Export into Jpg

The original source have a paper size of A4 portrait format before I create a PDF. After I export the PDF into JPG format, the JPG come out with varies of dimension(size).
But what I want is all JPG output should be in the same size, as all of the document are in A4 portrait format. Is there any setting that I should change in order to make sure all JPG output have the same size?
Thanks & Regards
Kun

Yes I notice that acrobat did say "Pages that have only a single JPEG image covering the whole page will be left unchanged."
but if you look into Page 25(last page), i have both picture, text and table (without border) but the image produced is not in the same dimension.
I uploaded another file Template file but this time I added border around the page but the (Save as) to JPG still come out as different dimension.
You can check the Image file for the output

  • Relink multiple images and export in jpg

Hi, this is my first post, been searching for nearly 2 hours for my solution, didn't end up with any answers
I have a template with the size of 500x500, there's my company logo at the right bottom and there's a brand's logo at the top left, i created a layer to put the products in the middle of the templates.
So now I have nearly 400 products to be relink and export into jpg, anyone can help me with this? I found out I have to use javascript for this and i have no clue of how to do this.
I would like to have 2 folders, first folder is my product, second folder would be the export photos be at(with the same title would it be possible?).
so the script should be able to read from the first folder and relink the product automatically in the layer and export into jpg automatically and being save into the second folder. (all the product images have the same size so no worries about it.)
    Million thanks!

Thank you sir! I've manage to do it nicely with the guide!!! Somehow someone inbox me to a fee of 40$ to do it
    lucky you show up!
PS: How ever i've face a problem editing all the photo's images into 500x500, some of them aren't exactly the size, some are bigger some are smaller, any ways to make all the images to fit nicely into center of the canvas and resizing them(so there would actually some extra free space around the product, not resizing it into 500x500px, it would be out of shape)?

  • How to export the same mb size of my cr2 files into jpg or tiff files in Lr?

How to export the same mb size of my cr2 files into jpg or tiff files in Lr?
Let's say my file size is 22mb, when i export the file to tiff or jpg, although Iam careful with the settings- file size, dimension, resolution, I can't manioukate how I want it.
With jpg I tried everything, no matter what i do or change in files size or resoltion it remains the same size- 7mb as opposed to 22..
    Please advise,
    Best wishes,
    T

I would noramlly opt for a tiff file, sending such a high res through the nest a nightmare
This is probably just an improper use of terminology, but the resolution of a JPG, DNG and TIF should all be the same.
The files differ in size, not resolution and not number of pixels.
Jpg is not that bad, but its a pitty they have to be edited under a jpg format..
Your raws are edited as raw. There is no loss of quality in the editing process. The files are then exported as JPG, which will cause a loss of quality. For just about any use, the loss of quality in the image when you export a JPG at quality level 12 is NOT noticeable. For many uses, exporting a JPG at a quality level of 8 will not be noticeable either, unless you intend to print the photo at a very large size. As twenty_one (not his real name) said, "Jpeg compression is fantastically effective".

  • I am having trouble exporting InDesign CS6 files into JPGs or PNGs

I am not able to complete the export of an InDesign file into JPG or PNG, it has worked fine for me in all other versions except for this one, I keep trying, it takes me all the way to the output setup dialog box and it just doesn't do anything after that. I have looked into all the folders I have to see if by any chance it was saved in a different location but basically there's no trace of anything created.
    Thanks

  • Exporting to JPG, but then Editing Again

I edited my .NEFs (RAW) and then exported them to JPG for distribution.
I noticed that they needed to be sharpened some more so I sharpened the JPGs.
Since LR does not change the original JPG file, I can I distribute the edited JPGs? The only logical think I can think of is to export them again, to a new folder.
    MichaelM

I'm a bit confused by your description. I assume you have a "master" image in .NEF format (a RAW). You then export as JPG. What you've done at this point is create a new file (JPG) for use outside of LR. However, you say you sharpened the JPG. Since that exists outside LR, I'm assuming you resharpened the exported JPG using an external app like Photoshop. Or did you go back to the NEF and sharpen it some more in LR?
In your second paragraph, you mention that LR "does not change the original JPG file" - what do you mean by that? Wasn't the NEF the original file? Or did you import the exported JPG back into LR. If so, then you're missing the LR paradigm. Your NEF is *the* original. There's no need to create a derivative JPG file and put it back into LR. If you want different versions of the NEF, use virtual copies.
When you export, you are essentually going into your "darkroom" and creating a "print" for external use like email, web, or printer. What you have in LR should be the master image and possibly virtual copies of the master that have different edits applied. These are all used to create "prints" via export.
To answer your question, if I understand it correctly, if you have edited a master image (your NEF) then you can export it again (as a JPG for example). You can keep editing the master and re-export it to JPG. This is like creating multiple "prints" from a negative that you keep scratching or whatever to make changes to it (using pre-digital terminology).

  • Best approach for accellerating batch export of jpgs/pngs

To all who continously amaze me with their knowledge of scripting arcana.....here's some lead to transmogrify into gold.
I've ironed out kinks of how to script a batch-export metadata and generate bitmap artwork (of whatever type) for a complicated set of folders holding .ai files. My script finds all of the AI files, exports the metadata to a text file, captures and logs errors without crashing, and opens each file to generate my full-size thumbnail.
Works great, but isn't built for speed. The extraction of the metadata is blisteringly fast, but from what I can see I have to actually tell Illustrator to open the file before I can export the jpg or png, which forces illustrator to render the screen before doing the export.
Is there any way to speed this up? Opening in preview mode (not scriptable?) still results in the calculation of the visibility and blurs, even though they aren't displayed.
Would love to learn that I've made another beginner's assumption...maybe having bridge do it instead might be better?
    Thanks all
    -Alex

Only *.psd export has the options for resolution… with the others it's 72dpi and you use scale ( PITA ) so if you do need a given resolution… first you need do the math and export then you need another app to resize… If your *.ai files are pdf compatible ( mine always are ) then you can just open in Photoshop…

  • Wrong size when exporting to jpg

    Hello everyone,
I'm new to Illustrator, would really appreciate all the help and tips
I'm trying to create a wallpaper of certains size. I'm creating an artboard with dimentions 1024px by 768 px, all is fine. However, then I export my artwork into jpeg using File -> Export option. I'm getting a file which is 4267px by 3200px. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and it's very frustrating! Would really appreciate any help.
I'm exporting with the following settings:
    Quality: 10
    Color Model: CMYK
    Method: Baseline (Standard)
    Resolution Depth: High
Options: Anti-Alias and Embed ICC Profile are ticked.

Another question along the lines. Is it better to create a file with the 72 PPI from the beginning or to change it when exporting to jpeg?
Illustrator files have no resolution, as measured in PPI, until the art is rasterized. This means that the only time you can make the art 72 ppi is when you export to JPG. The exceptions would be anything that is rasterized (Object > Rasterize) or any raster effect such as Drop Shadow, any Glow effects, or anything below the fold in the Effect menu. Effects are rasterized according to Effect > Document Raster Effects Settings.
I often find Photoshop does a better job rasterizing than Illustrator. You can open the AI file in Photoshop and rasterize at any resolution, then resample to 72 ppi. I suggest using 288 ppi, which is exactly four time 72 ppi, then either resample or use Save for Web and Devices and scale to 25%.

  • Aperture 3: Losing quality when exporting to jpg

I'm downloading raw (nef) images to my hard drive from a Nikon D7000 then importing into Aperture 3. I make changes mostly with Enhance within Aperture 3 and using the Color Efex Pro 4 plug-in. Looks great in Aperture and if I export using any of the tiff options. Quality remains the same. But if I export to jpg (any of the options) or open the tiff in Photoshop Elements and convert to jpg I loose quality. The photo looses sharpness. I have a tif and jpg side by side and the difference is huge. I want to upload to my website so therefore need to use jpg but I'm hating how poor the quality is.
Any suggestions? I see other people are having similar issues.
    Thanks!

How are you viewing the exported JPG?  What is the size of the JPG file?
If you open it in Preview and then go to Tools->Show Inspector you'll get some info on the makeip of the file.
Here is an example of an exporte JPG at quality 12 and original size:

  • Is there a way to edit plist export lowercase jpg, not JPG?

Is there a way to edit iPhoto's plist in order to export lowercase jpg, not uppercase JPG?
Or is there some other way to accomplish the same thing?

No. Send a feature request to Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphoto.html.
Create an Automator folder Action that would change the case of the extension on any file dropped into it. Then export only to that folder. You would use the "Rename Finder Items" action.

  • Exports both JPG and a copy of the NEF

I was playing with some settings and where before LR 5.6 exported only JPG files, it now exports both JPG and a copy of the NEF file. How do I just export the JPG and not both? What do I shut off?

I was doing some tests and, being lazy, rather than import a file from a flash card, I imported from a subfolder in my work folder where I keep the RAW files from a shoot named “RAW”. Usually, the files are imported into this “RAW folder from the flash cards. Apparently, if the NEF file you are importing is already in the folder you are saving to (“RAW”), LR saves to the root directory (“work” folder) which is where I normally export my edited LR files. There needs to be a dialog box come up that says your are saving to the same folder or something to that effect. Goes to show – never try to work late at night when you are tired.
Long story short, LR was NOT exporting JPG or TIFF files along with the NEF file. The NEF file was copied to the work folder on import. Goes to show – never try to work late at night when you are tired.

  • Need Help Putting a Flash Widget into an Image Being Exported into HTML

Hi, I'm making a banner for the top of my band's MySpace. I only got into making layouts and such because we didn't want to spend the money on hiring a professional, so I'm kind of new to this and I don't know if anyone can help but what I'm trying to do is put a flash widget (for Twitter) into an image on Photoshop which I will then export into html. Can I do this on Photoshop or do I need to do it on another program. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

No, this requires you to learn HTML and create the proper embedding code and page layout.

  • With Netscape all of the Webcam shots from live feeds were automatically saved in my cache folder and I could simply open my cache send the saved files into AcDsee and convert them into jpgs, It would save as many as I would allow space for. With firefox

I cant retrieve my images from webcams that are cached any more with mozilla. With netscape all of the live webcam images from live cams were automatically saved in my cache folder and all i had to do was open it send the files to acdsee and turn them into jpgs. It would save them untill the Cache ran out of room no matter how many files or sites I had running. Mozilla seems to save what it wants when it wants and often dose not save any that I can retrieve because I believe it is bulking them into Cache 123 or 4 and those i cant open to retrieve the files. Sometimes it saves 100 or so and sometimes 2 or 3 sometimes 10 or more but i don't seem to have any control over what it does or does not save to retrieve no matter how much space i allow for the cache to save.

You have or had an extension installed (Ant.com Toolbar) that has changed the user agent from Firefox/3.6.3 to Firefox/3.0.12.
You can see the Firefox version at the top and the user agent at bottom of the "Help > About" window (Mac: Firefox > About Mozilla Firefox).
You can check the '''general.useragent''' prefs on the '''about:config''' page.
You can open the ''about:config'' page via the location bar, just like you open a website.
    Filter: '''general.useragent'''
If ''general.useragent'' prefs are bold (user set) then you can right-click that pref and choose ''Reset''.
