Exports Multiplied by 100

For our Norwegian entity, we are able to successfully export from FDM to HFM. When 2 of our users complete this process and validate their data in HFM all results have been multiplied by 100. Others users are able to repeat the same export without this issue. While we do have this workaround we want to figure out why this is happening and how we can fix it.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Also check to ensure that the file they are importing is exactly the same, it sounds like a problem with the decimal notation in Norway. If the import files by the users that work use a . to notate decimals and the users in Norway have a , to show decimals it could result in this.

BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE - posting extra lines (amount being multiplied by 100)

Hello Gurus,
I am using BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE for posting.
When I check FBL3N, i see 2 lines:
The first one is correct while the second is a copy of the first one, with the exeception that the amount in Local Currency has been multiplied by 100. And this second line is not required.
I am passing only one line to the BAPI and I get 2 lines as output.
Has anyone encountered this problem before?

Here are some more information:
goodsmvt_code-gm_code    = '02'.
goodsmvt_item-move_type      = '101'.
The posting done in NISL is in fact done twice in SAP ECC6 :
a)      at normal standard price of the materials
b)      at standard price * 100 (current issue).
In 46C version, the posting was done only once at the standard price of the material. (correct)
In SAP ECC6, 2 postings are done:
            - Posting a) correct.
            - Posting b) multiplied by 100 should not exist. This error should be corrected.
seem to be related to the upgrade?
Any hint on this?

Contract Negotiation the amount is multiply by 100 in Price Agreements

When I create a Contract Negotiation in Web Shop B2B, I indicate the Product ID the quantity and I specify a price, when refresh the page(when I press enter) the amount is multiply by 100, when I introduce another item the two are multiply by 100 again and this behavior is repeating constantly when I press enter or indicate refresh in the page.
I notice when I check the contract document by SAP GUI in TRX: CRMD_BUS2000121 and go to the Tab u201CPrice Agreementsu201D and I indicate the item price in the Item condition and press u201Centeru201D the systems multiply by 100 de amount same as web shop. But when I indicated the price and currency and then press u201Centeru201D the systems didnu2019t (In the web shop the customer doesnu2019t has the possibility to indicate the currency).
I checked the organizational model and has the currency indicated correctly, the customer has the currency indicated too.The country settings and the users settings the decimal notation is 1.234.567,89
I was looking for SAP Notes but for the package level that we have in the systems doesn't apply
Do you have any inputs for this??

TRY currency is multiplied by 100 in PSA

Hi All.
Good day!!
I am facing one issue with the TRY currency which is giving actual value multiplied by 100 in PSA.
In the data source level it is showing correct value as expected. But, when it loads to BW side ( to PSA ) it is showing multiplied by 100 value.
ex: ECC Data source
KF 1= 20
PSA = 20*100 = 2000.
only with this currency, we are facing the issue. There is no issue with the other currency.
Please share your thoughts to fix this issue ASAP.

Following on the suggestion given by Anshu that make two RKF S1 & S2 . In S1 we maintain HUF currency. And in S2 we exclude HUF.
Now arindam asked for a general solution if there are other currencies too in TCURX with 0.
My suggestion is that let's make a Customer Exit variable on the currency . And read the table TCURX in the CMOD code and populate all the currencies inside TCURX with 0 in S1.
And all the other currencies without 0 inside S2.
In this way it will become a General Solution. He doesn't need to maintain the currencies manually.
Let me know if you find any discrepancies in this approach.

Amount in certain currency is multiplied by 100 in bex report. Data in multiprovider is good. Suppose if amount is 123.123 in multiprovider then in Bex report it is showing 12312.3. This is happening where currency is HUF. I understand that I have to handle it at query level in bex. I also understand I may have to create formula variable/ CKF/ RKF. But not able to implement it. Please help me to solve this. I'm new in Bex.

AC_DOCUMENT_DIRECT_INPUT ..Amount multiplied with 100

Hello,
We have developed custom posting program which posts FBB1 document using AC_DOCUMENT_DIRECT_INPUT program.
While testing the program in development client the posting was correct. However, while testing the same program in production client values are getting multiplied by 100. Value of 100 USD is posted as 10000 USD. There is no difference in user profile between two clients.
Has anybody experienced similar situation ?

Export JPG at 100% is reducing the pixel dimensions ??

Im using the most up to date Lightroom (5.5) on a Mac running os 10.9.4.
In the not too distant past (i've only been using Lightroom since April) I have been able to export my processed images to full sized jpegs. This refers to the physical dimensions....not the amount of data.
Now i cannot figure out why, but Lightroom has started to shrink my jpegs. My test image was 4665x4000 pixels and a month ago Lightroom exported the jpg at exactly those dimensions. Since then something has changed (probably an update!) and when i now try to export the same image its reducing the output dimensions to 1985x1702 !!
My export settings are set to jpeg 100% Quality, resize options are switched off. Limit File size is switched off.
I have trashed the Lightroom and Photoshop prefs.
Whats going on??
I need to export these files at full dimensions but Lightroom seems to be ignoring its own settings!

Hi DJ,
agreed - and thats what used to happen. I think it stopped working that way when i had to reinstall all the adobe apps when CC14 came out.
The photo is cropped - but that should not matter. The file being saved is still half the size of the cropped image. And when i did this a month ago, it recreated the exact same dimensions in the jpgs and not just once - every time. Now i cannot get it to work at all.
This composite grab shows the export dialogue, you can also see the images correct dimensions in the metadata section, and on the right is the file this dialogue created - less than half the dimensions it should be!

IM - IM52 Original assigned budget is automatically multiplied by 100

When assigning the original budget to a Project (from a node) in the Investment Progam (transaction IM52), the amounts entered are automatically multiplied 100, but the available budget for the project is correct and the amount discounted in the Node above remains correct as well (not multiplied). The same occurs when doing supplements or returns.
Can you please tell why is this happening, how can I solve it and what consequences may it bring?

1. Actual cost of maintenance is not reflected in the internal order
immediately. We have to run cost settlement (t-code KO88) for the
maintenance order each time the actual cost is incurred in the maintenance order.
As per the standard system budgeting is done against the actual cost only. And until you settle your order the actual cost from
maint order are not getting transfered to IO. Once they are transfered system is checking for the budget.
2. Also in the case of return indent, the value of returned material is not directly added to the available budget of internal order.
This is similar to first point, when you return goods there will be negative cost on the order, this has to be settled until that system will not compare the IO budget with maintenance order actual cost.
3. When the material is issued from store through the reservation generated by maintenance order, system does not check for budget in the internal order/maintenance order while issuing material from the store.
The budget you have assigned is at IO, how can system will check the budget while issueing goods for maintenance order. We may have to develop or use some user exit over here. Which will trigger checking of budget from the settlement receiver IO for that maintenance order.
I think you may have to go for development. These are my observations from my experience.

Export to Media 100?

We have a unit here on our campus that uses a Media 100 system and will not give it up. We have been asked to provide them exported Quicktimes per their requirements (Photo JPEG, 720 x 486, etc.) and when we do, they have issues with the results. I'm wondering if I can download and install a Media 100 codec and apply it on the export from Final Cut, will that work? I've done this when working with an Avid Media Composer, which had a proprietary Avid codec, and I could export files out of After Effects using this codec. And the results were always great.
Any suggestions or directions to Media 100 codecs would be appreciated.
BTW, I have no idea what flavor the Media 100 is. I know they've had it for awhile and it's component in. That's all I know. Thanks again!

We run Media 100 & FCP at our facility.
Jim is right, the M100 will "see" the files if you export them to the animation codec. However, it will want to re-process the files on import. This might not be a big deal for you. It's really just a waiting process. And not a great used of disk space.
But as you've alluded to, there are software codec versions for the M100 that will let you export directly to the proper codec with no need to process them once imported on the other end. I'd love to point you directly to the link. However, the M100 website is somewhat convoluted and further, you'll need a login account to access the download area anyway.
But point being: I'd go get these codecs, install them and export directly to M100. Per your description, you'd want to go to "Media 100 NTSC - 720". Like this:
I'll admit though: we've had some issues recently with these codecs. We have a Mac Pro that has them running fine. My 12" Powerbook uses them flawlessly. But we just tried to re-download them and install them on my friend's Mac Book Pro and they don't seem to work properly. We tried simply moving the known working QT components to his machine manually. Still - no luck. So, your mileage may vary. Post back if you have problems.
Again if none of this works, Jim's solution certainly will. Animation codec.

How to export more than 100 points from waveform to excel

Hi everyone. Novice here.
I'm pretty sure other people had my problem, but I don't know how to word it... and can't find a solution for it... Maybe I just don't understand Labview enough to know what's going on.
Here's what I'm doing: I have a waveform, and I'm trying to save the data to the spreadsheet.
Problem: The cap is at 100 data plots (only what's shown on the graph). In other words, I only get data for what the graph holds at the present moment.
Want: I want more than that - EVERYTHING. If it begins from 0s to 50s, I want all the points (10ms increments, which is done already) on the excel file.
Can you guys help me? How do I get suck that history out of the graph?
I attached my labview file (a really simple one), so you guys know where I am.

If you are not in a hurry, another option is to save the data as a delimited text file. This will allow you to open it in almost any analysis program, since a delimited text file is the universal file type. A delimited text file is one in which data is stored in columns, separated by delimiters, and rows, separated by lines of text. The delimiter is usually a tab character (file extension .txt), but a comma is common in some industries (file extension .csv). Note that using a comma separator can get you into trouble if using European numbering styles, which use the comma instead of the period as the decimal indicator.
LabVIEW has several VIs that make this easy for you.
If you have a single set of homogeneous data and are only writing once (NOT in a loop), then use Write to Spreadsheet File.vi. This VI formats your data into rows and columns, opens the file, writes the data, then closes the file. Since it opens and closes the file, it is not suitable for use in a loop.
If you are writing homogeneous data in a loop, use the Array to Spreadsheet String function at each iteration to format your array of data to rows and columns, then write using either of the file write primitives.
If you have inhomogeneous data, such as a timestamp and a few doubles, format the data on a line by line basis and write to disk. The attached example, SImpleLowLevelWriteSpreadsheetFile.vi shows how to do this.
If you need more speed, you can buffer your data so the blocks of data you send to disk are more optimized. This is a bit more complex, but the attached example, BufferedLowLevelWriteSpreadsheetFile.vi shows how to do it. This will usually give you at least 2X and could be 10X or more speed improvement.

R3load cannot export more than 100 mount points for Oracle?

We have a DB with more than 390 sapdata### mount points (HPUX-PARISC). They are truly mount points, NOT directories under some other mount points.
After export using R3load (i.e NO DB-specific ), the keydb.xml generated for import has only from sapdata1 to sapdata100.
Is there any limit here for R3load?

R3load doesn't copy the filesystem structure but unloads the content of the database after having checked the size of it and then distributes it across the files.
Why do you have so many different mountpoints? Is there a technical reason behind? Just curious...

Japanese Yen multiply by 100 automatically

Hi Experts
In a customized transaction with table control in module pool. I have two columns Amount(Currency) and Currency(Currency Key)
When I put 100 and press enter it muliplies the value by 100 and shows as 10,000 JPY.
This is only done for Currency JPY and KRW.
I searching for SAP Note for this, can any one please suggest an alternative.
My System is ECC 6.0

You can also use FM BAPI_CURRENCY_CONV_TO_EXTERNAL
In this FM you will have to pass the Currency Key and Amount in Internal format, to get the amount in External format.
Or you can use the write statement with the currency key to write the amount in external format

"Build and Export Cache" fails to export 100% Previews:
I am moving from Bridge CS5 to CS6 and have a very large number of 100% Previews in my CS5 cache. The idea of regenerating all these 100% Previews in CS6 is NOT amusing. It is amazing that there is not a simple import function for this task as a way to make the software upgrade more "seamless"… but apparently there is not.
I have read the Adobe documents:
    "Bridge Help / Manage the cache | Adobe Bridge CS4, CS5"
    "Creative Suite / Work with the Adobe Bridge cache"
Based on these documents, in Bridge CS5 I used the export function in
Tools>Cache>Build and Export Cache…
    with "Build 100% Previews" checked
    and "Export Cache To Folders" checked.
Unfortunately, the "Build and Export Cache" fails to export 100% Previews to the target directory. They should appear in the target directory as hidden files in the format xxxxx.NEF.JPG. Yes, I do know how to view hidden files in both the Finder and in Bridge.
In Bridge CS5 I tried Purging and rebuilding the Cache for the target directory with no luck.
I tried running "Build and Export Cache" in Bridge CS6…. still no hidden Preview files in the target directory.
My settings in both CS5 & CS6 Bridge - Preferences:
    "Keep 100% Previews in Cache" is checked
    "Automatically Export Cache to Folders When Possible" is checked
My settings in both CS5 & CS6 Bridge - Options for thumbnail quality and preview generation:
    "Generate 100% Previews" is checked
Using OS X 10.6.8
Anyone have a suggestion?????

Bridge is the only piece of software I have used, which incorporates a database, where new versions do not provide for importing the objects of the older version. Very strange.
That is a very mildly conclusion but unfortunately until the cache strategy for Bridge is finally sorted out this problem will exist.
Now I have to confess that I can't use the 'Auto export cache when possible' for several versions now due to a rare problem that after the first time usage without problem created export cache almost every second time generates a warning message that due to failure it needs to replace the Cache T file, hence I deselected this option permanently.
I would think that if you have those already cached and exported files for 100 % preview in the dedicated folders it would read those files and add it to the database and central cache file when having pointed Bridge to that folder, but I'm far from sure about that.
Also after rereading your first post you state to expect the build and export cache to build also hidden files with the two extensions from original filetype followed by .jpg from cache in the folder itself (target directory)? Here I'm a bit lost. The mentioned double extension files only appear in the central cache folder and are visible but buried in the subfolders for each quality in the central cache file at user library (default) or custom set location in Bridge prefs.
The exported cache to folder are hidden files and as long as I can remember that where 2 files already in the File browser (forgot the extension they used for this) and currently .BridgeCache (very small, few KB) and the for me problematic .BridgeCacheT file that can grow very large and has about the same size as the subfolder generated under full in the central cache.
I can see the content of the central cache without problem including the double extensions and previews of the files as thumbs in the Finder, jet with option to show hidden files I can see the CacheT file but only as a blank document icon and I can't find an application on my system to open this file to reveal its content.
Just tried it on a folder with small sized files and having set preview quality to HQ and 100 % preview (checkerboard icon in Path Bar) and then used the option from menu tools to build and export cache to folder including 100 %. Both subfolder in Central Cache and about same sized hidden CacheT file where generated without problems and the full preview was instantly on demand using magnifier. (but all this without the option in prefs to auto export to folder)
So to me it seems (if I understand everything correctly) that either the existing exported files from CS5 do cause the problem or your setup of CS6 is not working correctly.
Are we still on the same track or am I completely lost?

Maintain transparency and 'multiply' in InDesign when saving to PSD from Corel RIF

Hi,
I'm new to InDesign but not Adobe and would like to ask about best practices for layering images that contain transparency.
My current project is a children's book that contains a master background with the appearance of an old Victorian journal. (brown, stained etc)
My copy overlays this beautifully but I'm struggling to place the artwork.
What I would like to do is create some artwork in Corel Painter (for its beautiful watercoloring), export to Photoshop and then place the PSD in to the page in InDesign.
Exporting from Painter translates the 'gel' layer to 'darken' in PS. I can change this to Multiply no problem.
When I remove the base layer in PSD (a temporary brown page graphic) the previously water-colored layers have an awful white fringe.
When I place this file in InDesign there appears to be no way of 'multiplying' the layer over the nice brown artwork I have for the page and the awful white fringe remains.
Did I assume too much? I figured that applying layer attributes would be common throughout Adobe's software.
I appreciate that this may be more of a poor workflow issue than an InDesign 'fault', but I'm curious as to whether anyone has any similar experience / advice.

Let me go on with my workaround using Adobe Illustrator.
Some screenshots:
Screenshot 1: PSD with three layers placed in Illustrator
All CMYK workflow.
a. Top layer is the product image
b. Middle layer is a shadow drawn by mouse.
c. Bottom layer is the original product shot
Layer b. is set to "multiply" in PhotoShop.
The shadow is just a color mixture of CMYK where K is 100% and a tiny bit of Cyan, Magenta and Yellow to make the black a bit more lively.
I used the brush tool to quickly draw that shadow.
Layer c. is invisble.
As you can see the layer in the middle is showing a "Multiply" of 100% in Illustrator. Just as defined in PhotoShop.
Now on to Screenshot 2: Both images placed in InDesign on an background filled with a gradient where all CMYK colors are in place.
The difference of the two images?
The multiply effect inside of parts of the placed AI file is honored.
Wheras the multiply effect in the PhotoShop file is not.
"Overprint" in the View Menu is turned on here.
Also highres preview.
