Trying to do a Package (CS7) but warning says I need the 2 above plug ins. I've installed Extension manager but don't know where to find the plug ins. Tx for the help

Do you have a back up?
If not you're into using file recovery software like File Salvage - you can download a free trial and it will scan the disk for you and tell you with might be recoverable. Actual recovery will require that you purchase the app. There may be many files with the same or similar names. Always recover the largest file size.
There are other such apps. Search on Macupdate or the App Store

You get them when you install WebDB. Probably you got a prompt to install OWA_ when you install WFlow catridge

Gray install discs. Where do I get them please?

I've just acquired a 1.42Ghz PPC Mac Mini (Combo Drive), but it didn't come with the original discs. Does anyone know where to get them please? I had a bit of trouble finding them on the net. The original OS is Tiger, so they must be available. I don't mind an international orders.

Ah! Ha! So, I received the new discs tonight at 8pm on Friday night. I received the following discs:
*Mac Mini*
Mac OS X Install Disc 1
*Mac Mini*
Mac OS X v10.4 Install disc 1
*iBook G4*
Mac OS X Install disc 2
Can anybody else see the odd disc in the set? Why the heck would they send me an iBook install disc?
Any ideas? I'll be on the phone to them in the morning, of course, but for now I'm baffled!

Drive Screws, where can 'I get them?

I'm renovating a PowerMac G5 2.7 and I need to get hold of the little screws that you plug into the hard drives so they slot into the drive bays. I'm also after the equivalent screws for the underside of the Optical drive. Does anyone know where in the UK (or who will send to the UK)? I'd like to avoid Mac-Pro who chargew $17.99 each (for a 2 cent screw?!?!)

If you are not going to move the G5 around much, any screw with the correct thread and approximate length may do it - the purpose of the screws is to position the optical drive at the correct height, so that the tray operates the silver gate and clears the sides of the aperture. You can use Loctite or similar on the thread.
It has been known - if you speak to them nicely - for an Apple Repair Shop to sell the Guide Screws for a more reasonable outlay, especially if you visit them. Don't know about AppleStores - they are rather thin on the ground in UK.

With 3.6 and earlier, one website I use would have a "frame" around thumbnails which would go away once I accessed it. Aftwer 4.0, no frame. Frames still there with IE. Is there a setting where I can get them back with the newer versions of Firefox?

Pretty much what I asked above. Obviously there was a change between 3.6 and 4.0 that is causing this.
These black "frames" around the thumbnails are very handy as they let me know which ones have been accessed and which have not. Once I would click on the thumbnail, the "frame" around it would disappear. I could come back weeks later and tell what had been accessed and what hadn't.
I discovered this problem this spring when I upgraded to 4.0 in my laptop. I kept "nursing" the 3.6 in my desktop as I did not want to lose that feature. The other night I tried to update my 3.6 and, unfortunately, I got force-fed 6.0.
Anyhow, it has to be something you changed when 4.0 was brought out - and has stayed changed in 5.0 and 6.0. As noted above, the frames are still there if I go to the site with Internet Explorer. Sure love to find a way to get this feature back with Firefox!

I need the startup discs for a G5, where do I get them?

We purchased an older G5 and do not have the discs that came with it. My MacBook Pro is to advanced. Help. We can only use it in Safe Mode right now....

That said:
1. If they can give you the original discs, that's ideal if you need access to Mac OS 9 applications 9 (pre-2001).
2. If they can give you the equivalent of Mac OS X 10.5 retail, you can upgrade to 10.5.8 combo, and that's the end of the line for that machine. The 10.5 discs that come with another Mac will not work with the machine.
3. Make sure they don't try to give you discs for another Mac. Read the serial number off the foot of the machine to help them, or at least the EMC#.

Rubber Stopper replacements. Where can I get them?

1.) I live at least 3 hours from the nearest mac store
2.) I am willing to buy them online
3.) I use my macbook on a drafting table that is slightly tilted, anything you would recommend is null. (unless it's a different type of compatible rubber stopper).
4.) I bought my macbook right before the re-design for the rubber stoppers and the solid block of aluminum.
This is really bothering me. If I could find a way to get them I would. I remember when I had my macbook g4 they came off and I just went to the mac store but now I live farther away and want to order them but there is no way. Please help me, I'm begging here.

Some people have called Apple Support and been sent a set at no charge. When you call, ask for "rubber feet" not "stoppers." Might speed things up.
The replacement feet require that the hard plastic piece that forms a mounting interface or socket between the rubber feet and the aluminum case must be in place and undamaged.
If the transition piece is damaged of missing, simply go to a hardware store and ask for drawer bumpers. They are rubber or flexible silicone with an adhesive back. They come in brown rubber or clear silicone and in different heights. I paid under US$3 for a sheet of twelve. and put four of them on my Al PowerBook that has the same foot arrangement as the Macbook Pro.
