Audio - 352.8 kbits/s, 16-bit mono samples at 22.050 kHz

Sorry for the delay in response. It sounds like you have somehow deleted your quicktime ProKit with the codecs by what ever process you were trying to restore you trashed files.
Go to the Apple Menu > System Updates and see if the updater sees a need to install them.
If this doesn't work - it might be
the best thing to do would be to get FCS Remover from Digital Rebellion (free)
http://www.digitalrebellion.com/fcsremover/
and try to remove all traces of your corrupt installation and then do a clean install from your original disks, followed by updates to restore the new ProKit codecs.
If your system has been corrupted by whatever you did, it might be best to wipe the drive and start from scratch - but understood this is not a pleasant choice.
Other posters may have different or better suggestions. The FCS Pro Apps require a lot of files and file structure that may or may not be apparent, and were never drag and drop installable. They always needed to be installed with the proper installer.

you and I know that your answer works because that is how I sync my ipad. I don't have a mac, just a PC with itunes. Now this guy might not even have itunes and is using Windows Media Player or something like that.
Or maybe he just do not want his problem fixed. I read these forums and too many of the questions are just way beyond basic computer knowledge, but it seems to happen that they can never resolve a very simple problem. It makes me wonder if people just post bogus stuff.

Your iOS device backup only includes data and settings stored on your device. I have a message on my ipad from icloud backup stating This ipad hasn't been backed up in 3 weeks. Backups happen when this ipad is plugged in locked, and connected to Wi-Fi. I have had it plugged in for a few days, all the support states to go into settings to restore but I can't get into settings, it will not let me power off the ipad or anything.

Question has been answered, read some other posts with the same problem and figured it out.

If you're trying to sync an iCloud calendar, go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Calendar on your iPhone and make sure you have selected your iCloud calendar as your default.

The admin page shows that I have been sent an invitation but does not show my account as "ACtive" unlike my other team members. From the names I'd guess they are temporary files. If excel is running, quit and try again. If they still won't move or delete reboot. If they still won't move or delete...kill a chicken at midnight under an oak tree?

We are talking about the Mail app, right? In the Mail menubar, click on Window and then Previous Recipients:
That eliminates the previous recipients. If you are talking about the suggestions because there are 10 people with the name 'Steve' in your Contacts, then I do not know how to eliminate those unless you change the name slightly or wait until you type the last name or some other differentiator.

You made a purchase and exhausted the credit on your card before it processed. All purchases are final. Contact iTunes Store support. You need to settle up before you can purchase or download anything else.

What do you mean " back up my photos or Apps"?
The photo sync is one way - computer to ipad.
You can transfer itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.

The problem is I cannot turn on wireless setting. The "sign in to icloud -- enter appleid password" popup will not go away. when i enter the pw and click ok, the same balloon pops up again. If I click "cancel" it pops again. Since I am not on the internet (because I cannot turn the ipad wireless on) the sign in to icloud obviously will not work. Vicious circle.

Export question...can i get these settings??
