Export from Color blinks and is not connected

Question

Alright, from a previous post, I have now gotten more multiclip footage that works with color. But when I export or sent to FCP, between almost every cut, there is a 1 sec black blink. But also before I can even see the blink I have to reconnect all of my footage from the color render folder. HELP.

Here's a little quote from the COLOR 1.0.2 Release Notes:
"Known Issues Affect Sequences Containing Multiclips That Are Sent to Color
Sequences that contain multiclips have known issues that affect Final Cut Pro to Color round trips."
In other words your unexpected behaviour is, in fact, expected (in some unpredictable way).
Help will arrive in the form of getting your media out of the multiclip selection process. You can bake out a .mov and razor it, or export a new independent sequence using something like Media Manager, making independent clips under one of its options.
Her is one unalterable fact: COLOR likes independent .mov's to refer to... not sequences, not multiclips, not stills, not freezes, and only limited forms of sequential files... dpx, for example.
