Export pdf in freehand

Question

the command not work in freehand MX:
save last document as PDF in file “out.pdf”
this is a BUG of freehand MX
I choose another solution with applescript GUI, but in the windows "EXPORT" i want select a PDF in the list of format, how does it do? :

in a some file this script not workly and report the message:
Freehand 10: error tipo 2
save in file FilePath as "PDFWriter"
WHY?
