If you are using AirPort Utility, click Manual Setup
Then shift your eyes away from the center of the screen and to the very top of the screen near the Apple icon and click on the "File" menu.
Click "Save a Copy As" and assign a name to the file and save it on your desktop or other location.
When you configure the new device, open AirPort Utility and click Manual Setup and go to the same "File" menu at the top of the screen and select the "Open Configuration File" entry. Navigate to locate your saved file from the steps above and click "Open" and the file will be loaded as a current configuration.
Click Update and you should be good to go.

The PIN is a hardware-encoded value, unique to each BlackBerry SmartPhone. As such, it cannot be moved from one to another.
RIM does provide the Device Switch Wizard...you can read up on that here:

How/is it possible to export OE from old PC to my new system

Newbie, need help to solve this problem.
I used OE when working on Pc. Virgin Media is the provider, my husband is the Account holder.
I depend from this acc. and I did also created an account with a different identity which connected me with a Yahoo Group. At the moment I am happy with Mail/address book etc in my Mac, but cannot connect with that Group- this is a problem, as in oder to be part of it one needs to be recommended by a member (Opera/classical music)- so I can't change my profile name / password and be done with it.
As my PC can still access the group, can you please tell me what to do so that the Mac can access it too without changing the profile?

What's the best way to transfer files from old Macbook Pro to new one? I know Migration assistant, but is there a recommended way? I don't want to put do a system restore or transfer everything from the old laptop, but I do want to move important things like photos, music, documents and such over. Any suggestions on best way to do this?
Another question, perhaps subquestion. If I have, say, an older version of iPhoto but a newer version of one on my new Macbook Pro, will it still transfer photos no problem?
Just looking for hints from the experts so this puppy is set up in the best way possible.

the problems are ALWAYS in the reverse way, when you have the newest (or a newer) version of a given app, and wish to transfer its library to an older version.

I have been using Martin Jahn’s iBackup, with which I have become accustomed and works fine. It also makes daily backups. Its advantage over other apps is that you may add whatever you wish to save, beside its default settings (which you may delete or cancel, of course, even if not recommended); it also has a friendly interface and easily customizable. Of course, this is a personal view, you may try other methods as well, or other backup apps. All are good if you are satisfied and correspond to your needs.

Assuming that you've been syncing your iPhone 3 to your computer/iTunes, plug it in one last time and let it backup. Then plug in your 4S, and when 'setting up phone' choose the latest backup.

There are two ways to do this.
The simplest is to right-click on the clip in the Event and modify the date.

If you have a long clip that you would like to split into smaller clips, there is another way. You can drag the long clip into a free tool called MPEG Streamclip from Squared 5. In MPEG Streamclip, put your playhead on the in point of your first smaller clip and type I. Then set the playhead on the out point of your first smaller clip, and press O to set the out point. Then FILE/EXPORT TO QUICKTIME. If your clip is DV, As you save the clip, rename it in the form clip-yyyy-mm-dd hh;mm;ss.ext, where the word "clip" must be lower case. YYYY is year. hh is hours in 24 hour time. Then repeat this process until you have all your smaller clips made. Finally, you can import all these clips into an iMovie Event using FILE/IMPORT MOVIES.

I doubt they will. But then I'm not sure as I used a migration program once about 18 years ago and totally FUBARed the system I had at that time and I've never used one again.
For me the reason to have a new system is to start fresh. Installing only program that I now use and manually copying data over from the older system.
Not sure your older version of Outlook, and the outlook mail boxes, are compatible with Office/Outlook for Mac 2011.
A better place to ask this question would be on the MS Office for Mac forums.

How did you import the photos to iPad and iPhone?
If the photos have been synced to the iPhone and iPad using iTunes, you cannot sync them back.

Could you please specify how exactly did you transfer Acrobat from one MAC to other.
You might need to deactivate the software from your old machine and then activate it on the new one with the same serial number (for Acrobat license) or Adobe credentials (for Acrobat subscription).
If you have done the same way, then let me know if you are able to open Acrobat itself.
Do you get any specific error message while opening a PDF?

I am trying to get my old library onto my new computer and the best way for me to do that is take them off of my I Phone 3gs and "transfer purchases" but when I try it the "authorize this computer " shows up and it is already authorized! So I still give my info, and it tells me this computer is already authorized and then does nothing. It keeps going on like that, it's a frustrating circle!
