Express shipping 3 days late
Ordered an iPhone 6 on Sunday night and it's Wednesday it was express shipping and the tracking info has yet to update it just says pending and that can literally mean anything. Your phone customer service has failed to assist me or give me any useful information about my order. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regretfully Express Shipping is jsut that, expedited shipping. It has no impact on the order processing prior to the product shipping. If the Shipping is "pending" then it hasn't shipped yet, so the express shipping hasn't even started yet. Once it does ship, you should have it in one to two days. It may take 3 weeks to ship, but that part of the process is not included in the shipping expedite process.

I placed an order on Friday for an item from your website. I chose express shipping at checkout. First it showed that I would receive said item on Monday November 24th (Today). Then as I got closer to finalizing the order it said I would receive my item on Tuesday November 25th.
However it's now Monday and the order still says "in process". Your website says shipping times for express orders are 1 business day. It looks like it's going to be more than 1 day.

XSI (Express Shipping Interface)
I've heard and read many different things about XSI - the express shipping interface - and I have some questions.
1. Do we need a carrier manifesting system to use XSI with SAP? (For example, if we use carrier UPS, do we need a Worldship system? If we use carrier Fedex, do we need a Fedex server? )
2. XSI is an Interface, it's in the name - what does XSI interface <u><b>with</b></u>?
3. Is Fedex really available through XSI? Fedex doesn't promote XSI like UPS does. Is other middleware required to ship Fedex parcels through XSI? (I've read several different answers on this, on these forums.)
4. How big a role do IDOCs play in XSI ? (Can a tracking number be assigned real-time, or is IDOC-time as fast as it gets? Does any printing happen through IDOCs? Does all printing happen through SAP handling-unit outputs?)
5. What is SAP's future direction on express shipping? (Will XSI be continued or expanded? Will express shipping be handled through xCarrier in the future?)
6. Could someone walk me through the process? 1. create a HU, 2. pack the HU, then what? How does the XSI interface assign the tracking number? How does the label print? When/how is the tracking number updated in the SAP delivery/parcel tracking? When/how are electronic/end-of-day transactions sent to the carrier?
7. Is there any way when using XSI to enable an interface to a scale, to automatically receive the package weight from the device?
8. Printing and barcodes - what are XSI restrictions? Are SSCC-18 barcodes supported? What about RFID ?

XSI has no functionality without a parcel application to interface <u>with</u> . XSI doesn't assign tracking numbers or service levels.
Through use of the XSI interface, tracking numbers and package status can be made visible in the SAP delivery.
If you use only one carrier, or an XSI-enabled multi-carrier system, you'll need one XSI interface. More than one carrier, more than one interface.
Next year SAP may possibly introduce xCarrier, but schedule/features/relationship to XSI) are not clear to me.
If anyone has heard differently, I would appreciate hearing about it. -
So I ordered the Majora's Mask LE 3DS about a month ago which just recently released and I've noticted that it's been stuck at "Preparing Order" for almost 2 days now even though I've paid for express shipping. When I call to see an estimated arival date it tells me it won't get to me until the 20th, which is far and away for than the estimated days for express shipping.
This seems to be a common theme as I'm hearing a lot of other people having similar issues, should I be worried? Is there something wrong with my order?Hello Rieth,

I accidentally synced my mum's brand new iPad to my mac book air. A few days later I realised that my iTune library on my mac is completely gone. So is my iPhone 4s after I synced it with my mac. How do I get my old iTunes library back? I tried using icloud on my iphone but it stated that I have never back up my phone before. So I guess my iCloud data is gone too? But I have back up my mac in my harddrive using time machine. So how do I get my old itune library back? Please help! Thanks!
1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

All day events created on iPod touch syncing a day late in iCal
Hi everyone,
When I create an all day event on the iPod touch and then sync to my mac, the newly created event shows up a day late in iCal, but remains correct on the iPod. I've noticed one or two other forums where people are having this problem but it doesn't appear to have been solved yet. Has anyone got any ideas about why this would happen? It's really bugging me as the calendar was one of the main reasons I bought the iPod in the first place, I'm thinking about taking it back if I can't get it to work. It appears to be a new problem as of some time this year (judging by other's experience, I've only had mine a week) so perhaps a dodgy software update?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanksshould clarify that I deleted duplicate events on the ipod so that should have left one in ical. there is still one listed in ical on the ipod but not on the computer, so deleting duplicate entry deleted it entirely from my ical on computer and mobile me. no icloud yet

Events are a day late than entered and duplicated
since ios5, events are showing up on the ipad a day later than they did before the uprade. ical on the mac was doing the same mistake before the upgrade. the actual info of the event shows the correct date and time.
i did change the first day of the week to monday (on the mac), in case that gives anyone a clue. changing it back doesn't cure it though.
time support is on - i am located in new zealand - on both ipad and macbook. turning it off doesn't cure the problem.
on the mac, most events are duplicated, sometimes on the same day, but some events are shown on the correct day plus a day later.
one of my main reasons for using an ipad, indeed mac at all, is that it "just works".
sync is now done over icloud.
does anybody know why this is happening? i need to enter new events but can't trust the software not to stuff it up. back to pen and paper...just thought to check on ical on icloud. same problem, but as with the ipad, no duplications.

if i back up my itunes library to an external hard drive and then add subsequent music and want to back up the newly added music a few days later, can i do it without backing up the entire library again? or do i need to back up the entire library each and every time i back up to the external hard drive?Just copy Users/yourusername/Music/iTunes (containing your library-files) to your external drive as well as that (extaernal) folder that contains all your audio-tracks.

Why does my iMac just quit and it won't turn back on. Sometimes I can start it a few days later.
It was working just fine and then it just quit. I tried turning it back on but it wouldn't work. Then like 3 days later, I tried turning it on and it came on and worked ok and just quit again. Again, I tried turning it back on and again, it wouldn't come on. I tried again a few days later and it came on. What the heck is wrong with this computer? It had a program called deep freeze on it when I first obtained it. That program would not allow me to make any changes or save anything. A friend gave me a disk and I installed it and it took that program away. It was working fine and then as I said, just quit. I got the computer from an auction from a community college and deep freeze was the program they used to make sure the students using the computers couldn't change anything. When ever the computer got turned off, it would default back to factory settings. When it first turned off and wouldn't start again, I tried taking out one of the two memory sticks and it worked. Are there any issues with starting a task sequence one day and finishing it up days later?

We have a few techs who, for whatever reason, will sometimes start a deployment task sequence (from boot media, USB) and then finish the task sequence the next day or days later. For example, I had a recent one where the smsts log file had all of the
PXE steps taking place on Friday, but then everything after the first reboot took place today, on Monday.
The log was full of messages like below, and no software was installed:

So obviously something is wrong, but I'd like to know a little detail as to why. Is there a timing issue when communicating with the MP?I need the complete smsts.log. Only part of them does not help.
Anyway, the TS can run up to 24 hours if I have not remembered wrong. So, if you have too many steps in a TS and need to spend too much time to finish, this will cause the TS failed.

So, hard to beleive, but I am having some trouble with Final Cut Pro X.
This last week I formatted a brand new hard drive to MAC OS (Journal),
so that I could save on that hard drive.
Well it went great.
I saved my project on there and copied a few others over as to free up space on my Laptop.
Then, not two days later Im back at square one,
the program wont recognize the hard drive.
It wont even open the events up off my hard drive,
as to jog the program into reqcognizing the scratch disk (which worked twice before).
What happened?
How do I get the program to re-recongize my newly formatted hard drive?
Please help!The name of the drive, or the name of some folders inside the drive, may fool FCP X into believing it is a camera.

I ordered a movie on iTunes back in April, the movie didn't finish downloading, I got a message that there was an error, so a few days later, I downloaded it again. This time I used my husbands bank card, which has a different number, but is connected to our joint checking account. I noticed the duplicate charge for the one movie. 30 days late on payment due date
I have a past due payment that has a due date of June 9th, 2015. On the day of July 9th, 2015, it will be 30 days that my account is past due. Questions: -If I make my payment to post on 7-9-15 (30 days late), will my account be in danger of being reported late to the CRA? Would it be recommended to have the payment post on 7-8-15 (29 days late) instead?-Once the account is 30 days late, is it automatically reported to the credit bureaus? Or do creditors still decide if they want to to work with the customer to bring the account current to avoid the derogatory mark?
I spoke with my creditor and they said that on 7-9-15 I will be 29 days late, not 30 days late. On 7-10-15 is when they will consider my account 30 days past due and they will automatically report this information to the CRAs. The creditor also told me I should be OK by making sure my payment posts on 7-9-15. I think it would be a better idea to have it post 7-8-15 just to be safe. Since my due date was on 6-9-15, on the day of 6-10-15 my account would be 1 day past due. According to the creditor's calculation, my account wasn't 1 day past due until the day of 6-11-15.
