EXPORT PDF subscription

Hi I would like to ask If I subscribe for a Year ExportPDF will my year subscription expire after 12months or will it renew itself and charge me for another year unless I unsubscribe? thanks

That's a great question! By default, an ExportPDF subscription is set to auto renew each year. However, you can log in to your account at Adobe.com and turn off auto renewal at any time.

  • Export pdf subscription problem

    I need help solving a subscription issue. I purchased Export Pdf and my credit card has been billed (almost 2 weeks ago). I have no access to program nor does it show up on my subscriptions in my account. I received no email confirmation. I cant find any contact with Adobe other than posting on a forum. How do I get my money back or at the very least how do I get the service I have been billed for?

    I've looked up your account using the same email address that you use here in the forums. I see three separate orders—one placed on 11/8, and two placed on 11/14—that don't appear to have gone through.   • My export pdf subscription renewal is not allowing me access

    I have renewed by export pdf plan but I cannot do anything as it says I need to subscribe but when I try to subscribe it says I cannot as I am already subscribed.  Help

    I checked your account, and all is well there. Are you trying to log in via the web interface, or via Adobe Reader? If you're using Reader, please choose Help > Check for Updates and make sure that you have the most current version installed. If you're using the web interface, please clear the browser cache and then log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/export. (You may also want to try a different web browser—see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported growers).

  • Adobe export pdf subscription?

    I paid for a yearly subscription in order to send editted pdfs.  however, this service doesn't allow me to do so and all pdf's i send via regular email do not show edits and annotations. 
    should i cancel the adobe service and/or is there another service i should have signed up for instead?  it is not at all clear on the website.

    I'm only authorized to process a full refund if a subscription is canceled within the first 30 days (not after an annual renewal). If I do cancel, you will receive a refund for 50% of the remaining months. Should I proceed?

    I just purchased an Adobe Export PDF subscription and am having trouble working with the document once it has been exported to Word.  The cursor jumps from place to place, as do words.

    Try selecting the text you want to change within Word, then choosing a different font for that text.  I've seen this really help with the text-jumpy issue that occurs from time to time in files converted with ExportPDF. The underlying cause is usually a poorly or incorrectly embedded font in the original PDF.
