Export using caption field as filename

Is it possible to use custom data in the caption field for filename on export with Aperture 3.3?
e.g      filename - dsc_445
         caption field - jason
eported filename = jason.jpg
Thanks in Advance for your reply
J.

Not possible in Aperture as it is.
It might be possible to do this using an Applescript to access the caption information and then do the export but I'm not sure. I'd have to check out the Aperture/Applescript interface to be sure.

  • Lightroom 4.1: Publishing Service Flickr plugin; Using HTML in Caption field

    All,
    After hours of troubleshooting I have narrowed down a problem with an error message I’m getting when I try to export from Lightroom 4.1 using the Flickr Publishing service. The error msg is:
    Can't update this collection
    Could not contact the Flickr web service. Please check your Internet connection
    I have narrowed down the problem to my attempt to add basic HTML tags to the Caption (Description) Field of the Meta Data. This has worked perfectly well in all versions of Lightroom 3.6 and below (I didn’t try this type of export using Lightroom 4.0). I have also noticed that a simple page break, such as below, will also throw the same error:
    “Lorem ipsum @evansante.com dolor sit amet, consectetuer
    adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna aliquam erat veniam, quis nostrud exerci t”
    Flickr will recognize URL in simple text and format them properly so:
    “Lorem ipsum http://www.myurl.com dolor sit amet, consectetuer “
    Will work.
    Does anyone know of a work around that will allow including page breaks or HTML??? Thanks in advance - CES

    This bug, in a related way, has been noted by several users some time ago …
    http://forums.adobe.com/thread/999503?tstart=30
    and was reported as a bug a month ago during the release candidate period …
    http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/lightroom_4_1_rc2_a_cr_or_lf_n_the_m iddle_of_a_caption_causes_failure_to_connect_to_flickr
    Although the above mentioned bug is raised specifically in relation to “Breaks” in the caption text I believe it may be symptomatic of either generically poor XML information encoding by LR when talking to Flickr or poor / incorrect use of Flickr Api’s which cannot cope with trivial complexity in the caption field.
    – in either case it needs fixing with some priority in my opinion, but possibly the philosophy of the on-going Flickr plugin support needs fixing too.
    The LR Flickr publishing service has not been maintained very well in my opinion even when fixes may sometimes be trivial.     Perhaps Adobe would do well to employ or contract with JF for such plugins in future.    I use the excellent SmugMug plugin as the yardstick by which I measure the Flickr plugin.
    A fix should also be treated as priority because the LR error message takes aim at the reliability of your internet connection which may cause some to erroneously try to chase down non-existent problems with a perfectly good infra-structure or OS / Firewall configuration – that is seriously bad advice for a caption related LR bug and has scope to seriously compound the problem for the user!
    Adobe, you have a responsibility to fix this before people mess with their reliable setups.
    Sorry, I am not aware of any work rounds to your problem with this and suspect it may be a windows only problem (please confirm if not).
    Although not entirely exactly as per your problem (I believe it is generically the same) you may wish to add your vote to the above mentioned problem report or raise a new one.

    i paid for exportpdf and every time i try to use tool on pdf, it asks me to subscribe. i have to log into website EVERY time. not acceptable. Some forms can't be saved so having to log in and only use webtool to upload a saved pdf won't work.
    as well, how can i export only form fields that were filled in if I can get pdf to save to computer?

    Hi kstine,
    I can see why that would be frustrating! Have you tried selecting Stayed Signed In underneath the Adobe ID and Password boxes when you try to log in?
    What did you use to create the PDF form? If you used FormsCentral, form data is saved to your online FormsCentral account. If you have Acrobat, you can export form data as described  here: Adobe Acrobat X Pro * Manage form data files

  • LR 2 - special character in caption field

    I'm using LR 2.6 and a custom template to generate a flash gallery.
    The problem is my language which is Norwegian and contains characters like æøå and these behave strange when creating a web gallery.
    In the library the caption field looks ok, but when exported to web, they make an extra whitespace and that's annoying.
    I've looked into the xml file and can't see any whitespace there, so probably the problem appears when the swf file is created.
    How do I control the output in the caption field when using special characters?
    I've tried to change the encoding in the group.xml file, but it doesn't help. Also tried using entities for the characters such as å and å, it didn't help either.

    Hi
    Refer this link
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/office/en-US/6e7a7eae-26fc-467f-bfdc-7c5d5ff49a95/discussion-forum-storing-special-character-in-title-differently?forum=sharepointdevelopmentlegacy
    It seems that SharePoint will allow the Title of the discussion board to remain with the special characters, but the actual URL will not be allowed and will strip them from the final URL.  SharePoint Manager easily shows this, btw.
    So, there are probably many different ways to get what you are looking for, but one way could be to have a Linq query look for all Discussion Boards on a given site and then return the Title and the DefaultViewUrl, which the latter could then be prefixed by
    the SPWeb.Url to give you something like "Testing? , /" for the title and http://mysite/Lists/Testing/AllItems.aspx (assuming
    that is the actual default view) which you could then use as the final URL for your hyperlink in your web part.
    In the code snippet below you can see the Linq query (which I assumed from your post that you need to query to find the Discussion Boards) and a simple DataTable that you could then use to populate a repeater or you just omit the DataTable and
    enumerate the results from the query yourself:
    var linqResults
    = from list in oSPWeb.Lists.Cast<SPList>() where list.BaseTemplate
    == SPListTemplateType.DiscussionBoardselect list;
    DataTable oDataTable
    = new DataTable();
    DataColumn oDataColumn_Title
    = new DataColumn("Title", typeof(string));
    oDataTable.Columns.Add(oDataColumn_Title);
    DataColumn oDataColumn_URL
    = new DataColumn("URL", typeof(string));
    oDataTable.Columns.Add(oDataColumn_URL);
    foreach (SPList oSPList in linqResults)
    DataRow oDataRow
    = oDataTable.NewRow();
    oDataRow[
    "Title"]
    = oSPList.Title.ToString();
    oDataRow[
    "URL"]
    = oSPWeb.Url + oSPList.DefaultViewUrl.ToString();
    oDataTable.Rows.Add(oDataRow);
    oDataTable.AcceptChanges();

  • Text caption in hidden not exported (export /project captions and closed captions)

    If you have in your demonstration text caption (ballooons) in
    hidden , if you export the project caption to word it's not in
    there...
    I use to set some text captions to hidden to ease my life on
    slides that contain lots of ballons (and some over other ones) ,
    when I export the flash animation, everything is fine , all is in
    there (including the "hidden text") .
    The trouble is that if i export the "project caption and
    closed caption" to Word , the text of captions in hidden is not in
    there . (I'm not talking about exporting handsout where you have an
    option to export as well hidden slides.)
    Exept if I'm wrong, I have not founded any option to manage
    the fact to export hidden caption as well (or set all hidden
    caption of the demonstration to "not hidden") .
    It is really a problem , especially if you have done lots of
    movie that needs translation, you have sent the "exported caption"
    to the translation service and now you realise that some parts are
    missing .... ;(

    Hi There,
    When you export the doc file as Project Caption and Closed Caption. if you change the fonts and style in Doc file and the reimported it in Captivate. It will accept those changes and you can see those changes in Captivate with the same fonts settings.
    Thanks

  • ALV report using the field catalog

    which is the quickest way to generate an ALV report using the field catalog merge.  without needing to build the field catalog manually .
    is it easier to create a structure and passe it in the field catalog merge .  if yes can i have an example plzzzz

    hI
    Supports the creation of the field catalog for the ALV function modules
    based either on a structure or table defined in the ABAP Data
    Dictionary, or a program-internal table.
    The program-internal table must either be in a TOP Include or its
    Include must be specified explicitly in the interface.
    The variant based on a program-internal table should only be used for
    rapid prototyping since the following restrictions apply:
    o Performance is affected since the code of the table definition must
    always be read and interpreted at runtime.
    o Dictionary references are only considered if the keywords LIKE or
    INCLUDE STRUCTURE (not TYPE) are used.
    If the field catalog contains more than 90 fields, the first 90 fields
    are output in the list by default whereas the remaining fields are only
    available in the field selection.
    If the field catalog is passed with values, they are merged with the
    'automatically' found information.
    Below is an example ABAP program which will populate a simple internal table(it_ekpo) with data and
    display it using the basic ALV grid functionality(including column total). The example details the main
    sections of coding required to implement the ALV grid functionality:

  • [Forum FAQ] How to use multiple field terminators in BULK INSERT or BCP command line

    Introduction
    Some people want to know if we can have multiple field terminators in BULK INSERT or BCP commands, and how to implement multiple field terminators in BULK INSERT or BCP commands.
    Solution
    For character data fields, optional terminating characters allow you to mark the end of each field in a data file with a field terminator, as well as the end of each row with a row terminator. If a terminator character occurs within the data, it is interpreted
    as a terminator, not as data, and the data after that character is interpreted and belongs to the next field or record. I have done a test, if you use BULK INSERT or BCP commands and set the multiple field terminators, you can refer to the following command.
    In Windows command line,
    bcp <Databasename.schema.tablename> out “<path>” –c –t –r –T
    For example, you can export data from the Department table with bcp command and use the comma and colon (,:) as one field terminator.
    bcp AdventureWorks.HumanResources.Department out C:\myDepartment.txt -c -t ,: -r \n –T
    The txt file as follows:
    However, if you want to bcp by using multiple field terminators the same as the following command, which will still use the last terminator defined by default.
    bcp AdventureWorks.HumanResources.Department in C:\myDepartment.txt -c -t , -r \n -t: –T
    The txt file as follows:
    When multiple field terminators means multiple fields, you use the below comma separated format,
    column1,,column2,,,column3
    In this occasion, you only separate 3 fields (column1, column2 and column3). In fact, after testing, there will be 6 fields here. That is the significance of a field terminator (comma in this case).
    Meanwhile, using BULK INSERT to import the data of the data file into the SQL table, if you specify terminator for BULK import, you can only set multiple characters as one terminator in the BULK INSERT statement.
    USE <testdatabase>;
    GO
    BULK INSERT <your table> FROM ‘<Path>’
     WITH (
    DATAFILETYPE = ' char/native/ widechar /widenative',
     FIELDTERMINATOR = ' field_terminator',
    For example, using BULK INSERT to import the data of C:\myDepartment.txt data file into the DepartmentTest table, the field terminator (,:) must be declared in the statement.
    In SQL Server Management Studio Query Editor:
    BULK INSERT AdventureWorks.HumanResources.DepartmentTest FROM ‘C:\myDepartment.txt’
     WITH (
    DATAFILETYPE = ‘char',
    FIELDTERMINATOR = ‘,:’,
    The new table contains like as follows:
    We could not declare multiple field terminators (, and :) in the Query statement,  as the following format, a duplicate error will occur.
    In SQL Server Management Studio Query Editor:
    BULK INSERT AdventureWorks.HumanResources.DepartmentTest FROM ‘C:\myDepartment.txt’
     WITH (
    DATAFILETYPE = ‘char',
    FIELDTERMINATOR = ‘,’,
    FIELDTERMINATOR = ‘:’
    However, if you want to use a data file with fewer or more fields, we can implement via setting extra field length to 0 for fewer fields or omitting or skipping more fields during the bulk copy procedure.

    Thanks,
    Is this a supported scenario, or does it use unsupported features?
    For example, can we call exec [ReportServer].dbo.AddEvent @EventType='TimedSubscription', @EventData='b64ce7ec-d598-45cd-bbc2-ea202e0c129d'
    in a supported way?

    No, my file name is mainContent.oam

    This error happens when I try to import into Dreamweaver. Sorry, I wasn't clear on that earlier.
    I thought maybe it was because I had saved my image as a png. So re-saved as a svg, still get the error.
    DO I have a setting is Dreamweaver CC that is wrong? Should I try this in Dreamweaver CS6? I might try that next.
    Why is this program so difficult? I know Flash. I know After Effects. I can work the timeline part just great. It's always in the export that I have problems.

  • Exporting Text captions - Non MS word possibility

    Captivate 8.0.1.242 - Windows 7 - 64 bit - swf format.
    Is there a possibility to export text captions with the need of having MS word in my computer?
    Frankly, I hate MS word and I always stick to LaTeX. Hence, I do not have MS word in my computer. But I would still like the possibility of exporting the text captions in Captivate file to a doc file such as Libre Office so I can send it people who prefer using Word it to translate content.
    Also I really prefer not getting a licensed version of MS word which I'll never use, just to do this exporting possibility.

    Ok. I did export it in XML and opened it in Notepad. Kinda got scared and scarred by it.
    But I opened it in the browser and it was ok. But still the content was not in 2 columns and so on. So is that expected from XML file? I have to manually create the 2 columns like the way captivate does it while exporting to word?

  • Variable weblinks in Flash web gallery title & caption fields

    I know that one can put a fixed URL as custom text into a LR flash web gallery title or caption fields and simply click on that field in a gallery and go to that website. However, that URL is fixed and shows up for all images in the gallery. I would like the ability to have that URL vary by image. That is, I want to be able to setup custom text for a title or caption gallery field that inserts an image's certain metadata value(s) within a URL string. E.g., be able to enter for these LR Flash web gallery fields custom text of the form:
    #A href="{title}">click here for foobar#click here for foobar#/A#
    where "#" = enclosing html brackets
    and where {title} is an image's LR title metadata (e.g., "http://www.foobar.com")
    Left clicking on such a custom field should take the browser to webpage whose URL is held in the current image's title metadata.
    This almost works now (LR v1.4) ... Such a custom text title displays correctly (i.e., just an underlined "click here for foobar"). And if I right click on it and choose "copy link", the correct URL from that image's metadata is in fact there. Unfortunately a left click just doesn't take the browser there.
    This capability would be useful for providing image info which either won't fit (e.g., extended caption info) or is technically not easy to place (e.g., a dynamic *.mov pano view) on an image's web gallery page.

    Just a comment about the web link in general -- Make sure your URL link actually works in the live /internet world. I have found that it doesn't. It looks great on your computer but when you actually build the web gallery, the link doesn't go anywhere.

    I have a Nikon D100 Camera and am still using Nikon View 6.0.0.  I have thousands of pictures shot with this camera.  I have always filled out certain fields in Nikon View's IPTC.  I did misinterpret a Nikon Transfer Option long ago.  ("Nikon Transfer" is for transferring the digital photos from camera to computer.  The term "Shooting Data is their term for EXIF data, I guess.  Like Shutterspeed, Focal Length etc...)  I mistakenly checked the box that said, 'Copy Shooting Data to the IPTC Caption field.  At the time I didn't quite understand this and thought it meant if you checked this box you would have all the Shooting Data Available to be read by other programs in the future.  (The only way it would be available.) I don't think this is the case now because I transferred a new photo to my computer without this box being checked and I still got all the Shooting Data in Nikon View's window, I just didn't get it in the IPTC box.  The Shooting EXIF Data is still inside the photo's file (or in a sidecar). without it turning up in the IPTC box. Yes?
    I've downloaded a tiny free program, for now, that that reads and displays digital photo metadata.  Everything works fine.  My keywords come through in the program's keyword field and my file names.   The only thing is that when I call up the Caption field in this little program it first brings up the text that I originally entered in Nikon Views IPTC, like it should.  But then directly after that I get[#Beginning of Shooting Data Section]ONikon D100OFocal Length:.......ect. ect...listing all of the shooting data, then[#End of Shooting Data Section].  All of this is listed after my caption text!  I just wanted what I entered in the IPTC as a caption!  Not the shooting data!
    All of the Shooting Data is fused with the Caption that I originally entered in the IPTC!   Because
    I originally checked that Transfer Options Box.  I've asked another person if you could somehow separate the Caption from the Shooting Data by computer language?  He didn't know as yet.  He said, "Try and separate it in Nikon View."  I did.
    My questions are:  I have some thousands of photos now with all the Shooting Data as part of the Caption.  When I import these photos into Lightroom and Lightroom's  Metadata Panel automatically fills in with the photos metadata information, will the Caption field be the Caption and Shooting Data together?  Will my EXIF Shooting Data turn up under the right EXIF field in Lightroom's Metadata Panel?  Should I not use the Lightroom IPTC Metadata Panel and use another?  If the Shooting Data is still part of the Caption in Lightroom,because there is so much of it, will it just run out of space and run out the end of the box?  Is there a way to separate my  Caption from the Shooting Data so Lightroom will not include the Shooting Data in Lightroom's Metadata Panel under Caption?  I have been studying from a Lightroom 2 book.  I am not acquainted with Lightroom 4.  But I will be buying Lightroom 4.
    Thank You so much for any information on this,
    Thank You
    Sandy

    Sandy,
    I suspect that you'll have the same problems in Lightroom. It sounds like Nikon View has put that shooting data where you don't want it.
    In any case, you can download a 30-day free trial of LR 4.1 and import a few of the problematic images and see how their metadata looks in Lightroom. It won't cost you anything, not even time if you decide to buy. And if you do buy the program, you can just enter the serial number in the trial version, and it will no longer expire.

  • Serious Bug - Carriage Returns in Caption field

    LR for Windows does not handle Carriage Returns/Line Feeds correctly in the metadata Caption field.
    Windows Vista SP1, 32-bit
    Adobe Lightroom 2.4
    Library Module, Grid View
    Initial settings:
    LR Menu bar > Edit > Catalog Settings... > Metadata tab > Editing
    uncheck Offer suggestions from recently entered values
    uncheck Automatically write changes into XMP
    LR Menu bar > View > View options... > Grid View tab > Cell Icons
    check Unsaved Metadata
    Metadata panel: choose the Default Metadata Set.
    Import a JPG file into LR which contains no IPTC metadata.
    LR Menu bar > File > Import Photos from disk... > Choose the JPG file
    In the Import Photos dialog box, Information to Apply:
    Develop Settings: None
    Metadata: None
    Keywords: None
    Click Import.
    Click thumbnail of the JPG file which was Imported.
    In the Metadata panel click Caption field.
    Type "Word1" in the Caption field and press Return/Enter key.
    The Caption field loses focus.
    The Caption field should not lose focus when the Return/Enter key is pressed.
    Click the Caption field and press the Delete key to remove "Word1" from the field.
    In the Caption field type "Word1" and press Ctrl+Return/Enter key.
    As expected, the cursor moves to the line below "Word1" and the Caption field remains in focus.
    Type "Word2" and press Ctrl+Return/Enter key.
    As expected, the cursor moves to the line below "Word2" and the Caption field remains in focus.
    Click the JPG thumbnail and notice a down-arrow icon appears on the thumbnail indicating that the metadata for this JPG has been changed in the LR catalog and that it does not match the IPTC metadata that is embedded in the JPG file on the hard disk. Also notice in the Metadata panel, Metadata Status is "Has been changed".
    Click the down-arrow on the JPG thumbnail.
    See the dialog box that pops up saying "The metadata for this photo has been changed in Lightroom. Save the changes to disk?"
    Click Save.
    Notice on the JPG thumbnail, the down-arrow icon remains visible and does not disappear as it should if the JPG's metadata in the LR catalog and the metadata embedded in the JPG file on the hard disk were the same.
    Also notice in the Metadata panel, Metadata Status is "Has been changed".
    Click LR Menu bar > Edit > Catalog Settings... > Metadata tab > Editing
    check Automatically write changes into XMP
    Click OK.
    Notice on the JPG thumbnail, the down-arrow icon blinks rapidly. Also notice in the Metadata panel that "Metadata Status: Has been changed" blinks rapidly.
    Click LR Menu bar > Edit > Catalog Settings... > Metadata tab > Editing
    uncheck Automatically write changes into XMP
    Notice the blinking stops.
    Using a program that properly handles Carriage Returns/Line Feeds in IPTC metadata, such as Photo Mechanic 4.5, edit the metadata of another JPG file by typing "Word1", pressing the Return/Enter key, and typing "Word2" in the Caption field.
    Import that JPG into LR.
    LR Menu bar > File > Import Photos from disk... > Choose the JPG file
    In the Import Photos dialog box, Information to Apply:
    Develop Settings: None
    Metadata: None
    Keywords: None
    Click Import.
    Click the JPG thumbnail in LR Library Module.
    Notice in the Metadata panel, "Word1Word2" appears in the Caption field, in both the Default Metadata Set and the Large Caption Metadata Set. The CR/LF has been stripped away.
    CR/LFs typed into or pasted into the Large Caption set, also result in the persistence of the down-arrow icon even after metadata is saved to disk. And, if the Automatically write changes into XMP option is checked, the down-arrow icon blinks rapidly. And, if you view the Default set, notice Metadata Status: "Has been changed" blinks rapidly.
    When metadata is saved to disk, the down-arrow icon should disappear from the thumbnail, and in the Metadata panel, Metadata Status should read "Up to date". I would guess the blinking behavior indicates LR is stuck in some kind of loop - it is trying to save the metadata to disk and verify that it has been saved, but it keeps going round in a vicious circle. I also notice there is increased hard drive activity during the blinking behavior.

    Here is a related problem (using Lightroom 3.3, Windows).  When I import photos that have the IPTC caption field created in another program (ThumbsPlus, or IrfanView), carriage returns in the original do not show up in Lightroom.  Does anyone know why, or what to do about it?  I'd like to import lots of photos with existing captions, and some have carriage returns I would like to retain.
    For me, adding a carriage return to the Caption metadata within Lightroom works fine.  In the Library view, using the right panel, I can enter a carriage return using Ctrl+Enter in the Metadata > Default view or in the Metadata > IPTC view.  I can enter a carriage return directly with the Enter key (no Ctrl required) in the Metadata > Large Caption view.  After these entries are saved to the file, they show up correctly in other programs (IrfanView > Image > Properties > IPTC Info)

  • Exporting using Quicktime in imovie

    In iMovie, when trying to export project to make a Quicktime mov, I get an error message saying it doesn't find the imovie event. I've been storing it (and the clips) on an external drive. When I moved it to the main HD, it still can't find it. Do I need Quicktime Pro?... I'm just using the version 7 supplied with the iMac.

    In iMovie, when trying to export project to make a Quicktime mov, I get an error message saying it doesn't find the imovie event. I've been storing it (and the clips) on an external drive. When I moved it to the main HD, it still can't find it.
    To review the basics... iMovie '08 maintains its own resource database. This is likely needed due to the manner in which it names files during importation. While making "Finder" level changes to the name or location of you resources is immediately reflecting in the hard drive table of contents, such changes do not update iMovie's own internal database and iMovie '08 will no longer "see" them. Where the entire structure is moved manually and all data is left in tact, recovery may be as simple as just "pointing" the iMovie '08 "Event" window at the appropriate hard drive. Other changes, such as changing a filename in the folder may not so easily corrected.
    Since you indicate you chose the external drive for the storage location during the import process and made no mention of your "Events" not being visible in this window, as well as, not being available for editing, I would normally assume the internal "database" is not corrupted. In addition, since you stated in your previous posting that the pre-set export option worked correctly, I would tend to suspect your problem is in the "Export Using QuickTime" module itself or in the location/disposition of your "project" resources. You could, for instance, have a bad/corrupted install of the iMovie '08 software or attempted to change something in the "Project" package itself which may be a required parameter for communication by the "Export Using QT" module. These are just initial "guesses" on my part.
    Do I need Quicktime Pro?... I'm just using the version 7 supplied with the iMac.
    You shouldn't. iLife '08 has its own access to the QT "structures" embedded in the Mac OS and, while nowhere as extensive as the capabilities of QT Pro, do allow for many conversion work flows. You could, for instance, open a file previously shared to the "Media Browser" or exported to your hard drive using the "Export Movie" preset option in GarageBand and see it you can convert it to another QT compression format. If you can, it would tend to support the idea that your problem is limited to the single iMovie '08 export module and not the location of your resource files.

  • How to export "Managed by" field of Distribution and Security groups and import with new values? (Exchange 2010, AD 2003)

    My Active Directory environment is 2003 functional level and we have Exchange 2010.
    I am trying to find out the best way to do a mass edit for the "Managed by" values of our security and distribution groups.
    I know we can export the "managed by" field by csvde but I am not sure this is the correct way to do it. Also in the case that there are multiple users assigned to be managing a distribution group it only shows one value. Also powershell from Exchange
    2010 can be used with "get-distribution" but as our AD environment is 2003 is this correct also?
    Finally once the data is exported to csv can it be edited to then reimport and udpate the existing group managed by fields with new values?
    Not really sure that the best way to go about this is.
    Summary - We have 2003 AD with Exchange 2010 and I am trying to export a list of all our Distribution/Security groups showing the group name and managedby values so we can edit and update the
    existing managedby values with new ones. In some cases we have multiple users as the owners.
    Appreciate any advice on how this can be best achieved. Thank you.

    Hi,
    We can use the following command in Exchange 2010 to export "Managed by" field of Distribution and Security groups:
    Get-DistributionGroup | Select-object Name,@{label="ManagedBy";expression={[string]::join(“;”,$_.managedby)}},Primarysmtpaddress | Export-Csv
    C:\export.csv
    After you changed the Managed by field in export.csv and saved it as a new file named import.csv, we can run the following command to set with new value:
    Import-Csv C:\import.csv | Foreach-Object{ Set-DistributionGroup –Identity $_.Name –ManagedBy $_.ManagedBy}
    Hope it works.
