework, Print/print preview, Reminder fox, WOT, Xmarks, Yet another smooth scrolling.

Do I need to declare my custom setter accessor in my interface/header file

I'm working through a Objective C tutorial. I've got an instance var that is declared in the var section of my @interface (in the header file). It's also declared as a property...all the defaults apply (assign and whatever else).

I need a custom setter though that checks out the value being assigned. Do I need to declare this setter function in my @interface section in the header file?

How to export custom metadata fields

How do I export custom metadata fields (or even the DATE) to a text or spreadsheet? Why does Aperture have dozens of metadata choices, but only allows a few to be exported?

You can try Automator which must be installed already in your computer. Create a new workflow, on the left pane select Aperture to see a list of actions, select "get selected items" and "extract metadata", and drag both to the right most pane. there you'll choose the Tag names to extract from the images already selected inside aperture and choose an output method, tabbed text should work fine for a spreadsheet. Hope it works.

Need to export customer master data in a batch input file

Hello all,
I'm searching for a solution to export customer master data out of a R/3 system (Release 470).
The challenge is that the file must have the same structure like the file for batch input of customer master data (import file of the program RFBIDE00).
So, has anybody an idea, if there is a standard tool to get such a file? Or has anybody developed a report creating this structure by his own?

I have also come across the same problem as above. There is a standard program RFBIDET0 which has to be customized to get the file which can be uploaded to RFBIDE00. Do anybody come across this kind of problem before and have a program already. It will be of great help, if you can forward the program or guide.

File->Export Result Set-> Excel format...
What I am trying to get is .sql file so that I can run it as a script in my oracle db. Is there any way we can get .sql file with inserts and delimeters ....?

Hi
Create a sql statement which generates the insert statements.
Something like this:
select 'insert into table1 (column1, column2, column3) values (' ||
column1 || ', ' || column2 || ', ' || column3 || ');' from table 1;
The || sign is the string concatenation sign in Oracle, replace it the appropriate sign in MySql. Export the result set of this query into a file, and you can run it in a SqlPlus.

Hi i have a requirement, in that i need to export custom list into EXCEL through custom Ribbon. For Example in my list, i have Col1, Col2, Col3. Col3 has multiple values (allow mutiple values) and when export this into excel all values in Col3 should

Hello Nihath,
As per your description, you have to read each and every items in list with column value then only you can generate excel. There is direct way to export datatable to excel but in your case you will also need to iterate Col3 value to create new row in excel.
I would suggest to use CAML query to get all items then check Col3 value. If there are multiple value then add them as new datatable row and finally export full datatable to excel.

CIN Details for Export Customer

Dear Experts,
We are having export sceneraio in our company.
Everything is working fine wih configuration.
But at the time outgoing excise invoice it is showing error that customer CIN details has to be maintained.
My question is
Does the foriegn customer will have CIN details - ECC no, Excise range, etc?
Or do we have to just enter dummy no in the CIN tab for customer?

Check whether Excise invoice type is selected or not in - Outgoing excise invoice details ( calcualtor icon in J1iin).
Export customer will not have any CIN details.
Path: IMG-Logistics General - tax on goods movements -India - Business transactions - Outgoing excise invoices - Maintain default excise group & series group wrt;
Sales area + Shipping Point + Plant + Excise group + Series Group = Export ( B/ N / U)
