Hi Walter,
In NACE transaction, select Application EF , then select your P.O Message ( standard is NEU ) .
Then in "processing routing" parts check that there is an entry for medium 5 ( external send ) , if not please set it with corresponding print program, from routine and forms to use .
Then in "Mail Title and Text" parts  you can define your mail title with variable and your mail body . Please find below a sample for this. To define the mail body just click on the icon for text ( it's like sapscript text ).
Mail Title : "Your P.O &EKKO-EBELN"
Mail Body : "Please find enclosed our P.O &EKKO-EBELN....."
That's all for NACE parts.
After this you have to define thru condition that the medium will be used for each P.O. For this check with functionnal consultant if everything is ok and the same that for medium 1.
Then when you create a P.O, SAP will generate a mail with supplier e-mail adress define in his masterdata . The forms will be converted according to your customizing in transaction SCOT ( node SMTP , Support address type parts) .
Of course you also have to define a job for sending the mail .
Hope this help you

Bertrand

  • SOAP with attachments, attachment streaming

    Hello all,
    We are currently in the process of designing an integration service that uses web services (SOAP) as the means of communication.
    There are very large binary attachments included with these SOAP messages. MTOM ja SAAJ are to be used (propably CXF).
    However, as these attachments are very large (100MB), I would like to stream the attachments "through" the integration server.
    Is this possible? Can I somehow stream the SOAP attachment from the source system directly into the target without saving it as a whole into the integrating server application?
    Thank you for all your help! All solution suggestions are apprechiated :-)

    Hi Aalap,
    In version 1 of WebLogic Workshop SOAP attachments are not supported.
    Attachments will be supported in the next version. If support for SOAP
    attachment is an important requirement for you application, you can use
    WebLogic Web Services which supports SOAP Attachments.
    Please refer to the following document for more information on this

    Hi,
    Does Workshop support SOAP with Attachments? I am writing a web servicewhich
    serves files (like MS-Word documents etc) to clients upon receiving theirrequest.
    So what are the various options for sending the file to the client?
    Please help.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Aalap Parikh.

  • I want to export my photos with the title and info attached

    I want to export my photos with the title and info attached but cannot seem to do it with this new os.

    Are you confusing Titles and Filenames by any chance?
    When you email you're sending a file. The email client sees the Filename. The title is in the Exif metadata of the file and the email app doesn't see this - neither will the Finder or filebrowser.
    You can export (as above) and opt to use the Title as Filename - it's there at the Filename section.

  • How Do I export photo's with the camera info attached?

    I'm trying to export some photo's to another photographer for some constructive feedback. Is there a way to include my camera info used on each shot, such as ISO, Aperture, Shutter speed, etc attached with the photos?

    A few notes:
    • Exposure settings are stored in the EXIF information which is stored in the image-format file.
    • Any file viewer should be able to show you the EXIF information.  You just have to know how to use the viewer.
    • As shown, in the OS X program "Preview" use "Tools ▹ Show Inspector" to see the EXIF
    • Your friend will have to know how to show the EXIF with the viewer s/he uses.
    • The OS X program "Preview" should not be confused with what in Aperture is called a "Preview".
    • Previews in Aperture are, in effect, large JPG-format thumbnails.  Their existence and size are set in Aperture Preferences.
    • Previews exported from Aperture _should_ contain the EXIF info.  (Sorry, I can't confirm this right now -- but it is easy to check.)
    • Files created  by exporting Images from Aperture contain the EXIF by default.
    • You can put the exposure settings _on_ the picture or on a border around the picture using the highly-regarded Aperture plug-in BorderFX.  I suggest doing this, saving the BorderFX preset, and re-using it for each Image you want to share with your friend.
    • Example:
    (Sorry -- will add later.  Forum software not allowing me to include a picture file.)

  • Want to Send smartform as pdf attachment with a Email to some mail id

    Hi ,
    I want to send a smartform as a PDF attachment with a mail to a mail id. And I can send a mail with the PDF attachment.
    But I am not able to open the PDF. It is throwing some error (Adobe reader could not open u2018fileu2019 because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example , it was sent as an email attachment and was not correctly decoded)).
    By debugging I come to know that the file which is generating is in some encoding format.
    Please help me regard this. This is very urgent.

  • Export attachments to Excel

    Is it possible to export an attachment (or an indicator of an attachment) to Excel, from a fillable form, using the "Merge Data Files Into Spreadsheet" option?  My fillable form PDF has two paperclip (attach file) documents inserted into it (as an example), and I would like the attachments, or reference of the attachments, to be noted in the resulting Excel file.
    Thanks so much for any help.

    Hi AdobeRookie11,
    Like you said you can save the attachment and then combined with the original file or make portfolio out of it.
    Regards,
    Ajlan Huda.

  • Export Simplified Image, with color markers

    Hi,
    I have a few graphs that i'd like in a report, they need to look neat and will get resized along the way. So i need to export them as vector based graphics (.eps or .emf), i have been using Export Simplified Image (Object Shortcut Menu -> Data Operations ->Export Simplified Image). For most plots this has worked fine.
    Problem comes when i make plot with just markers no lines, when i do the export the marker points are always black. I would like to show the differences between some data sets using colour not just marker shape. When i do the same plot but with lines and markers, then both the lines and markers come out in color. Exporting to .eps and and .emf has identical results.
    An example is attached, with the two plots (with lines and without). I am using LabView 8.0 on WinXP could it be a version thing? Anyone willing to test on other versions?
    Thanks
    Tim (LabRat1)

    Hi Topher,
    How are you doing this?  Are you going to right-click>>Export Simplified Image.  I have done this with the code attached on the forum above and this works fine for me using 8.6.1f1.  You could try installing the patch for 8.6.1 if you haven't already to ensure we are on the same version.  This is available at  http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/lang/en/id/1276 although it should not fix anything to do with this.  Does this also not work by using the property node as described in the KB at http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/5AE4ADCBB65A6D8F86256FBF007A1AC1?OpenDocument

    Hi,
    What ever text you are sending in the email, create a standard text for it using tcode SO10. In the program use the FM READ_TEXT to get the data into internal table which will be of length 132 char. If you want line widht of 255 chars convert using FM SX_TABLE_LINE_WIDTH_CHANGE as below,
    CALL FUNCTION 'SX_TABLE_LINE_WIDTH_CHANGE'
        EXPORTING
          line_width_dst              = '255'
        TABLES
          content_in                  =  it_data
          content_out                 = it_mess_att
        EXCEPTIONS
          err_line_width_src_too_long = 1
          err_line_width_dst_too_long = 2
          err_conv_failed             = 3
          OTHERS                      = 4.
    Use FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 to send email.
    Hope this will help you.
    regards,
    Tulasi.

  • Problem with PDF 1.3-Export: Photoshop-Files with transparency over InDesign colored objects

    Hello!
    I'm using InDesign CS6.
    I'v finished now a layout for a folder, and I put a photoshop-image with transparency over a InDesign-rectangle which I have filled with a cmyk-color in yellow.
    When I export a PDF with the Settings "PDF X-3:2002" (with PDF-Standard 1.3) the Photoshop-image shows uggley jagged edges at the border to the InDesign-colored background. However, the Photoshop-images which are over another bitmap-image (as background), this images don't show this annoying edges.
    When I export to PDF-Standard 1.4 the problem doesn't occor, however my printing-service requests PDF 1.3.
    I know, the workaround for this problem is, to replace the yellow background-color with an bitmap-file with the same color, but is there any other option to get a correct result without this more time-consuming image trick?
    I think it has to do with the transparency reduction which is necessary if using PDF 1.3. When I examine the PDF-File in Illustrator, this edges occurs mostly at the borders from the tiles in which the image is cut during the transparency reduction process. Although, if I open the rendered PDF in Photoshop this jagged edeges are visible, so it is definitly a render error.
    I would be glad if someone of you has a solution for this problem, in the attachment is an image which illustrate the problem.
    Best wishes

    Find another printer.
    End of problem. It really saddens me to think that these Luddites are
    still in business making no effort to move into the 21st century.

    Just copy the code below and execute . I just checked and found the exact values on attachment with no blank lines. This is more simple than the one u have written , just include ur data upload logic . For ITAB values to be attached i have written a simple logic to retrive from EKPO. Just copy this code and execute. u will understand then.
    I understand that ur initial requirement was to attach the file directly and not to upload and attach. If u still want to go for the old requirement then check out the code(2nd program of the two that i have sent) that i have sent u on ur previous post.

  • Convert XSTRING to PDF Format and Send it as an attachment with work-item

    I have an Adobe Form data available in the ECC system in XSTRING format. In one of my ABAP methods (used by a custom workflow task), i want to convert the XSTRING data in PDF format and send it as an attachment with a work-item. How best can this be done?
    Appreciate any ideas,
    Saurabh

    Hi Saurabh,
    if u want to download pdf which is in xstring format to u r local system

    call function 'SCMS_XSTRING_TO_BINARY'
    exporting
    buffer = XString data
    tables
    binary_tab = data_tab.
    cl_gui_frontend_services=>gui_download(

  • Sending E-Mail with ABAP List as Attachment with custom Extension

    Hello everyone.
    I have the following problem:
    I want to send a ABAP list as an attachment to an external e-mail address with a <b>custom file extension</b>.
    Everything works fine, exept the thing with the file extension.
    I am using FB 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'.
    When I choose 'ALI' as Packing_List-Doc_Type everything works fine, but the attached file has the extension 'txt'.
    When I choose e.g. 'lbl' as Doc_Type, the extension is correct, but the file contains invalid data.
    Packinglist code:
    <i>AttType = 'ALI'.
    Describe Table ObjBin Lines TabLines.
    Read Table ObjBin Index TabLines.
    ObjPack-Doc_Size = ( TabLines - 1 ) * 255 + strlen( ObjBin ).
    ObjPack-Transf_Bin = 'X'.
    ObjPack-Head_Start = 1.

    ObjPack-Doc_Type = AttType.
    ObjPack-Obj_Name = 'ATTACHMENT'.
    ObjPack-Obj_Descr = cFileName.

  • How to Mass Export Attachments in Siebel 5.5.1

    Does anyone have any documentation or guidance on how to mass export attachments out of Siebel 5.5.1 in their original format?

    Hi Steve,
    Version 5.5? Are you serious. That is a very old version.
    Newer versions of Siebel have the ability to do this export with either EAI or EIM. EAI did not exist until version 6.x but EIM did. You can see if the EIM capability was in version 99.5.
    If not then one idea would be to use a newer version of Siebel to export the file system.
    You don’t indicate what you want to do with the files or why you need to export them. For Siebel upgrades you just have to copy the files from the old file system to the new file system. For Windows environments we recommend using robust copy (robo copy) to do this.
