Extenstion manager CC not see photoshop

Question

Extenstion manager CC not see photoshop and i cant setup plugin cut and slice cutandslice.me (xml error)
I have trial CC photoshop. What i do wrong?

windows 8.1, i tried reinstall all adobe programs again, and before it deleted with revo uninstall all of it, but bug is here still...
