Extensions are not signed correctly! what does that mean.
sorry i dont know what to do on these forums, i cant open extensions as it says they are not correctly sighned does anyone know what that means and how do i go about correcting it.....please dont go of on one if im in the wrong area or ive set this out wrong. i cannot contact adobe...

To resolve this issue please perform the following.
1. Close Adobe Photoshop
2. Download and install the Adobe Extension Manager. This is available through the Adobe CC App and also here: https://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/
3. Go to the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\Extensions\onOne
and delete the onOne folder.
4. Open the Adobe Extension Manager app.
5. Go to: File > Install Extension. Navigate to:
C:\Program Files\onOne Software\Perfect Photo Suite 9\Plug-in Files\Panels\onOne.zxp
add the onOne.zxp by highlighting it and clicking open.
6. Launch Adobe Photoshop CC 2014
This seems to relate to the onOne app. You may want to modify the instructions to coincide against your own extension apps

I tried to download the latest OSX for my iMac - Mountain Lion.
This is the message that I received:
"We could not complete your purchase. The product distribution file could not be verified. It may be damaged or was not signed."
What does this mean?The only thing that worked for me was to boot in safe mode.
Power down. Then press power button and hold 'shift' key until grey screen with progress bar appears... Once booted and logged in just open safari and browse to applestore.
No trouble at all once I did this.
Reminder: create full backup before you upgrade OS

i purchased dvd studio pro and im trying to install it but when i go to click continue it gives me this "you cant open the application gestalt tool becasue powerpc applications are no longer supported" what does that mean and how can i fix this ?

If that is your intent, finding a substitute program that will run on your Mac may not be as efficient. Others can advise you on alternatives, or you can post a new thread specifically with that question.
BTW: what Mac and what version of OS X?
If it is important to you to continue to use DVD Studio Pro, consider the option of installing Snow Leopard (with Rosetta) into Parallels on your Mac:

When I connect my iPhone 4S to my MacBook Pro (through the USB port), the synchronization process by iTunes failed with the following message "My iPhone could not be synchronized, because the synchronization process has not started".
What does that mean?
Thanks in advance for fixing my problem.I think I remember hearing that if you quit iTunes with your device still connected, then open iTunes up again, it should work.

Just in case the component being referenced is not part of iTunes but is rather part of one of the other related programs, it might be worth trying a complete uninstall/reinstall of iTunes and related componentry, as per the following troubleshooting document:

The error message also suggests that I unintall and reinstall firefox, I tried that but it does not fix the problem.
Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
If you use ZoneAlarm Extreme Security then disable Virtualization and reinstall Firefox.
Other security software may have similar features to prevent Firefox from updating files properly.
