Exporting iFS to another machine. Do I have to delete the ifs tablespaces

Question

I want to import iFS, I already made the export (machine 1) and now I want to import to the machine 2.
Both machines have the same oracle, ifs versions. The difference is that machine 1 is partitioned and machine 2 does not.
Machine 2 already has information in iFS.
Do I have to delete the ifs tablespaces in the target machine?

You need to do two things.
1. Zip the root folder for the site on your PC.
2. Export the Site definition using Site Manager.
Then copy both to the CD.
Then Copy both from the CD to the Mac, unzip the files in the
location where
you want the root folder to reside, IMPORT the ste file using
Site Manager,
and adjust the local root folder and default images folder as
needed.
