Export pdf ne fonctionne pas
j'ai un pc fonctionnant avec windows 7
j'essaye de transferer sur word un fichier pdf scanné qui m'a été transféré par mail en utilisant adobe export pdf
dès que le processus de transfert sur export pdf commnce un message s'affiche "une errreur s'est produite" sans plus de précision.
COMME JE supposais que mon abonnement à export pdf avait expiré et qu'il m'était impossible de le vérifier-ce qui en passant est tout à fait anormal- j'ai acheté un nouvel abonnement mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas.
Je suis passablement exédé par adobe car il est tout à fait anormal de payer pour un service qui ne fonctionne pas sans avoir la moindre aide et le moindre endroit précis où s'adresser

J'ai installé Adobe Acrobat Professional 8 sur un Windows 7 x64.
En tant qu'administrateur, j'arrive à imprimer via Adobe PDF (qui s'installe d'ailleurs sur le port LTP1...). En tant qu'utilisateur, impossible d'imprimer. La boite de dialogue s'ouvre pour que je saisisse l'emplacement. Je valide. Mais aucun fichier n'est généré.
Sauriez-vous comment je peux investiguer, s'il vous plaît ?

InDesign CS5, problème d'export PDF
bonjour à tous,
je suis toujours sur un projet de catalogue et je rencontre un problème lors de mon export PDF
dans mes gabarits recto/verso, j'ai créé des objets du type carré/rectangle avec des opacités différents afin de faire un dégradé
- lorsque je suis dans mon gabarit, j'ai bien le rendu voulu (cf pièce jointe)
- lorsque je suis dans ma page (avec le gabarit appliqué), j'ai bien le rendu voulu (cf pièce jointe)
- lorsque je suis dans mon aperçu indesign, j'ai toujours le rendu voulu (cf pièce jointe)
- mais lorsque j'exporte en PDF, soit je perds systématiquement des objets sur toutes les pages (cf pièce jointe)
j'ai beau chercher et faire des essais, je ne trouve pas de solution
c'est pour ca que je m'adresse sur le forum
quelqu'un a t il une idée ? une piste ?

le phénomène que tu décris ressemble à ce que j'ai pu rencontrer
il s'agissait d'un bloc (bloc texte "page x/x" situé dans un gabarit pour moi) qui posait problème
il devait aussi influer sur d'autres blocs (dessin en particulier)
j'ai supprimé le bloc texte et je l'ai recréé et tout s'est mis à fonctionner correctement
malheureusement je n'ai aucune explication et c'est en tatonnant que j'ai trouvé
c'est une solution qui vaut ce qu'elle vaut, mais au moins, ca permet d'avancer et de passer a autre chose
mon environnement de travail est un Windows 7 64bits, 4Go de Ram, proc. Intel Core i7
mon fichier .indd pèse 120 Mo, 212 pages, des liens sur des photos (psd et jpg) en externe, des hyperliens et références croisées dans tous les sens : catalogue en ligne de www.pramac.fr si tu veux voir
voila, j'espère que tu trouveras une solution rapidement car moi j'avais perdu du temps et de l'énergie la dessus
maintenant, attention, je ne connais indesign que depuis mai/juin dernier et je ne suis donc pas un pro

Problème exportation pdf sur Indesign

J'ai un problème avec Indesign. Lorsque je veux exporter mon pdf il me dit "Impossible d'exporter le pdf" et n'ai pas d'autres explications.
Je ne comprends pas car j'ai déjà exporter ce pdf une première fois sans aucuns problèmes.
Les liens sont tous bons, les photos ne sont pas spécialement lourdes,...

Malheureusement je ne suis pas assez douée en anglais pour comprendre des explications sur Indesign.
Pas de message d’erreur sur le contrôle en amont et je n’utilise pas de variables….
Je ne sais pas si je peux apporter des explications en plus, c’est clairement incompréhensible ! Et Indesign ne précise pas du tout pourquoi je ne peux pas exporter….

dis moi quand meme si tu as des messages d'erreur lors du contrôle en amont.
Egalement, merci de préciser si tu utilises des variables dans ton doc (une variable qui appelle un style non appliqué peut générer ce problème.... parmi tant d'autres raisons)
Si tu parles un peu anglais, je te conseille de reformuler ta question en anglais, tu auras beaucoup plus de personnes aptes à t'aider

Exportation PDF d'un document Indesign - Sélection des pages

Je souhaite exporter un document Indesign contenant plusieurs pages en format PDF. Mais je veux avoir un PDF par page un non un PDF pour tout le document. Lorsque je vais dans Fichier/exporter je n'ai pas la possibilité de sélectionner des pages.

Les fonctions de commentaire et fichier joint ne fonctionne pas sous smart phone et tablette?
J'utilise Adobe Acrobat pro X (sous Windows) pour créer un PDF et j'utilise la fonction ajouter des commentaires pour ajouter des Pop Up. Tout fonctionne très bien sous Windows, mais lorsque je veux le lire sur un iPhone ou iPad cela ne fonctionne pas. Je perds tous les commentaires. Ce PDF doit être compatible avec toutes les plateformes (ordi, smart phone, tablette, Windows, Apple, Androïde) Comment puis-je faire?
Si vous utilisez une application tierce, n'hésitez pas à jeter un œil à l'application officielle Adobe Reader qui me semble proposer cette fonctionnalité.
Si c'était déjà le cas, le panneau des nouveautés, indique certains soucis comme "en cours" de résolution.
D'ici là, n'hésitez pas à poser la question sur le formulaire de demande de fonctions ou directement sur le forum acrobat. -
Réabonnement à Adobe export PDF
Bonjour, j'ai acheté l'an dernier un abonnement annuel pour 19€ à ADOBE EXPORT PDF. Mon abonnement est arrivé à échéance et ma carte bancaire également. Je n'arrive pas à trouver de trace de mon achat d'abonnement, et je n'arrive pas non plus à le renouveller... Help !

How do I get a refund on Export PDF that has ALREADY been agreed
On 1/21-1/22 I tried to 'renew' a subscription for Export PDF. By some error (maybe mine - I just dont understand the whole thing) my Bank was immediately charged for two subscriptions, each at a different price. I immediately "chat"ted with several reps (it was difficult to get onto the chat and find out how to cancel) and was assured that both would be cancelled and refunded. They weren't!
I waited a week. Was again frustrated by the chat hookup, and tried the 'cloud' retail product tel #, assuming it was wrong but that I could be switched to the correct one. Had a very pleasant chat, was assured that both would be cancelled and refunded, received 2 e-mails confirming the cancellations, each with a seperate "Case #". Felt pretty good! It had only taken me a week of reasonably diligent effort to get a very simple thing done! IT WASN"T DONE! (Yes, I apologize - I know I'm loud - but by now I've got steam coming out of my ears!)
Today I got an e-mail, telling me that the refund had been processed and the case # would be closed. I looked at my bank, and only one had been refunded! I reviewed all the other e-mails and the notes from the telephone calls and chats to be sure I hadn't misunderstood something. But, no I hadn't. I went to my Adobe on-line and looked up 'my orders' history. Sure enough one had been invoiced and refunded ( the lesser charge of the two) but the other had ONLY BEEN INVOICED - NOT CANCELLED. And it seems that every piece of this transaction generates a new "order" , "case" or some other "reference #" - none of which are tied together, except by the invoice amount, when it is mentioned - which it typically IS NOT.
My question, then, is : How can I get past this absolute frustration over every aspect of my interaction with Adobe and GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF?????????Hi Stacy,

As I mentioned, one of the two charges has been refunded. Credited by
Adobe on Jan 28, I believe I received it in my bank on Jan 30.
The other charge, $25.37 of order # AD011017507, has not been received
by my bank yet. But this can't be that much of a surprise, and has nothing
to do with "10 business days" for refunds to post.
To this minute, "My Orders" on Adobe website shows that the order #
AD011017507 was invoiced on January 22, but that no credit invoice has been
posted against this order to this moment!
Can you begin to understand the frustration of being unable, through
all attempts to untangle this mess, starting within one hour of the original
order, with I believe nine different "Chats", telephone calls and, finally
a "problem" posting, stretching over more than thirteen days. Of course
it doesn't make much sense to devote this much attention to less than $50
worth of stuff, but I do not let things like this dangle.
And can you imagine how loathe I am to deal with Adobe for fear of
some real problem?
At any rate, I would certainly be pleased if you can suggest a way for
me to extricate myself from this. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Enable tool tip in Exported PDF document from a CRE Report
Hi All,
We are on BObj 4.0 and using CRE for our reports. We have enabled Tool tip text on mouse over for certain labels which works great in browser. When we export to PDF, we dont see the Tool tip text. Is there a way we can configure this in CRE so that the exported PDF also shows the Tool tip text?

Font Size is not correct in the exported PDF-File
In the Report is the Font Arial Size 8, but in the exported PDF-Fildethe size is only 7,15. The Fontsize in the PDF-File is always smaller then in the Report.
I use Crystal Report XI. With Version 9 is everythink ok.In Crystal Reports 10 and 11, exported fonts are shrunk by 5% to avoid field truncation.
For version 11, create the following registry entry and then set the value to 1 to maintain the font size:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 11.0\Crystal Reports\Export\PDF\ForceLargerFonts
Please back-up your registry before editing.

I just purchased Export PDF, and when I use it, it opens them in WordPad (which I never use) instead of Word. Thus, the pictures are not there, and the fonts are changed. How do I get them imported into Word?

It isn't something you download. Sign on in Adobe Reader and the Export button just works.

Error "Failed to Export PDF" with big image on CS6 (32) and CC (64)
Hi everyone,
I'm on indesign CS6 (v8.0.2) and when I try to export pdf with a very big image ( *.tiff, 25000*35000 pixels, ) , the action failed with this message :" Failed to export a PDF".
To be sure that there is no any corrupted elements, I made a very simple layout (one page , and just one element for my image,I turnoff prefilgth and all ressource intensive options, and export with no downsampling or resampling) and try to export with different size image:with 20000*30000 -or smaller -image the export works, always failed with image .The export failed to in scripting mode.
If I diveded my image in four , the export works but this solution is not convenient (I actually made tests for a fully automatised process, and we want to be sure that the indesign component is enough "safe")
I try the same action with an evaluation version of indesign CC 64 bits (v9.2) and have the same behavior.
I can imagine that there is a memory issue there, but my config seems to be strong ( windows server 64 with 16GB ram, DD with more than 100GB free). I don't undersant why-in a "full" 64 bit environnement- it is not possible to manipulate and export very large image ?
I'm wonder If the background task is a part of the problem, and if it 's possible to disable it in CS6 or CC as in cs5 ( creates an “DisableAsyncExports.txt” file in Adobe InDesign executable directoty don't seems to disable it in CC or CS6).
