Thanks in advance

Yes you can export a report from the debug page, it's listed as a TaskTemplate.
Then import into the new system.

  • Exporting Java Add in and Importing to Standalone Java system

    Hi,
    I have a requirement to export Java system which is  ABAP+JAVA  and build a new standalone Java system through import.  Is it possible, if so please provide any documents or links.
    Thanks
    Shiv

    Hi Shiv,
    I've never heard that it's possible, but you could install a new Java system and import the self devloped components of your java software there (e.g. in SLD you can export a software component and then import it somewhere else). For database tables you might use an export- import function of your database, but I'm not sure about that.

  • Exporting and Importing mail from older system

    I just upgraded my Hard Drive and OS. Was using Tiger and now Leopard. I can still access my old hard drive. How do I export my mailbox files and import them into my new sys?
    thx

    first of all, you can use Migration Assistant (it's in /Applications/Utilities) to migrate your whole old setup, not just Mail. if you only want Mail, quit Mail and copy the entire directory homedirectory/Library/Mail and the file homedirectory/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist to the corresponding locations on the new computer. Delete homedirectory/Library/Mail if it already exists on the new computer before doing this. when you start Mail it will be exactly as it was on the old computer.

  • How to create the Export Data and Import Data using flat file interface

    Hi,
    Request to let me know based on the requirement below on how to export and import data using flat file interface.....
    Please provide the steps involved for the same.......
    BW/BI - Recovery Process for SNP data.
    For each SNP InfoProvider,
    create:
    1) Export Data:
    1.a)  Create an export data source, InfoPackage, comm structure, etc. necessary to create an ASCII fixed length flat file on the XI
    ctnhsappdata\iface\SCPI063\Out folder for each SNP InfoProvider.
    1.b)  All fields in each InfoProvider should be exported and included in the flat file.
    1.c)  A process chain should be created for each InfoProvider with a start event.
    1.d)  If the file exists on the target drive it should be overwritten.
    1.e)  The exported data file name should include the InfoProvider technical name.
    1.f)  Include APO Planning Version, Date of Planning Run, APO Location, Calendar Year/Month, Material and BW Plant as selection criteria.
    2) Import Data:
    2.a) Create a flat file source system InfoPackage, comm structure, etc. necessary to import ASCII fixed length flat files from the XI
    ctnhsappdata\iface\SCPI063\Out folder for each SNP InfoProvider.
    2.b)  All fields for each InfoProvider should be mapped and imported from the flat file.
    2.c)  A process chain should be created for each InfoProvider with a start event.
    2.d)  The file should be archived in the
    ctnhsappdata\iface\SCPI063\Archive directory.  Each file name should have the date appended in YYYYMMDD format.  Each file should be deleted from the \Out directory after it is archived.

    Here's some info on working with plists:
    http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/PropertyLists/Introduc tion/chapter1_section1.html
    They can be edited with any text editor. Xcode provides a graphical editor for them - make sure to use the .plist extension so Xcode will recognize it.

    Yes - you just export them from iPhoto on computer 1 - move them to the other computer and import them into iPhoto there
    There is no way to sync
    If the computers are connected in some way you can use iPhoto Library Manager - http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/ - -to move photos between the libraries

    will continue to use the source instance and the OS is too old to support new database versionThe existing 11.5.10.2
    instance run on Solaris 8 platform. They will continue to use them for production support until the new R12 instance go live.
    The new platform for database will be in HP-Itanium (DB) and Linux (Web/form). The first step I plan to do is to migrate the database to new platform
    and then start the R12 upgrade in new platform.
    This client also know that export/import is fine from 9i to 11g as they already done in other database application by themselves.
    So I want to use export/import to transfer the database from Solaris platform to HP platform.

  • Export xml and importing it back in

    I've got an issue I can't seem to find an answer to on the forums or otherwise.
    I'm creating a screenwriting app in AIR that saves a file to the user's local machine.
    If I place this line of code for the import on the constructor it works fine and sets up the document for writing.
    private const textMarkup:String = "<TextFlow xmlns='http://ns.adobe.com/textLayout/2008' verticalScrollPolicy='auto' horizontalScrollPolicy='auto' fontSize='12' fontFamily='Courier New' paddingTop='60' paddingLeft='120' paddingRight='55' typographicCase='uppercase' xmlns='http://ns.adobe.com/textLayout/2008'></TextFlow>";
    Now, I have an export function that exports this data out as an XML
    public function exportScript():void {
         var exportXML:XML = TextConverter.export(textFlow, TextConverter.TEXT_LAYOUT_FORMAT, ConversionType.XML_TYPE) as XML;
         var myScript:String = "myScript";
         exportFile.save(exportXML, myScript + '.FadeIn');
    This function works perfectly.  However, when it saves the XML file the formatting is altered.  I get this.
    <TextFlow fontFamily="Courier New" fontSize="12" horizontalScrollPolicy="auto" paddingLeft="120" paddingRight="55" paddingTop="60" typographicCase="uppercase" verticalScrollPolicy="auto" whiteSpaceCollapse="preserve" version="2.0.0" xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/textLayout/2008">
      <p>
        <span></span>
      </p>
    </TextFlow>
    Because of the " replacing '  and the // it tosses the whole thing out of whack and won't import correctly.

    So here are my three functions.  1 exports the text.  2 imports the script and 3 fires upon completion of 2.  I'm exporting in a string and using the text_layout_format to bring it back in but I get nothing on the screen when this third function fires.   What am I doing wrong?
    public function exportScript():void {
    var exportXML:String = TextConverter.export(textFlow, TextConverter.TEXT_LAYOUT_FORMAT, ConversionType.STRING_TYPE) as String;
    var myScript:String = "myScript";
    exportFile.save(exportXML, myScript + '.FadeIn');
    public function importScript():void {
    xmlLoader.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, importComplete);
    xmlLoader.addEventListener(IOErrorEvent.IO_ERROR, importError);
    xmlLoader.load(new URLRequest("myScript.FadeIn"));
    public function importComplete(e:Event):void {
    xmlContent = new XML(xmlLoader.data);
    textFlow = TextConverter.importToFlow(xmlContent, TextConverter.TEXT_LAYOUT_FORMAT);
    xmlLoader.removeEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, importComplete);
    xmlLoader.removeEventListener(IOErrorEvent.IO_ERROR, importError);

  • Is OWB 10g exported(EEX) and imported in Dis.Admin (10.1.2) ?

    Hi ,
    I have a problem related to OWB and Discoverer Administrator, both 10G(10.1.2). When I export the output as an .eex file, it says the output is for Oracle 9i Discoverer and does not say 10G. If I still try to import it into Oracle Discoverer Administrator, it gets imported but I am unable to see anything there.
    Is there any other way to transfer the output of Oracle Warehouse Builder 10G onto Discoverer 10G considering both as (10.1.2)? Please Help.
    Thank You,
    Mani

    Clemens
    We have an SR raised which is now with development, but so far we have not been able to pin down what is causing this.
    Basically we see entries end up on the recovery queue with nothing written in any logs, even if we increase the level of logging to debug.
    This does not happen under load, the exact opposite. If nothing is going on and then we get 5-10 processes start, we see about 1% end on the queue. I pushed 500,000 messages through it last weekend and nothing ended up on the queue, yet a run on Monday of just 100 caused 2 entries on the queue with no explaination.
    I have tried everything I can think of, but so far have not been able to re-create the condition at will, it is completely non-deterministic. It also happens on all 5 of our rigs, so it is not machine specific.
    I have tuned the BPEL engine and it easily copes with our throughput. We are running with a 10g dehydration store, either single instance or active-passive depending on environment, but I do not think this is going to be causing an issue.
    We have about 20 async processes and sub-processes and the problem can occur at any point, although mostly on Invoke and Callback. Each process contains a mixture of async (to BPEL), sync (to External) and a reasonably number of database adapters in each process.
    It is not the fact it is placing the entry on the queue that is my issue, it is the fact we have no idea WHY it has ended there as there are no log entries.
    Any ideas what else I can try?
    Pete

  • Converting RAW masters to jpgs without exporting, deleting and importing...

    Is there a way to convert my RAW files that I already imported into Aperture libraries, now into JPGS without exporting versions, then deleting the RAW-master originals and then importing the jpgs again? I would like to save some disk space, after having chosen some RAW files to keep and now wanting to downconvert the rest to jpgs. Thanks for the answers!!

    No, there is not, for the reason Ernie stated.  Although I find the "library" metaphor ill-selected, it may help illustrate the point.  You RAW files should be thought of as First Edition Hard-cover books.  JPGs derived from the RAW originals are later editions.  Some of them may closely simulate the first edition; some may be cheap paperbacks designed to be read once and discarded -- none of them is a First Edition.
    What you want to do is somewhat tantamount to carting all the precious First Editions out and leaving them by them curb, and replacing them with smaller, lighter paperbacks.
    You can do this, but Aperture makes sure you actually have to do the lifting and the carting.
    If all you want is a Bookmobile, Aperture is not a good vehicle.
    Fwiw, the User Manual recommends creating additional Libraries when you Library becomes too large.  (I was 100% certain the User Manual recommended converting some Image's Masters from Managed to Referenced when your Library file became too large, but today I can no longer find the reference.)  IME, you are much better served having one Library with your Image's Masters Referenced than having multiple Libraries.

  • HT1710 If I click archive and install and it says moves existing system files to a folder named previous system , will this save my photos tol

    I have to restore my Mac mini and i want to click on archive and install and it says it will move existing files to a folder but I need to know wether my photos will be moved too because I have 5 years worth of photos on there. If my photos will not be moved could I take it too a store and they could put them onto a USB stick for me.

    "Archive and install" is an option in early versions of OS X installers. It moves some parts of the previous system to a folder called "Previous System" and installs the new OS.
    There is also an option to presever user data and settings. See this document. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1710
    If you have 5 years' worth of photos and you do not want to lose them, then you NEED to have a backup. Hard drives can fail. Suddenly. Particularly on aging hardware. Computers can get stolen, set on fire or have drinks spilt over them.
    If you do not have a backup, you should EXPECT to lose your files.
    You should not need a store to make a copy of your files. Get an external drive, or use DVDs and move the files in the Finder. If you're using Leopard already, then you have Time Machine.

  • Need help with export, truncate and import partitions for schema

    I need to export a couple partions for our Oracle 10g Data Warehouse, truncate the partions and re-import the data using the exported file. How can I do this?
    In summary here is what I need to do:
    1) Export partition P_SUB_1 of table1
    2) Export partition P_SUB2 of table2
    3) Truncate P_SUB1 partition of table1
    4) Truncate P_SUB2 partition of table2
    5) Rebuild indexes on table1 and table2
    6) Re-import data into each partition from export files.

    If you have enough free space it might be easier to keep these partition in the database and do an exchange.
    That means:
    create table tmp_sub1 as select * from table1 where 1=0;
    create table tmp_sub2 as select * from table2 where 1=0;
    alter table table1 exchange partition sub1 with table tmp_sub1;
    alter table table2 exchange partition sub2 with table tmp_sub2;After that your have the data of your original partitions in the tmp tables and the particular partitions in the partitioned table are empty and ready for the loading process.
    If the loading process fail and you need to restore the partitions just reverse the exchange statements and you are done.
