Export the master data from the existing B1 DB and importing to a new B1 DB

Hi
Is there any way to export the master data like item, GL, Business partners from the existing B1 database to a newly created DB. (export from the exissitng DB to a new DB as such) so that all the data will be available in the new DB without transactions

You may use CopyExpress Add on to do the same . Here you can copy masters from one Database to another with out transactions . This process is very easy also. Some of the customizations also u can do the same way.

Did you schedule an inventory collection job?
Delete schedule and recreate it using device group.

The subscription will renew automatically (unless you have disabled that) and you will get an email approximately one month before renewal.

My Laptop with Synced Firefox crashed and i had to do a fresh install, how can i retrieve all the synced data from the Mozilla Servers

I had set up Firefox sync on my Windows 7 Laptop which crashed and I had to reinstall windows. I used to be able to share content with my Firefox synced Android too. Is there a way i can retrieve the synced data from the Mozilla servers? I tried to set up sync on my new installation on a Mac 10.6 but when i click on Set-up Sync it asks me:

# I already have a sync account
When i select the second option it tells me to Add a device. I went in the "Sync Options" and tried the replace all data on this computer with my sync data, but nothing happened. When i try to connect from my Android it also asks me to add a device with the 3 boxes with letters in them.
So in both the cases it is asking me to "Add a device" but i cannot connect to my sync account in either case to sync data from there

To retrieve the Maximum Date from the record

I am using the bleow query to retrieve the max date from the record list:
select w.wr_no,w.customer_id,w.place_id, w.entry_Date, max(app.appointment_date) as appointment_date
from work_request w , wr_appointment app
where w.wr_no=app.wr_no

and w.place_id = '1151667'
group by w.wr_no, w.customer_id,w.place_id, w.entry_Date;
However i am getting the as many as three rows even after using the max function. The max date comes as the last record out the three rows retrieved.

In fact you want to group only on the customer (and place_id?) and get all the information from the line with the last appointment date.
Analytic functions such as RANK or ROW_NUMBER are good for this.
The select can look like this.

FIrst you need to sort the data by customer (asc), place (asc) and appointment date (desc).
Then add a column in excel that give you the line where you have a new customer id.
Assuming this new column is column H and the customerid is in column A then the function in Cell H2 would look like this.
A function like ("=A2=A1"). Copy this formular to all the other H cells.
Then add a auto filter on it and only select all the rows where the result is FALSE.
Same logic as in SQL, but done in Excel.

I don't know where the German error message comes from. The whole system is English. Translation is: "ASA error -192: primary key for table 'PhysicalElement' isn't distinct'

Well known issue in LMS 2.6. Most likely you are hitting CSCsm97530. As a temporary solution you could remove and re-add problematic device from CS. To get a permanent fix you need a patch (provided by TAC).

The program should run for the values in the variant in schedule job run;
Can I do this using SAP variants (for Report Program) and schedule the job.

"Could not get the audio data from the file" error

Hi
I get a lot of "Could not get the audio data from the file" errors when opening a project. Sometimes they crash Premiere Pro CC 7.01 (Mac). But if not Premiere works as usual, with the audio.
I tried to convert the audio files (coming from Audition) from 32 to 16 bit. It worked while opening a project once, but not the following times.
Where can it come from ?
Edit: I also get this error when importing audio: "Error: Premiere Pro version 7.0 is not compatible with the Premiere Pro Plug-in version 5.7.4". Maybe it is connected.

Got it! It was the Smartsound plugin making trouble. Got rid of it and no more errors.

They are definately supported. However such issues are usually due to device packages, if unavailable or not installed.
Please do following :
1. Check Admin > software centre > device updates and check any devices packages available in Cisco.com and install it and recheck.
2. Please do a snmpwalk on problematic device on sysObjectID and share result. Following is the way to do snmpwalk :
GUI - Open the device in Device Centre (Inventory > Tools > Device Center) and open the device with IP and from tools select snmpwalk and do it for sysObjectID (1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2)
CLI : CD to NMSROOT/objects/jt/bin from command prompt. run command as per following syntax:
snmpwalk -v2c -c <snmp_community_string> 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2
Example :
community string = test123
IP = 10.1.1.1
snmpwalk -v2c -c test123 10.1.1.1 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2
3. Please check your device package, by clicking on the number of packages in front of Inventory, conifg and image management from :
Admin > System > Software Center > Device Update
Also, check device identity under edit identity option from :
Inventory > Device Administration > Add / Import / Manage Devices

Issue while replicating the Master data from R/3 Backend to SRM

Hi experts,
I am supposed to do replication of master data from ECC 6.0 R/3 to SRM System.
I have issue at T- Code: R3AS.
For Initial Load of objets :
1) DNL_CUST_BASIS3
2) DNL_CUST_PROD0
3) DNL_CUST_PROD1
I am getting following error. :
 The following Errors/Warnings occured. Do you want to continue?
 DNL_CUST_BASIS3: No active entry in Table SMOFSUBTAB. Read OSS note 339787
 DNL_CUST_BASIS3: No active entry in Table SMOFSUBTAB. Read OSS note 339787
 DNL_CUST_BASIS3: Object will not be loaded
for all the objects we re geting the same error.
In OSS Note 339787 :
Reason and Prerequisites
You attempt to start the initial load of the R/3 adapter for an object for which no function module for processing data from the OLTP is entered in the SMOFSUBTAB table. This means that the data would be ignored if the initial load could be started.
Another cause for the output of this error message is the inconsistent maintenance of the OBJCLASS field in the SMOFOBJECT and SMOFSUBTAB tables.
Solution
Enter a processing module in the SMOFSUBTAB table or set the object to 'Inactive', so that no initial load is carried out for it. The change can occur using the maintenance Transactions R3AC5 or R3AC3.
If you want the object class to be communicated, change the OBJCLASS field in table SMOFOBJECT so that the contents correspond to the OBJCLASS field in the SMOFSUBTAB table for the object.
While checking the table entries, object
DNL_CUST_BASIS3, DNL_CUST_PROD0 and DNL_CUST_PROD1 are not there.
Table SMOFSUBTAB can not be maintained in SM30. how to maintain these entries in Table SMOFSUBTAB.
Can any one help me in this regards.
