Export failures -

Question

We are exporting a 40 gig worth database and getting an error
ora-04063: package body "sys.dbms_aq_sys_exp_internal has errors
ora-06508 pl/sql: could not find program unit being called
It list these errors multiple times for different package body
sys.dbms_logrep_exp, sys.dbms_repcat_rgt_exp, dbms_logmnr_logrep_dict etc.
and continues to do the export of the tables and creates a dmp file.
We have about 4 dbs on this AIX box running oracle 9.2.0.7 and the errors comes on only one of the db, remaining exports are competing fine. I did some search and was asked to check exppkgact$ table but it returns the same rows for all of the db and couldnt identify any specific pattern for failure

Check now list out owner and number of invalid objects.
SQL> select owner,count(*) from dba_objects where status='INVALID'
2 GROUP BY OWNER;
Well, run the utlrp.sql script to recompile all invalid objects
The default location of utlrp.sql is under.
ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin

Rem * There should be no other DDL on the database while running the
