    I checked your account, and all is well there. Are you trying to log in via the web interface, or via Adobe Reader? If you're using Reader, please choose Help > Check for Updates and make sure that you have the most current version installed. If you're using the web interface, please clear the browser cache and then log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/export. (You may also want to try a different web browser—see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported growers).

  • Export pdf subscription problem

    I need help solving a subscription issue. I purchased Export Pdf and my credit card has been billed (almost 2 weeks ago). I have no access to program nor does it show up on my subscriptions in my account. I received no email confirmation. I cant find any contact with Adobe other than posting on a forum. How do I get my money back or at the very least how do I get the service I have been billed for?

    I've looked up your account using the same email address that you use here in the forums. I see three separate orders—one placed on 11/8, and two placed on 11/14—that don't appear to have gone through. Please Contact Customer Care via phone or chat, and a Customer Care agent should be able to straighten this out for you.   • Subscription payment not activated by adobe?

    I just paid for adobe PDF pack and used my current credit card.  The one that adobe has on file has been cancelled because of a hacker using it in the recent past.  I can't get adobe to activate my subscription with my new card number?  What's going on?  I can't even call an adobe.com customer service number to get my subscription activated.  I hate adobe.com  there is absolutely no customer support.

    2 months ago I have subscribed to Uzbekistan 400 min subscription. It recharges automatically on 17th of each month. This month it has been recharged again on on March 17, 2012 at 18:46 (GMT/UTC). But I have not been given any free minutes so far. It says "Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes. Your free minutes will start again on Mar 18, 2012". It is already 2 days passed and I still wasn't given any free minutes. Every time when I call it charges to my Skype Credit account. Please help me to resolve this issue, since I have to make a call to Uzbekistan urgently. Thank you.

    My 800 minutes montly package to Pakistan was supposed to be re-activated today on 20th August after autorecharging debited to my account on 17th of August......causing great stress as today is Eid day in Pakistan and skype monthly package.
    It is very strange to see skype team very efficient in debiting the recharging amount while extremely sluggish in re-activation of package on due date , it should be automatic in my opinion other wise no use to subscribe.

    i am trying to export a crystal report to pdf and it is ending in following error:

    Please note there are no issues in opening report and exporting to word, rtf and excel. Just PDF export is not working.
    My Server Configuration is : windows server 2008 R2 Standard, Dot Net Framework 4 and Plesk Parallel 10.3
    I have installed Crystal report 13 (the one that is available for use with Visual Studio 2010)
    I am able to export the report from within the Visual Studio Localhost, but this fails in IIS.
    Please help.. this issue is killing me everyday.

    Hello, I had a similar problem, and finally, thanks to this thread I could find the solution.
    In development enviroment the application worked, but in production it didn't work (W2k8 with IIS 7 and MVC3 with Crystal Reports 11). When I tried to generate a pdf document I got the error:
    Operation not yet implemented.
    I tried to solve the trouble by reading a lot of information about CR. I discarded troubles with the font, so I focused in the temp dir in CR. I wanted to avoid give permissons to the application user to the windows temp dir.
    Finally I found out there's a registry key that can change the temp directory in CR:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Report Application Server\InprocServer\TempDir
    I have an x64 OS, so in the x86, it should be
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Report Application Server\InprocServer\TempDir
    This key doesn't exist by default. I created this with the value: D:\CRTemp, but I keep the same error, but I could check that when I generated the reports, some files appeared in that directory.
    So my research continued. Thanks to your advices, I used the Process Monitor to see what was happening, so I could see the real problem. It was that the CR was trying to read a file called D:\CRTEMPReport{.....}.rpt.
    So I changed the Key, with a final backslash (D:\CRTemp\). When I changed that, everything worked fine, using that new key.
    Maybe my experience can help people with similar troubles.

    Hi.  I had a 400 min. subscription to Iran which I purchased about 3 weeks ago.  It was used up today so I cancelled it and bought a new 400 min subscription.  My credit card has been charged and I received an email that shows the order is delivered.  However, it does not show my susbcription and there is a message that says my account is suspened because I have used up my minutes and I can start using free minuted on March 7.  Is there a limit on how many subscriptions one can buy per month?

    You can check the remaining minutes of your subscription by signing in to your account in the website. On the left panel, you should be able to see the list of your active subscriptions. Click on your subscription and you should be able to see the remaining minutes on the account.

  • Adobe export pdf subscription?

    I paid for a yearly subscription in order to send editted pdfs.  however, this service doesn't allow me to do so and all pdf's i send via regular email do not show edits and annotations. 
    should i cancel the adobe service and/or is there another service i should have signed up for instead?  it is not at all clear on the website.

  • Exported pdfs - Linked file not dispalying correctly on some machines

    Hi,
    I'm creating several PDFs in InDesign CS5.5. I'm creating links to different files in InDesign using buttons. The pdf links work correctly on all machines and open the file theyre supposed to. I run into a problem on some machines though. The first page of the newly opened pdf opens completely gray... nothing displayed. If you hit page down and then page up, page two displays fine, and page one then appears fine from that point on. On some machines it's a little slow to display, and goes from gray to displaying the page in about one second.
    Does anyone know why this would be happening, and how to fix it?
    They are created on a mac, and the problem is present on some macs, but not others, and seems fine on PC. It's also worth pointing out that it isn't the speed/power of the machine, because the older less powerful machines have no problems with it.

    How are these files being viewed?

  • "export to tape" is not active

    I have Premiere Pro CS4 on a windows vista system and on a xp system and I have the same problem on the 2 laptops.
    I can't get to export to tape. My sequence is active but the "export to tape" shows up in grey and I can't activate it. Couldn't fine any help online either.

    One last stupid question: you do have a blank tape, or a tape with adequate room cued up, don't you?
    That's about all that I can think of, but I'm sure that others will have just the info that you need.
