Export pdf from adobe reader

Hello,
I have a question about the export pdf feature in adobe reader X.
I saw that this feature costs 19.67 each year but it doesn't say if that is for 1 user or multiple.
So my question is,
Do you need to buy an account for every user, or can multiple users use the same account.
with kind regards,
Gerald van Schaik

Gerald,
If you wish to give multiple users in your organization the ability to convert a PDF to an Office file, you may want to consider CreatePDF Team:
https://www.acrobat.com/createpdf/en/team-plan.html
CreatePDF enables each user to convert to PDF, convert from PDF, as well as combine multiple files into a single PDF. And CreatePDF Team provides a volume discount and the ability to manage multiple subscriptions.

HHow do I email my PDFs from Adobe reader for the ipad? Can't find 'as is' or 'flattened options

To email the currently opened PDF document from Adobe Reader for iOS
Tap anywhere in the PDF document to display the top toolbar.
Select the Share icon (the second icon from the right) to display the following menu.
    Select E-mail Document.
Select "Share Original Document" or "Share Flattened Copy" from the E-mail Document dialog.
Enter email recipient(s) in the To field.
Tap Send in the upper right corner to send the PDF document as an email attachment.
At Step 4, Reader may not display the E-mail Document dialog if the currently opened PDF document has some restrictions (e.g. no permission for editing, adding comments, and/or filling out form fields).  The original PDF document will be attached to an email automatically.
To check if your PDF document has restrictions (that are specified by the author of the document), tap anywhere in the document to display the bottom toolbar.  If the bottom toolbar shows the lock icon, your PDF document has restrictions.
When you tap the lock icon, the following popup will be displayed.
If the lock icon is not visible in the bottom toolbar or the bottom toolbar is not visible, it means that your PDF document has no restrictions.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

  • Can't print PDFs from Adobe Reader 7!

A few months ago I started having problems printing from Adobe Reader 7.
I can view PDFs fine. I can also view PDFs online through Safari with the Adobe Reader plug in.
What I've resorted to doing is using Preview to open PDFs that I've saved from Adobe Reader, and I can print fine through Preview.
But that isn't quite a good fix for me!
I can also print documents in other formats from plenty of other applications, so I know it's not a printer-talking-to-Mac issue.
What happens is this - I have a PDF open in Adobe and send it to print. The printer comes up in the dock like its working. After an appropriate amount of time (the time one would expect the document to print), it disappears from the dock as though it is done printing. But no document ever prints. And the printer never displays that it is receiving information to print.
Yesterday I spent a good chunk of time working on this problem to no avail.
I ran "detect and repair" in Adobe Reader but no problems were found.
I threw away Adobe Reader 7 (I think I was up to 7.0.7) and its preferences and other files and downloaded and installed Reader 6. I still couldn't print from Reader.
I installed patches and updates incrementally to from Reader 6 to 7.0.5 by allowing Reader to update itself, but that didn't help.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. That didn't fix the problem.
I tried printing the document through Reader as an "image," but it just crashed the Reader.
I also downloaded and ran "Printer Setup Repair" (something I saw suggested in someone else's post about an Adobe print problem) but that didn't help matters either.
I'm sort of stumped. I'll also post this to the Adobe forums, but from what I've seen the folks over there are not really Mac users.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Cheers!

    Ann,
A few more thoughts or your dilemma...You might try looking at your system.log with the utility Console to see if it might give you a clue to the problem. (Not that I understand all the stuff in those logs, but when MS Word and Quark did not produce printouts, the Console log named the problem fonts.)
The culprit may be the Adobe Reader PPD or Plugin. The path to those are HD/Library/Printers/PPDs/Resources/en.lproj/ADPDF7.PPD and HD/Library/Printers/PPD Plugins/AdobePDFPDE700.plugin. So if you try deleting Adobe Reader stuff again, be sure to delete those docs too, before re-installing.
Note: I use Acorbat Pro 7 so I do not know if the filenames ADPDF7.PPD and AdobePDFPDE700.plugin are the same for Reader, but the paths might be helpful.
Before uninstalling and re-installing both Adobe PhotoShop and Reader, I would suggest that you check the integrity of you hard drive. Overtime, stuff gets out of place and some applications are more sensitive than others. If there is something wrong on the hard drive, replacing the applications will still produce the same problem. Repairing disk is different from repairing permissions. As in my previous post, boot up your computer with your OS 10.3.x Install Disk 1 and launch the Disk Utility app from the CD. Click on Repair Disk...
    Hope this helps.

  • Cannot Print PDFs from Adobe Reader

    Hey gang-
Just purchased a new Brother MFC-9420CN color laser printer. Works great- with one exception.
I am unable to print any PDFs with it from Adobe Reader. But note this: The very same PDFs print fine using Preview! I initially discovered this problem using Adobe Reader 7.0.5, so I downloaded and installed the latest Adobe Reader 8.1. No Help. I also reinstalled the latest Brother Drivers- no help.
I then went into Printer Setup Utility and did the Reset Printing System- re-added all Printers- but no help. I am running OS 10.4.9 on a G5 iMac.
I've seen this mentioned elsewhere including here:
    http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=2643378&#2643378
Thoughts on how to fix this?
    Thanks!
    Dave

When you select print from the menu bar a print
window opens. Verify that the correct printer is
selected. Adobe will over ride some defaults and put
in itself. Let me know if this didn't work.
Thanks Glynn, but the correct printer is indeed selected. This is a weird one!

  • How to export PDF in Adobe Reader with changed background

    Hey Folks,
I change background and text color by going to Preferences -> Accesebility and when I save the file with changed background it is still the old background. How to I save/export this PDF to have changed background?

  • Can't print from Adobe Reader, "no pages selected to print"

I can't print PDFs from Adobe Reader. I can print from any other program, just not Adobe Reader. When I click "Print", I get an error that says, "The document could not be printed". I click "OK" and then it says, "There were no pages selected to print". Even if I try to print a page at a time, it still won't work.  I have a Mac and my Adobe Reader is up to date. Any ideas?

You should really ask in the Reader forum. Be sure to indicate the OS and printer you are trying to use, particularly if it is a network printer. Provide information about having installed the most recent printer driver if appropriate. When you open the print menu in Reader, do you have any printers in the list?

  • Exported pdf from indesign drops punctuation when printed from adobe reader

The pdf prints fine when printed from acrobat pro, but depending on the export pdf settings from indesign, it will drop most numbers and punctuation when printed from adobe reader.

Is Adobe Reader installed on the same computer Adobe Acrobat is?

I just started a free trial of the Adobe XI product that allows me to create an editable PDF. I'm done creating the form and ready to export it. When I click Export PDF from the File menu, it says Adobe encountered an unexpected error. What am I doing wrong?

Good to know  — there is no such application as "Adobe XI".
"Adobe" is the name of the company.
"XI" is indicative of the use of either Acrobat XI or Reader XI.
Neither Acrobat XI Pro (for which Adobe provides a free, fully functional 30-day trial) nor Adobe Reader XI (the free to download and use PDF viewer that Adobe provides) have  an "Export PDF" entry under "File".
"Export PDF" only is present in Adobe Reader XI over on the right on the "Tools" panel.
The "Tools" panel provides a way for a user of Adobe Reader XI to connect to various By Subscription online services (gotta pay eh).
Export PDF is one of these. A subscription lets you send a PDF file to the online internet service (aka "cloud" service). The service then exports to a supported file format (Word / Excel / ...) and the user selects / directs where the output file is to be saved on the user's local machine.
Of course to use any of the online subscription services one must have an active (paid up in full) subscription to the service.
So ---- As described the puzzle pieces don't fit eh.
What specific Adobe (the company) applications are you using?
Acrobat XI Pro? Adobe Reader XI? Both?
    Be well....

  • Although I have an Adobe subscription, and Adobe export PDF (from 12/12), I cannot open my Adobe PDF

Although I have been Adobe subscription, and export PDF from December 12 of 2012, I cannot open my PDF documents. When I attempt to do so, and Adobe screen pops up stating that I have to subscribe, even though Adobe recognizes by subscription from 12/12.
Would you please fix this problem ?
Is there anything I can do to fix this problem ? [email protected]

    Could you try these steps:
Choose Edit > Preferences (Win) or Adobe Reader > Preferences (Mac)
Click 'Online Services' on the left-hand side
Sign out of our Adobe ID and sign back in.
Try to convert your document again.
If you continue to have trouble, please verify that you can access the service via the web interface.  To do this:
Open a browser and navigate to http://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html
Try to log in with your Adobe ID (email address) and password
Once logged in, follow the on-screen prompts to convert a file

  • I cannot print a PDF from Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Reader with Mavericks!

I cannot print a PDF from Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Reader.  I tried on both MacBook Pros we have here, both now with Mavericks.  Error message says "Opening printer connection failed.  Unable to open printer connection . . . • Some Adobe PDF documents don't print from Adobe Reader; with other software it works correctly

    Dear community,
I'm facing the problem that some Adobe PDF documents with lots of colors and lines (size less than 3 MB) don't print on our printers from Adobe Reader XI.
The same files when opened with PDF XChange or PDF Architect are printed out without problems.
How can I provide an Adobe Reader that is able to do so? Any recommendations about solving the issue are very appreciated.
    Best regards
    Christian

Word document problem fixed at the moment by deleting and adding the Lexmark printer again.

  • Connect to AdobeID for converting PDF to WORD from Adobe Reader

    Hello,
I can not connect to Acrobat.com from Adobe Reader. I always have an error message: A network error occurred when attempting to connect.
I tried to uninstall the application and reinstall and still the same error

    Hi Anne,
What happens when you try to sign in directly to cloud.acrobat.com/export? I don't see any issues with your account, so you shouldn't have trouble logging in.
Let me know how that goes.

  • Adobe Acrobat XI printed to blank PDF from Brava Reader v7.3 on a paper size 100mm x 3000mm

I am on Adobe Acrobat XI and am having trouble printing to PDF from Brava Reader v7.3 to a paper size 100mm x 3000mm. The output is a blank PDF to the given paper size.  I was able to print with image from Brava Reader v7.2.  However, when I installed a freeware PDF995, it allows me to print to this paper size (albeit with only 600DPI - too low resolution).  What is the problem with Adobe Acrobat?  Please help?

Is AcroTray running in the background? Can you print to file using the Adobe PDF printer and open the file in Distiller to complete the conversion to PDF?

  • Exported PDFs from InDesign will not print

Our Marketing Manager is using Adobe InDesign and exports her documents to PDF. These PDFs won't print in any of our printers in the office. It spools and then gets stuck and it actually makes our HP Coloured Laser Printer throw an error (error 79) and we'll have to restart the printer due to this error. We can print other documents and other PDFs in the printer so we know it's not a printer driver issue. In fact, we have isolated the problem to only PDFs exported from InDesign. Even if we create a blank document or add just text from InDesign and export it to PDF it still won't print. Really odd.

How exactly are you trying to print those PDF files to the HP printers? From Adobe Reader? From Adobe Acrobat? Or are you just somehow sending them to the printer itself?
Typical HP and other desktop printers either don't directly support PDF printing or only support subsets of PDF.
Assuming you haven't tried this already, try printing the PDF to your printer from either Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
