If I create macro-enabled templates in 2010 with building blocks and custom tabs and groups, can they be exported to 2007?

Yes, assuming that the ribbon customizations were done in the XML of the template and not by using the Customize the Ribbon features within Word.
Customize the Ribbon (It doesn't take rocket science)
Any features that exist in Word 2010 and not in Word 2007 will not be enabled when the templates are used in Word 2007.

I have few workbooks .xlsm which were created in microsoft excel 2007 and were running fine in 2007 excel. Now microsoft office is migrated to 2010 excel. when i try opening the same workbook .xlsm then i get the following error message "Work book is corrupted and can not be loaded".
Anybody faced such issue any time? Any remedies for this? Please share.

Acrobat 8 Standard crashes when opening PDFs created from Microsoft Project 2007

Issue: Acrobat 8 Standard crashes when opening PDFs created from Microsoft Project 2007.
OS: Win XP Pro SP3
Error Message(s): None
Details: This issue happens with multiple Microsoft Project files (including new files), multiple PDF creators (included Acrobat 8 Standard) and on multiple computers. We also tried opening the PDFs in Adobe Reader 8 instead of Acrobat Standard 8. There is no record in the event log on the computers of the application crashes.

I may have a resolution now...
I clicked Tools -> Options -> View and turned off Bars and shapes in Gantt views in 3-D" on the advice of someone on a Microsoft Forum. I made three PDFs from three Microsoft Project files (that were having trouble previously) and was not able to get these PDFs to crash when zooming or changing pages. So far so good!

Acrobat Pro 9.1 no longer creates PDFs from Word 2007

I upgraded from Acrobat 7 to 9 specifically to gain more control over settings when making PDFs from Word 2007. This worked as I had hoped until the 9.1 vulnerability upgrade was installed. Now it will no longer create PDFs from Word 2007 documents at all.
From within Word 2007, when I click on "Create PDF" (whether in the Office menu or Acrobat toolbar) it asks for a file name, but after I click "Save" does nothing. This is true even for the simplest possible document, using the "Default" settings for PDF "Preferences."
If I right click the file name of the document in Windows Explorer, with Word 2007 closed, and click on "Convert to Adobe PDF" in the menu, it starts and the staus box comes up, but after a few seconds quits and displays "An unexpected error occurred. PDFMaker was unable produce the Adobe PDF."
I can still "Save As" PDF in Word 2007, but this gives me little control over the format.
Is there any way that I can get Acobat 9.1 to do what I bought it for, and what Adobe advertises it will do?

Try printing to the Adobe PDF printer, the more fundamental process (PDF Maker is a preprocessor for the printer). If that does not work, then try with print-to-file selected. Open the file in Distiller and see if the PDF is created. If the latter happens, then check for AcroTray running in the background. It is required to automate the process and is needed by PDF Maker.

Creating PDF in Word 2007 creates horizontal line

Hello,
This is my first post in this forum. In general, I have not had problems creating PDFs from Word 2003, or from Word 2007 - from either .doc or .docx documents.
Yesterday, with one document, when I created a PDF, a centered horizontal line kept appearing near the top of the first 2 pages. These 2 pages
have no header content. This line is NOT in the Word document. The rest of the PDF appears normal - with its normal header content.
I think the problem is within Word 2007 (what a surprise!) because I can eliminate the problem by printing a .ps file of the Word doc and then
distilling it. The only problems with that method are that (1) It's more time-consuming, and - more important - (2) the bookmarks are not
automatically created. So, to create bookmarks manually takes even more time, and I don't know how to create the hyperlinks from the TOC
(or even if that's possible).
Any idea what's going on? I tried making PDFs of some other user
guides (same doc template), and they are fine.

It's such fun dealing with Word and "Microsloth", isn't it?! IMHO, they
should have left Office alone at the 2003 (or 2002?) versions.... Even at
2000, styles were easier to deal with!
Especially after using Madcap Flare for a few years, going back to Word is
especially torturous. I go back and forth from one to the other,
depending on what I'm working on - product-wise or document-wise.
Your Word certainly may have gotten corrupted, but even if that's not the
case -- Word is still buggy as hell (forgive the minor expletive)!!

I read your post, and decided to spend my evening figuring out what was
going on. You are right about it being related to the lines in the header
and footers, but as my document had no headers and footers, I found that
odd. I tried to edit the styles without success. Now isn't that odd,
too?
I had to delete the header and footer styles from my document in order
to
get rid of the lines. I suspect my copy of Word became corrupted as I
madly
edited several documents, all with photos. As my adult son pointed out,
"well, they don't put their top programmers on Word, after all." I
checked
my memory utilization, and it appears that Word isn't cleaning up after
itself very well, so it loses track of some of its objects, and things get
out of synch.
Well, in the end I managed to re-produce my document, which is good,
because
it had to go to the printer last night before midnight, and it got there
at
11:40.

We have created workbooks using office 2007 and BEx 7.1 but they do not open with office 2007 (BEx 7.1, patch level 11). The error message is as mentioned ' workbook format .xlsm is supported only from office excel 2007 version'

Hi,
There is a workaround for this.
Save the workbook locally with ".xls" format in Excel 2007 and try to open with Excel 2003.Now it will open.
(Or)
There is one more option available in the Global Settings dialog where you can mention the "Use XLS File Format" under Default Workbook Tab.This is available from FEP8

Export Command To Create FDF, In Adobe Pro 8

I can't seem to find the export command to create a fdf in adobe pro 8. It works in adobe pro 6 when using the 'Execute a menu item' command.
I can import fdf information within a JavaScript using the following code:
this.importAnFDF("../Setup/Forms Setup Information.fdf");
Is there a JavaScript that I can use to export fdf information similar to the code in the above line?

Can I export Bins/folders created in Premiere Pro CS6 to desktop?

Recently I've started a slideshow project in Premire Pro. I organized all the images in Premiere by bins and started the project, although another software (ProShow Producer 5) have come to my attention, and I would like to continue the project in ProShow. Though my bins are organized inside Premiere and it would take me hours to go into the folders and pick out the correct photos again for the new project. My question is, can I export Bins/folders created in Premire to my computer? I know that the folders created in Premire are not real, though is there any pissiblity to duplicate the photos and place them into the bins/folders indicated in Premire? That way I can have all the folders ogranized and ready without the need to do it all again.
Are there any plugins that convert Premire bins into physical files?
Any help would be appriciated.

Sorry, but as Ann says, they are but mere links.
Which is why I generally arrange my clips and other assets into folders on my hard drive before I import them into Premiere Pro. First of all it is faster to import them and second it is faster to archive them.

2010 migration/coexistence ActiveSync 2010 to 2007 proxy not successfull

I've just started a migration from Exchange 2007 to 2010. Installed the first CAS and Hub servers. I have an issue with EAS proxying from 2010 to 2007 CAS. I can see the proxying taking place in IIS logs but the user is continiously prompted
for PW. Tested with Windows 8 activesyn app, Android and iOS. None are successful.
The 2010 CAS proxys to multiple 2007 CAS, is this expected?
The only error I can see is "&Log=PrxFrom:10.18.2.70_Error:MissingCscCacheEntry_ 443" This error only shows up on the second 2007 CAS that gets proxied.
Here are some sample IIS logs.
2010 - appears to be proxying but is it sending all the needed information.

Please make sure whether your exchange 2007 and exchange 2010 ActiveSync virtual directories use Integrated Windows authentication.
If ActiveSync virtual directories use Basic authentication, the proxying isn't possible between virtual directories.
Besides, please check your ActiveSync virtual directories proxying settings.

Exchange 2010 to 2007 Migration

Hi all,
Due to a geographical move, I am in the process of migrating a number of users from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2007.
the move was done as an exchange org admin from the Exchange 2010 Server GUI (not Exchange Management Shell)
When i did the move, it seems to have worked, but the move request Status was : Completed with Warnings.
the details tab shows;
Warning: Failed to reset the target mailbox after the move.
Error details: Not connected.
the detailed log shows this at the end;

Please check whether this moved mailbox can work fine or not. Based on my experience, it won't cause any problem, the mailbox was moved successfully. We can ignore the error and remove the move request.

It's seems temporary internet folder corrupted, please try to modify the location for temporary Internet files for Internet Explorer test this issue:
1.In Internet Explorer, choose Internet Options from the
Tools menu to display the Internet Options dialog.
2.In the Internet Options dialog, click the General tab. In the
Browsing history section click Settings to open the
Temporary Internet Files and History Settings dialog.
3.In the Temporary Internet Files and History Settings dialog, click
Move Folder to open the Browse for Folder dialog.
4.In the Browse for Folder dialog, select the following location.
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
5.Click OK to close the Browse for Folder dialog. Click
OK to close the Temporary Internet Files and History Settings dialog. Click
OK to close the Internet Options dialog.
6.Reboot the computer.
