Export SAP document to word got an error message

Dear all,
When I click the word icon on the screen, the word program window open and gave me a message:
This file cannot be found c:\odln 21641.doc
21641 is the document number. What does it mean? Thanks a lot.

The Error shown in Server Machine or Client Machine?
if client machine only check if all the client machine have the same error are shown or

I don't know EG01 transaction, but if SAP says "material 5 does not exist " then SAP is usually right.

I'm so sorry for your frustration! I'd like to assist.
Is there a chance your PDF was originally a scanned file? As these can be tough because the converter doesn't have anything solid to grip onto.

Word can't open or does it open but you can't open documentts?
If you have Office does Excell or Power Point open? If they do you can perhaps check for updates with either of them: Help > Check for Updates. You can also try to reinstall Office with your installation disks. Don't delete Office, just try to install it again.

One of the SAP client got an error message

Got the Error Message in transaction VL03N when issue the output

I got the error Message when i issued the output.
I selected the output type and error message occurs.
Error Message"Maintain output NO MATERIAL IS AVAILABLE FOR PRINT ING application completely with VK01.
Can anybody help me to solve this problem ?

Daer Luke,
Use T-Code VK01.
Select usage as B - Output.
SElect Application as V2 - Shipping & Execute.
Then select Condition Type & continue. Here select necessary Output Type that you are trying to Print (LD00 in SAP Standard).
Go in to the Details (by clicking mannifying glass button) screen & Maintain necessary feilds like
1. Access Sequence (e.g. 0005 - Sales Orgn / Customer),
2. Put Tick mark in Access to Conditions
3. Transm. Medium - 1 (Print output)
4. Partner Functn - SH (Ship to party)
5. Date/Time - 4 (Send immediately (when saving the application)
6. PrntParamtr criteria - 5 (Shipping point)
7. Document type - SDODELNOTE.
Also check in T-Code NACE whether necessary Printing Problem has been assigned...

Got an error message when create ODBC

Dear All,
When we create an ODBC connection to the SAP server, I choose the server name, then username and password and click ok.
Then I got an error message
SQLState = 08001, NativeError = 0
Error = [Microsoft][SQL Native Client]Unable to complete login process due to delay in opening server connection]
I know this is not an SAP issue. But we do need help on this issue. Any idea? Thank you in advance.

Try to Connect through 127.0.01 (Your IP address).
Another is enlarge the connect timeout to around 30 secondes.\
Remote connection and WINS was disabled on the client machine and you connect using FQDN as server name. To resolve this, one way, turn on u201CFile and Printer sharingu201D and explicitly use name pipe protocol.
Some times fire wall can block the communication.
Check the fire wall settings.

The disk you are using probably has a defect, not uncommon on consumer grade disks. Try another disk or better yet another disk from a different manufacturer or at least a different batch.

It sounds like if you open Preferences in Word there will be a place where you can specify where to store autorecover files. Right now it sounds like it's pointing to somewhere that doesn't exist.

Assuming that it was an iTunes file, I reinstalled iTunes.
Trying to open again, I got an error message of an appication is trying to open a library file incorrectly.
How do I resolve this problem.
Neither my PC with Vista nor my my laptop with windows 7 will work?

Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

1- I did a DisableLoopBack and set the value to "1".
For hostname do I have to do : 111.111.111.111 (sample) and serversp2013?
P.S. I fixed this issue once, long time ago and I forgot how it ... be done.

For troubleshooting your issue, please take steps as below:
1.Go to IIS, make sure the web application is actived.
2.Go to IIS -> Applicaiton Pools, make sure the application pool related to your web application is started.
