Exporting Mark-Ups and Comments from a PDF file

Hello,
I know there are several options for exporting comments associated with highlighted text in Adobe Acrobat Standard, but is there a way to export both the comment AND the marked up text all together?

The built-in Summarize Comments tool in Acrobat only uses the text in the comment itself, so if you've made a bunch of comments without enabling the setting mentioned above, you're screwed... Well, almost.
I've developed a tool that allows you to retroactively copy the highlighted text back into the comment, while preserving any comments you might have made yourself.

I think this issue has nothing to do with PSE but is rather a restriction of Adobe Reader 8. Adobe Reader doesn't let you add comments unless the author of the document has specifically enabled commenting. And to enable commenting, you need a paid tool like Adobe Acrobat. In general, other tools that produce PDFs (such as scanners or Microsoft Word) don't enable commenting.
You can check whether your PDF is enabled for commenting by opening it in Reader and doing File > Properties > Security.
I've read that other readers, such as the Pro version of Foxit, will allow you to add comments. I don't know how true that is.

my issue here, is why in particular cases copying and pasting from the pdf file to Word is working very well, but in others, it is not!

How was that PDF file created? Please see Will Adobe ExportPDF convert both text and form... | Adobe Community
It could be that the PDF file you're converting was created using a third-party application, and it doesn't contain all the information necessary to ensure a clean conversion. Have you had similar troubles converting other PDF files?

How silly was I as I had been using PDF files since the day I learned to operate the computer system and didn’t know anything about them. Then one day I realized that why don’t I learn something about PDF to become a mater in it.
As we know in these days, PDF files are most commonly used by worldwide. Belong to any part of the society, we as an individual or an organization use PDF files. Therefore it has become very essential element in computer service.

Why each time I try to save my day's work,version WITH mark-ups and version w/o, does it say "you have placed a large amount of text on clipboard do you want to access this? What is clipboard and how can I just save my work in its proper file?

I don't get this clipboard thing! I have created two files, one for the MS with mark-ups, and one for the unmarred version, each living in their own spot in my "house." It seems to be merging the two versions and I have to go in and re-paste and then it always says "you have placed a large amount of text on clipboard do you want to be able to access this?" and it prompts me to say no but I am afraid I'll lose my day's work so I just tap cancel. I highlight the day's revision and select "copy" to paste into the unmarked doc. before I save on the marked up or working doc. It is when I try to close that one that the clipboard issue pops up. What can you tell be about saving doc. in two places and how to NOT get it on clipboard? Thanks! I am not super computer savvy so layperson's language much appreciated!

Are you using Microsoft word? Microsoft thinks the users are idiots. They put up a lot of pointless messages that annoy & worry users. I have seen this message from Microsoft word. It's annoying.
As BDaqua points out...
When you copy information via edit > copy, command + c, edit > cut, or command +x, you place the information on the clipboard. When you paste information, edit > paste or command + v, you copy information from the clipboard to your data file.
If you edit > cut or command + x and you do not paste the information and you quite Word, you could be loosing information. Microsoft is very worried about this. When you quite Word, Microsoft checks if there is information on the clipboard & if so, Microsoft puts out this message.
You should be saving your work more than once a day. I'd save every 5 minutes. command + s does a save.

You can't merge comments using any of the Acrobat.com online services (ExportPDF, Adobe PDF Pack, and so on). But you can with an Acrobat subscription. Please see Adobe Acrobat X Standard * Publish comments from other reviewers from instructions.

How can I cut and save from a PDF adobe document?

You can use Adobe Reader to cut/copy/paste text into another program. Or, if you're using the Create PDF online service you can use the Export to PDF or Word command to save your file in another format.

If you could drag and drop pages before, it wasn't in Reader. You no doubt had Adobe Acrobat (Pro or Standard) which shouldn't be confused with Adobe Acrobat Reader. They recently added Acrobat to the name of Adobe Reader so the confusion about which product you had and/or have is understandable.

I am getting messages that I can't download and read .pdf files since I have the wrong Adobe reader. I have 5 computers running top end processors and RAM. By this I mean I have one, this one which I am using that has an AMD Phenom Black 3.2 Quad-core with 8 GBs of Corsair top DDR2 RAM, my other two AMD have either an Athlon II triple core with 4 GBs of DDR2 Corsair RAM, one with the Phenom X4 965 3.4 GHz Quad-core with 8 GBs of their best DDR2 RAM, and two Intels with the i7 920 Processors using the triple channel 1366 socket processors and one with 8 GBs of low latency DDR3 RAM and the other with 4 GBs of the same RAM. I am getting the message on this one, which has a fresh install of XP Pro X64 operating system, as do the other 4 as well. I have run Avast Business Pro Anti-virus on this one, which I am getting the message on with a single result which I deleted, and also both Spybot Search and Destroy, which came back clean as well as Malwarebytes Antimalware, which got a lot of tracing cookies now removed, and SuperAntiSpware which also found a few cookies also now deleted. Can you tell me what I need to do to get these files to show as .pdf files rather than as a clean blank page. One other issue is that I wish to know how to turn off my downloads so they are saved and Mozilla will give me the option of returning them instead of me losing them all together as it does now. Thanks for your assistance. If there is another Adobe reader I should download and install, could you provide me with the link to it? I appreciate your assistance here

It depends upon the restrictions set on the pdf.
If the creator of the pdf has set restrictions against copying then you will not be able to copy the content.
Are you facing the same issue with all the pdf's?

Is there anyway to stop this from happening?

While setting up the links, if you choose to open the file in a new window then you won't face this issue, then you can simply switch to the previous file and bookmark view will remain as it is.

It is a generated pdf doc. I can highlight the text, but as soon as I let go of the mouse button, the highlighting disappears. If I right-click the mouse, there is no copy/past option. Only a select, zoom and marque tool option.
