Export License validity date

Hi Friends,
Is it possible to extend Export License Validity Date ??
Thanks...

But where to do the changes?
We had created Export License in transaction Code - VX02N and on the top suppose validity date is from 01-04-2005 to 31-03-2007 as if you seen these two fields will become disable and you cant do any changes to extend the validity date of Export license. And in Status tab "Extended" date on which you apply to the authorities for an extension to the validity period of the license. Now suppose if I want to extend it till 31-12-2007, where I have to go and do the necessary changes. If you can provide me the detail information on same then it would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance
Imran

  • Export licence validity date

    Hi,
My customer requirement is to throw an error when an user is trying to provide an export licence in the sales order which was expired some time back. I would like to know whether we do any sort of customization for this or could u pls. help me out in handling this issue. The crux of the requirement is that the SO should n't be save when an expired licence number is provided in the sales order. Your reply will help us in cracking the issue.
    Regards,
    Madhu.

I am not sure where the export data are being stored.  Through any of the following user exits, you have to apply the logic.
    1)  User exits in the program MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
    2)  User-Exits in program MV45AFZB - USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAK   (if the export data is maintained at header level)
    3)  User-Exits in program MV45AFZB - USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP   (if the export data is maintained at item level)
Through configuration it is not possible.
    thanks

  • License Validity date - Very Important for me

    He Experts,
Today I have installed R/3 Permanent License Key ( Till date  31.12.9999 ) on production server  from www.service.sap.com
because tomorrow will expired temporary (2.9.2010) license key.
But at the time of new sap login , it shows temporary license date ( 2.9.2010) alerts instade of 31.12.9999.
Is it correct message alert ?
Please guide me as soon as possible.
    Thanks & Regards,
    S.S.S.

    Hi rahulshinde84,
Go to slicense and see the license.
If it is still showing temp license. Click on the new license button in slicense transaction.
It should show you the new license that you have installaed if it is installaed properly.
If you are not able to see a license dated 31.12.9999 then down the license from service market place and click on install to apply the license.
    Cheers!!!

  • IVL License and validity date

    Hello Experts,
How do you apply an IVL license to a sales order that was placed before the validity date of the license?
The business scenario that I have is a sales order was placed in September, and it required a license.   We applied for the license and recieved it recently and the validatity date is December 2010 thru December 2011.   The license was maintained in the system as such, but the license will not apply to the order since it was placed prior to the stated validity of the license because the document reference date that is being used is the date the order was placed.    Is there a way to account for this without having the sales rep replace the order so the document reference date is inside the validity date of the license recieved from the government?
    Regards,
    annm

    hi
In your GTS system go to Transaction- /n/SAPSLL/LCD_CHANGE and delete the existing license from the existing order.
Then go to transaction- /n/SAPSLL/CUHD_MR_EXP and check boxes of "Display Log" and Save Log" and execute it with order number. New license will be assigned to it but make sure you have maintained the correct license determination strategy for it.
    Thanks

  • How to add new fields to Export License

We're using GTS 7.1 for Compliance services, i.e. Embargo, SPL and Legal Control. Export/Import License master data can be configured for a series of predefined attributes, configured at the license type level. Fine. But how can we add other 'Z' fields or 'Z' attributes in order to keep other information related to the license. Any Badi or enhancement available? Any help would be appreciated.

  • Vendor Master - Export License - MEK3

    All,
We have 3 raw material vendors for which we have an export licence. Is there a way to record these in the vendor master ? This would have to affect the conditions leading to the determination of the tax key.
We tried the info records, but these are overruled by the conditions in MEK3.
    - We have no material tax indicator MM03/OMKK
    - Plant indicator is set OMKM
    - Plant indicator is assigned OMKN
    - Account Assignment indicator is set OMKL
    - Assignment of Tax indicator to Account Assignment Cat. is done OMKO
MEK3 Taxes: Plant, Account Assignment Origin and Region leads to wrong tax key as there is no distinction between local suppliers and local supplier with export license.
    Thanks,
    Mariëtte.

    Hi Vineeth
For a vendor master record all the important controlling parameters are controlled by the <b>account group</b> which you are assigning to the vendor master recored.the controls of the account group are
<b>Number assignment</b>:whether you can maintain an external number or internal number assignment. In your issue of internal and external vendor you can maintain different account groups for bot and thus assign different number ranges to them
<b>Field Selection</b>: Account group determines whether a filed in vendor master should be hidden, displayed, required entry or optional entry
<b>Partner Roles</b>::Account groups determine which are all the valid partner roles for a vendor ,eg: order recepient, invoicing party etc
<b>Status of Vendor</b>: Account group determines whether the vendor is one time vendor or regular vendor
    <b>Vendor subrange</b>::
We can delete vendor master record using transaction OBR2
    Reward if useful
    Thanks and Regards

  • Change Cost center valid date

    Hi, Export,
Can we change the cost center valid date from 2007.10.01 to 2007.08.01? If it can change, Pls tell me how to change it.Thanks.
    best regards
    Park Han

Well, it's a little late to reply to the original question, but I found this thread while trying to figure out how to do the same thing myself and thought I would update it with the answer in case anyone else stumbles across this thread while searching as I did.
You can actually make a change in the valid from date by using a KS01 Create Cost Center transaction and referencing the original cost center to create the additional period you want to add.
In this case in KS01 you would fill out the fields in this manner:
Cost Center: Existing Cost Center to be changed, let's say 1000
    Valid From 2007.08.01
    Valid to: 2007.09.30
    Reference Cost Center: 1000
Controlling Area: Whatever the controlling area is
In effect, rather than changing the cost center, you are creating the extra time period from the new from date to the original from date and referencing it to the cost center.
The end result for us was that KS03 shows the cost center with the new from date and the old to date, which was the change we wanted.
Not quite as obvious as a change, but it worked for us.

  • FM for validating date coming from a file

    HI All,
I have to validate date that needs to be validated before passing it to DB.
Is der any FM for same
    I tried CONVERT_DATE_TO_INTERNAL.
But it accepts date only in one specified format.

    hi,
    try this
Use Function module DATE_CHECK_PLAUSIBILITY to validate a date.
1)If you given a invalidate date then it will ask you to enter a valid date.
2)After changing it to correct value, you can click on SAVE button or if you want to continue with the invalid date then click on USE INVALID VALUE button.
    Try with this code.
    PARAMETER P_DATE TYPE SYDATUM.
    CALL FUNCTION 'DATE_CHECK_PLAUSIBILITY'
    EXPORTING
    date = P_DATE
    EXCEPTIONS
    PLAUSIBILITY_CHECK_FAILED = 1
    OTHERS = 2.
    IF sy-subrc 0.
MESSAGE E000(ZI) WITH 'INPUT DATE IS INVALID DATE'.
    ENDIF.

I have activated from Visual Admniistrator the monitoring leaf:
    Services->Monitoring---> /Kernel/Licensing Manager/License Validity Period/J2EE-Engine_ORA
    for both server and dispatcher.
However, after every system restart this gets deactivated and I get a ticket from the monitoring tool that the license expired. I have a choice of deactivating this monitoring or make the activated changes saved and not get deactivated.
Is there a way to keep this leaf green permanently?

    Thanks for the response, Kaleem.
Here are the parameters we used for the request of the license key:
    System Type: Development System
    Product: SAP NetWeaver
Product Version: SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s)
    Technical Usage: Application Server Java
    Database: MaxDB
    Operating System: NT/INTEL
    Planned Production Date: 15/08/2008
Any problem you see on this?
    Thanks in advance.

  • Photoshop CS, lost "license configuration data"

Photoshop CS question. Has anyone ever suddenly lost their "license configuration data"?
I get this error when I start up Photoshop: "The license configuration data for Adobe Photoshop is no longer usable".
I click "OK" and it takes me to the activation screen with the serial number already entered. Activate it on line and I get an error so I go to phone activate... the guy I talk to says the serial number (the one that is automatically entered by my copy of Photoshop) is not valid. I've had this copy of Photoshop on my PC for about 5 years and it has always worked fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that photoshop cs (photoshop 8)?
If so, then your running into the fact that adobe took the activation servers offline.
    more info:
(even though it says cs2, it also applies to cs)

Your request for info got me thinking about another oddity I've been working on this week - My firewall (NetGear SRX5308) shows dropped incoming packets from ip 65.55.121.94 with source port 443 and destination port 55338.  ARIN shows the ip belongs
to MICROSOFT-1BLK, aka Microsoft.  Is it possible that my firewall is blocking communication to MS's licensing servers?
