Exportar listado de Marcadores a word o rtf

Hola

Saludos!

  • Unable to combine microcsoft word or rtf files when creating a .pdf

    We cannot add microsoft word or .rtf files when trying to combine them into a single .pdf file..
    When you click on Add files..the word or .rtf files are greyed out and you
    cannot select them..
    We are using Mountain Lion OS (ltatest version) and adobe acrobat version 10.1.5

    Before Acrobat XI, it was only possible in Windows, not on a Macintosh.

    "In previous versions of Acrobat, Mac users were stymied when you wanted to open a Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or Excel file into Acrobat to convert it to PDF, or to include these files when combining documents together. Now, if you have Microsoft Office installed on your Mac, you can include these files. (There are still no PDF Maker plug-ins installed on the Mac, and hyperlink and bookmark export from Word is not yet supported.)"

  • Placing Microsoft Word 7 RTF files in PageMaker 6.0 document

    I am a weekly newspaper editor. For years I have written my articles on a PC at home using Microsoft Word 2000, saved them to disc as RTF files, transferred the RTF files to our Mac (running OS 9.2.2) at work, and placed them into PageMaker 6.0 documents with no problems.
    I now have a new PC at home running Microsoft Office Word 7. When I attempt to place the RTF files produced by Microsoft Word 7 into a PageMaker 6.0 document at work (on the Mac running OS 9.2.2) I get the following error messages: RTF import syntax warning: Unrecognized character set, mac character set used. When I click OK the same message repeats. When I click OK a second time I get a different message:
    RTF import syntax warning, unrecognized token.
    Is there anything I can do to get these Word 7 RTF files to work with our old Macs?
    I forgot to inform you my new PC operating system at home is Windows Vista Home Premium.
    --Roger W. Bonham

    You might be able to save your word file as a Macintosh word 6 file or Word 97/98 file. That should help. You might, like Buko suggests, upgrade to PageMaker 6.5 and then get the free upgrade to 6.5.2.
    It might also work to save your word file as a text only file.
    Upgrading your PageMaker should get rid of your Word woes, but beware of recent Word apps, which have no support from PageMaker.

  • Export PDF to word or rtf fails due to "too long or complex"

    I am trying to convert a 190 pg PDF to Word or RTF. Failure message is "file is too long or complex"

    Two examples:
    1. concatenating the last word of every single line with the first word of the following line resulting in a very large number of "misspellings." Yeah, I could go through the entire 140 page document and fix all the misspellings, and then repeat for all 100+ documents. Yeah, ...no.
    2. Splitting lines and using a different format (font type, size) on the two parts of the split line. Among other problems, this breaks chapter titles, and runs things together that shouldn't be.
    This is hardly the full set, but they do fairly represent examples of where one might expect the possibility that Acrobat would get it right. Similarly, these give some feel as to the order of magnitude of the problem: 30 to 50 errors per page.
    In point of fact, I don't really want it to look exactly the same. The plan is to load these into my library for indexing, linking, and the like. I want the library tool to be able to reformat on the fly with changes in window size, etc.

  • Word document .rtf viewing

    Before you get lost in my post, please remember this.  I simply want to know how to view .rtf word document files from my mac products.  It's vital.  So there you go, please don't get upset at me because of my love/hate relationship with mac products.....
    I like my apple products in general, but sometimes it seems as if the apple programmers are so stubborn and are not sympathetic to the actual end user.  There seems to be an unnecessary PC vs Mac mindset.  There needs to be a customer mindset.
    People like me have problems seeing certain .rtf word documents that are created at work with a PC, emailed out to the emplyees, and then only those that use non-apple smartphones and computers are able to actually see the original / very important word document.  I (a mac user) am one of those people who gets ostracized because I use an iPhone and Macbook Pro.  Case in point:
    My work prints out the next days schedule in a .rtf word document format.  It's usually an attachment.
    When I try to view it with the iPhone (the worlds most popular "smart" phone), it can't see this common and very popular file type used by businesses and government employees.  It says "An error occured while reading the document".  Wonderful...I guess I have to call my buddy with a blackberry.
    When I try to view the common file with my $1,200 MacBook Pro, it doesn't know how to open up this .rtf file by default.  I have to select "Open it with: Preview, or Text Edit".  Then, a useless downloads box remains up after the computer has finished downloading...and then it sends the file to an inconvinient destination...somewhere that I have to then go on a hunt for by using the "today" option in finder.  I use the word "useless" because these download windows are always empty and instead of being useful (by actually containing the file that I just clicked to open), it then requires you to go for a time wasting/frustrating hunt.  How hard would that be?  Actually making the experience user friendly?  You tell the computer to download a file, it downloads it, and then shows the file to you in that window? Preposterous!  (sorry, I'm not trying to sound pompous...I'm just frustrated)
    Anyway, sometimes the computer will attempt to translate it (a schedule with peoples names, times, and it's contained within boxes that resemble an excel spreadsheet), but everything winds up all messed up and jumbled.  Instead of reading the .rtf word file...macs resort to a lackluster attempt to translate it for you.
    Maybe I am not seeing things correctly.  I don't know.  I'm just a common man.  I do know this though.  The programmers need to listen to the people and not be different just for the sake of being different.
    How do I get my iphone and macbook to open up a .rtf file as soon as I select it??? I want it to behave like a PC does with respect to being user friendly and logical.  (I don't want to have to save it on a thumbdrive, go to a second computer while jumping on one leg, upload the file, brew a cup of coffee while I wait, translate it, and then send it back to my iphone so that I can view it....I'm only partly joking here)
    Thanks for the help in advance.

    I believe you should be able to view and edit RTF documents with Apple's free TextEdit. (RTF is simply "rich text format," which is used frequently by the Mac.) The first time you open a document in TextEdit, it will ask you if you want RTF  as your first choice.

  • Searching Words in .RTF documents

    I have a problem with the use of "contains" option within .rtf document.
    I have a table (note_tab) in which i put .rtf text:
    note_tab (id integer,note varchar2(250));
    with primary key on the column id.
    Then I have a context index on the column "note":
    CREATE INDEX note_idx ON note_tab(note) indextype IS ctxsys.context parameters ('FILTER CTXSYS.AUTO_FILTER');
    I inserted in the table some text with .rtf format.
    If I try to search some word with the "contains" option then it works.
    But I have a problem: if i search a word that is in the table but having different font types, font dimensions, colors etc... in itself , then the "contains" command doesn't work.
    For example if I look for the word "country" and this word is in the .rtf text (that I inserted in the table) but it is written like this "co[i]untry", then the "contains" command doesn't find it.
    If I do the same thing with an HTML document (instead of a rtf document) using a context index with the NULL_FILTER option, it works!
    So is there some option in the creation of the index to ensure the fact that, in .rtf documents, I can find also words with different fonts,dimensions etc.. within themselves?
    Thank you
    Massimo

    For example if I look for the word "country" and this
    word is in the .rtf text (that I inserted in the
    table) but it is written like this
    "co[i]untry", thenthe "contains" command doesn't find it.
    The AUTO_FILTER converts the RTF to HTML. This HTML contains the &lt;b> and &lt;i> tags to preserve the look and feel of the document. You are then implicitly invoking the HTML_SECTION_GROUP which strips out the HTML tags and replaces them with a space. So by the time the document reaches the lexer it looks like "c o un tr y". This is why your query does not match this document. The reason HTML_SECTION_GROUP replaces HTML tags with spaces is because a lot of times when people/programs use HTML tags they don't use space around them e.g. "...Oracle Text</TITLE><BODY>My sentence starts...". If HTML_SECTION_GROUP did not replace HTML tags with spaces then this document would like as follows by the time it arrives at the lexer: "...Oracle TextMy sentence starts...". This will cause the search for 'Text' to fail. The use of tag(s) within word, like in your example, is very rare. Are there certain HTML tags which should be replaced with an empty string instead of a space by HTML_SECTION_GROUP? I would like to hear what you and other members of the forum think.
    If I do the same thing with an HTML document (instead
    of a rtf document) using a context index with the
    NULL_FILTER option, it works!Unless I misunderstood your question I don't think that can work with your "country" example. Can you post your code?

  • Problem displaying Word 2002 RTF files in JEditorPane

    Hi all,
    I am having a problem displaying RTF files created in Word 2002/Office XP in a JEditorPane.
    Our code, which does the usual stuff:
    JEditorPane uiViewNarrativeEda = new JEditorPane();
    uiViewNarrativeEda.setContentType(new RTFEditorKit().getContentType());
    FileInputStream inDocument = new FileInputStream("c:/temp/testing.rtf"); uiViewNarrativeEda.read(inDocument, "");
    inDocument.close();
    works just FINE with RTF files created in Word 97, WordPad etc, but it seems that Word 2002 adds some tags to the RTF file that the RTFReader cannot handle.
    For example, I believe the following exception is due to the new \stylesheet section that Word 2002 adds to the RTF file:
    java.lang.NullPointerException:
         at javax.swing.text.rtf.RTFReader$StylesheetDestination$StyleDefiningDestination.close(RTFReader.java:924)
         at javax.swing.text.rtf.RTFReader.setRTFDestination(RTFReader.java:254)
         at javax.swing.text.rtf.RTFReader.handleKeyword(RTFReader.java:484)
         at javax.swing.text.rtf.RTFParser.write(RTFParser.java, Compiled Code)
         at javax.swing.text.rtf.AbstractFilter.readFromReader(AbstractFilter.java:111)
         at javax.swing.text.rtf.RTFEditorKit.read(RTFEditorKit.java:129)
         at javax.swing.text.JTextComponent.read(JTextComponent.java:1326)
         at javax.swing.JEditorPane.read(JEditorPane.java:387)
    Does anyone have similar problems or knows how I could get around this?
    I thought about writing a parser that replaces the \stylesheet section with one that works but that seems a lot of work and it does not always work (I tried that by copying and pasting...).
    Maybe I could replace the RTF converter that Word 2002 is using with another one - but how?

    Hello again,
    I found out that the 2002 version of MS Word writes a lot more of data into the file than e.g. Wordpad does.
    There is one section that causes the problem, its called "\stylesheet".
    My workaround (working in my case) is to wrap the input stream of the RTF document and remove this section (only in memory).
    See example implementation:

  • Open a word or RTF document with table doen't shown right

    I found some problem opening rtf or word documents with pages if they have a table
    Rtf doesn't import table
    Word has problem with merged cells

    I don't understand the point of your post.
    If you're trying to report a problem or "bug" with Pages, that is not the purpose of this user-to-user forum. You should leave feedback for the Pages team on this page.
    I've not had a problem opening Word files with tables in Pages. If you're saying Word can't handle tables with merged cells, then don't use merged cells in files you are going to export as Word. Word & Pages must handle merged table cells differently, as I know both can do that. As far as RTF, Pages can open & export as RTF. Again, if you are going to export as RTF, don't use tables. Neither of these is a fault of Pages, just limitations of the formats/programs.

  • Why when I convert pdf to word or rtf do some of the letters become characters? How do I fix that?

    I need help on how to fix this or my purchase is not worth it if I have to go in and type all of the words in myself

    Hi Didier1964,
    I was able to replicate the issue at my end.
    It seems to me that the issue is with the way the PDF has been created.
    It seems that the fonts are not embedded correctly.
    Please post your query in Acrobat forums for further support & troubleshooting the font issue as it might be a bug.

  • Having a problem converting a PDF document to Word, or RTF

    My Document appears to be images of scanned pages of a book. Document Properties say it was produced using PDF version 1.5; however, Tagged PDF attribute says NO! I have a feeling that images of pages cannot be converted. Would this be true?

    Oops, I think you have to scan an original document, or a book page, and change it to a PDF before you can apply OCR, or vice-versa. My source file is usually a PDF image file, like pictures of book pages, like Google Books. I don't think you can peel off image texts. I think once you have downloaded a PDF containing images of book pages, then you're stuck with increasing text size, and reading it directly. You can't COPY text images, then PASTE to a new document for Saving.

  • How can I get an RTF file to open properly in MS Word?

    I'm using Coldfusion 8 and trying get it to export to Microsoft Word an RTF file  that was also created in Word, and is stored on the server. The problem is that when Word opens from the browser, it displays the RTF code for the document as if I'd opened the file in a text editor. The extension is ".rtf", and I've tried using ".doc" and ".docx" but nothing works. And even though Word opens it with an rtf extension, if I do a "Save As", it wants to save the file as an .htm file. I've also tried changing the content-type to "application/msword" but this didn't work. Also if I use OpenOffice instead of MS Word it still doesn't work. My code is below, if anyone could tell me what I'm doing wrong it would be very appreciated.
    <cfset formFile = "test.rtf">
    <cfset pathToRTF =  GetDirectoryFromPath(GetCurrentTemplatePath()) & formFile />
        <!---<cfset rtfForm = FileRead(pathToRTF) />--->

  • Issues w/ notes when importing Word files; better as RTF?

    Hi,
    I've always had issues when importing Word files into InDesign CS4, and after just getting CS5 it seems that they haven't been eliminated. Since it looks as though I'm going to have to just deal with these issues (I have to accept Word files from a wide variety of sources, so I can't move to an InCopy workflow, unfortunately) I thought I'd ask for some advice.
    After reading some suggestions on this forum I began making sure to accept all tracked changes and then saving to a .docx file before importing. But I have still been having trouble with disappearing endnotes (ie all notes in the text up to a certain number just get lost, even though the references at the end of the text are complete); and often the first note (the reference, not just the number) appears in an anchored text box within the text. Disappearing note numbers are the most frustrating, because it's easy to miss until much later in the layout process. Is anyone else having these problems? In fact, in a few cases saving to .docx seems to -cause- more problems than it solves.
    In any case, it seems that saving as an RTF file can produce better results, but I'm a bit wary about doing this all the time in case information gets lost when moving to RTF, or in case there are problems that I just haven't noticed yet in importing RTF files.
    So, long story short, is there any reason I -shouldn't- save all my Word files as RTF files to avoid problems when importing them in InDesign?
    If anyone has other suggestions for steps to follow when importing Word files (besides dealing with tracked changes and saving as .docx or RTF) please feel free to mention those as well!

    I don't know much about your particular case (endnotes) so I can't offer much in the way of specific advice. I also don't know where your Word files are coming from, but for me the best workflow is when
    1) I make an ID template
    2) I export an RTF from that template
    3) People use those RTF templates in Word and fill 'em with text
    4) People send me Word-edited RTFs
    5) I place those RTFs
    It's useful to know what you will lose when going from DOC -> DOCX -> place in INDD
    or
    DOC -> RTF -> INDD
    but the only way to know for sure is to test with your content. Some things break when saving to RTF from Word, but I've found that those things are mostly Word-specific stuff that I wouldn't want in any file to be placed in ID. Text boxes, WordArt (faugh), other things that MS has spot-welded onto the side of their word processing app.

  • I cannot send a Pages document, Word format via email from my ipad if it has a picture in the the doc.  I can send a Word doc if it does not have a pic in it or pdf with a pic.  Any thoughs why a word doc with a pic in it won't email in Pages?  thanks

    I cannot send a Pages document, Word via email if the doc contains a picture.  If I email a Pages doc without a pic in Word format or pdf with a pic it with go through to sender?  Not sure why Pages won't send Word doc with a picture in it.  I check the security on the email recipient and the email doesn't get blocked or throw in the junk box?
    thanks,

    If you have upgraded to Mountain Lion, Save As… has returned to the File menu when you hold down the Option/alt key. But you don't really "save" as other file types, you translate & export as Word or RTF or text or PDF & that is easily done by going to File > Export or Share > Export.
    Also, please do us all a favor & don't use all capitals in your posts, either the body of the post or the title. All caps is the internet equivalent of shouting & is very hard to read.

  • Menu parameter and condition in rtf template

    Hello Guys,
    I have a problem with the .rtf xml condition for my
    menu parameter.
    <?sum(COUNT
    (../P_TIME_2 =2011)
    )?>
    the above does not work. I was wondering if a "IN" clause
    or something is needed but I dont know the syntax well.

    Hello AlexAnd,
    Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I cant post the XML here (I dont even know how to see the xml).
    Let me explain what I did so far:
    I just added a field using the BI publisher Word Plugin (.rtf).
    BI Publisher Tab - > ab¦Field - > select fied and "sum" as caluclation method in window and that popped up- > double click on field and look
    at the code.
    Now this code says
    <?sum(mySalaryCount)?>
    I want to sum up mySalaryCount from the database but only when the column for a specific row
    has the right year value.
    lets say the one that has the value 2011. So I extend to code.
    <?sum(mySalaryCount)
    (../menuParamter_selected_year =2011)
    ?>
    the problem is, the above does not work. it works for "normal" parameters but does not seem to work for
    menu parameters (as set in the bi publisher data model)
    I guess the menuparameter is a list/array and hence the = is not the right operator.
    *in my case a menu parameter
