    Dear Ratika
First you have to create L/C in VX11N and while saving, system will generate a number.  Make a note of it.
Now create sale order, select "Goto - Header - Billing.  Here there is a field "Financial doc. no".  Assign the above reference here and save.

  • Pricing Procedure for Nepal with Excise in it for Export Orders

    Dear Team,
I have an export Order For nepal with Pricing procedure (let us say X for all other countries other than India and there is no excise in it) but if i bill a Nepal customer i'm Liable to pay excise as it is applicable for Nepal only .
How can i assign pricing procedure X to Nepal so that i can bill Nepal too with the same pricing procedure.
    Thanks
    Gaurav

    HI,
There are two ways to solve this problem.
    1. Make the country Nepal as local region of india
    Ex: 90 -Nepal
         11- Kerala
Treat this sale as domestic sale ,becuse the sale will be in currency  INR  only . Assign the domestic pricing procedure .
Create the order --> Delivery --> Billing --> Excise invoice .
    2. Treat this sale as deemed export , excise values will get calculate in the export excise invoice.

  • Lightroom export order

I am exporting a set of wedding pictures to a file.  In Lightroom I have moved a number of pictures around so that they are in chronological order.  When I export the pictures end up in their original order. I guess they are in numerial sequence. Any suggestion in preventing LR5 from resequencing the pictures?

Not sure how to do this ... an additional extension...
You need to make the sequence number the prefix, so files are named:
    001 my first file.x
    002 my seond file.y
    etc.
Lightroom exports in order (first one first, second one second, and last one last), but the device you're using to view them (e.g. OS) is displaying via alphabetical order, or can.
So the prefix assures alphabetic order is same as exported order, and hence same as order in Lightroom.
    Try this:

  • Field Export Order to Spreadsheet

My form has a middle section that at times is hidden and sometimes is visible depending on what selections the users make at the top of the form. When exporting the data, Acrobat puts the data from the lower section of the form in the middle of the spreadsheet and the form middle section data at the far right side of the spreadsheet. I exported several forms - some with the middle section hidden and some with the middle section visible/completed.
Is there anyway to control the export so the order of the fields always remains the same wheather the middle section is open or not?.

I found the same behaviour in my version 10, so it’s been like this for some time. I agree with your explanation of where the problem is in the vi’s code.
Not sure how you can raise this issue, bug reporting procedures seem to be hidden away quite well ( I guess can understand why) !!
Actually, reporting it to the forum is an excellent way of "raising the issue."  Just about every post that I've read that claims to be reporting a bug has been looked at by an NI rep and acted upon, whether it be to acknowledge an old bug, request more information to create a new CAR, and even to update on the progress of the CAR.  I've seen threads updated weeks after the original post to update the OP on the progress of the CAR.

  • Order Management - 'Export' and 'Non-export' orders.

    Hi,
Could anyone help me how to distinguish between an 'export' type sales order and a 'non-export' type sales order?
I need the details of the columns that we should be looking into to identify the above types of sales orders.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Mantha

The reason the stock is released to warehouse is because requested quantity is set to zero so the seeded process fails on reservation so the cycle exits in limbo.
The solution is to rather leave the requested quantity and set the stock Available to Request (ATR) to zero.
    Tracing through the packages yields...
    WSH_PICK_LIST.RELEASE_BATCH
    |--> INV_PICK_RELEASE_PUB.PICK_RELEASE
    |--> INV_PICK_RELEASE_PVT.PROCESS_LINE
    |--> ..PROCESS_RESERVATIONS
... which is where the ATR is set via INV_QUANTITY_TREE_PUB and can thus be "hacked".
A functional solution is to perhaps have two logical warehouses. One for any packing unit and one for cartonised packing units. But then again not all business' can see there way clear with vanilla functionality ;)

  • Export Order Change

I am trying to export a collection in LR4 that i moved images around to tell a better story.  every time i try to export them, it scrambles the order to something i don't want..

When you export are you renaming to apply a file sequence number? If not, you'll be at the mercy of whatever tool you are then using to view the files. Lightroom will export them in the order you arranged them, but more than likely they will be displayed in file-name order initially if you view the export folder in something like Finder or Explorer (which is why if the correct order is required it's best to rename with a sequence number).
I can't speak for Finder, but in Windows Explorer it is possible to list the files according to many different criteria. One of these is "Date Created", which DOES then list the files in the order they were exported.
But if you then plan on viewing them by streaming to a TV, you'll likely find them showing in file name order.
The point is that when files are exported, no matter what order they are exported in they will be scattered haphazardly around the hard drive, and it depends entirely on the file-system or viewing application how they are presented for viewing. Lightroom has no control over that.

  • How to keep User Order when exporting a collection?

I made a collection of about 300 VC's, chosen from many folders in my catalogue. These images were taken over a 10 year period, using 3 different cameras and having different names and file types. The collection was sorted by "User Order". I spent a good deal of time organizing the collection so that the images made visual sense when shown as a slide show on a digital album.
I exported the collection to my hard drive as jpegs, and checked the box to place them back in my catalogue, in a designated subfolder within my parent folder. All went well except they are now completely out of order, and that order makes no logical sense whatsoever - not by date, metadata, filename, attributes, nothing that I can figure out. I have to start all over again to reorder them - something that will take several hours.
What did I do wrong? How can I keep my designated user order when I export a collection?
    I am using LR 4.3.
    Thanks for your replies.

    Hi Rene,
Lightroom does not maintain user order upon exporting. It would make no sense when not exporting back to catalog, but when exporting back to catalog I can see that it may be desirable - consider making a feature request (Idea) here:
    http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/new
In the mean time, I *think* what most people do to assure export ordering is to name the files according to desired order, then sort by filename. I could be wrong about that, but that's all I got.
Beware: If said approach is adopted, one would not be able to do incremental exports and maintain such ordering (e.g. when single image added to publish service), so all files would need to be re-exported if such change was made.
I have requested access to sort order and added-order via plugin for plugin-assisted remedy, but so far no go.
Another idea (which may not be acceptable) is to use capture-time to maintain sort order of exported photos (via a plugin like Exportant), then it would be easy enough to maintain user order by manipulating capture time (of exported photos I mean, post-export), but then you'd lose the true capture-time, granted: capture time could be put into some other field, but that might foul things up downstream... hmm - sorry for rambling/brain-storming out loud.
Maybe somebody else has a better idea.

  • Exporting from Lightroom 1.3: Different sort order than defined in Grid view

Just did an export from Lightroom 1.3 and ended up with a the wrong export order.
    Here is what I did.
    1. Create a collection
    2. Drag the pictures I want to export into that collection
    3. Select: Sort: Import order (In lightroom grid view - the sort order was correct)
    4. Export from Lightroom with "Userdefined name - sequence"
The result is a total different sort order than I can see in the Lightroom Grid view.
    Very annoying.
    Any ideas?
Also - in the new export dialog there seems to be no option anymore to CHANGE a user-defined export like in the previous version. What do you do if you want to change something?
    Overwrite with the same name?
Remove old export and add the new one changed?
    greetings
    gfisch

Are you seeing this only in Lightroom? They are not 'still in the parent, Germany folder.' only visible their if you have 'Include Photos from Subitems' checked in the Menu/Library of Library.
Uncheck that you you will only see them in their correct folders.

  • Interesting scenario- user facing error while deleting a sales order

    Hello All,
I have one interesting scenario and want feedback from your side as soon as possible
    Scenario-
One of my clients is facing a problem while deleting a sales order.
the sales order he is trying to delete is the old order created in 2007.
when i see the document flow the user has created the export order, then delivered it, invoiced and sent it to accounting, accounting document is also cleared. then he cancelled the invoice, reverse PGI and deleted the delivery. the status of the sales order system is showing is being processed. but please note in this case after reversing PGI and deleting a delivery the delivery document disappears from the document flow.
    document flow looks like this
    Order - 200004715                     Being processed
    invoice- 700005310                    completed
    accounting 700005311                 cleared
    Cancel Invoice 700005315            completed
    Accounting 700005316                 cleared
Now, in 2008 user is trying to delete the sales order but he is unable to do the same. system is giving him message "unable to delete sales order because of subsequent document 70005310 (which is invoice number)"
Can somebody please throw some light on this problem.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
As fas as I know, this is standard system behaviour. The reason - you have done PGI (which has created a material document as well as accounting doc) and invoiced & reversed (which again has created accounting documents & rversal documents). All these documents are referencing the sales order.
If you delete sales order, sales order number gets deleted from VBAK /VBAP tables.
Hence, in relational data base scenario (meanin SAP in this context), deletion of sales order after creation of subsequent documents is not feasible.
    Hope it clarifies the issue.
    Regards
