External Instrument problem, in serious need of help!!??

I have a really big problem... I can't get the external instrument plugin to work properly.
My setup is mostly below, but I wish I could post a diagram. Here's what's going on.
I have my PB, my X-Station, my CME UF5 and my M-Audio midisport 2x2
Connected to my PB are: FirePod by FW, Dongle by USB and Midi2x2 by USB
The outs of my X-Station are going in to the Pod, and Logic sees input using the external plugin telling it to get input from ins 3-4, and I can hear it. Great.
On the transport it shows midi in from my UF5 (controller keyboard) and plays its internal instruments fine.
What I need to be able to do, through this setup is have my X-Station working from midi respones through Logic. I can plug my UF5 straight in, and I get it to play. What I want to be able to do is play my UF5 or have a pre-recorded midi part play the X-Station. I can hear sound from it and all.
My problem is is getting midi TO the X-Station from within Logic, and in the section where one should be able to select ports/hardware etc in the external plugin, I cannot see my midisport whose out is connected to the X-station. I ought to be able to play it from Logic with, for example, the caps keys. I know this is possible, unless it is impossible with my midisport, but I was under the impression that it would. I just need to see its outs to assign in the external plugin...
I hope I have made sense, much appreciated guys, I know I must have overlooked something. Maybe someone with fresher eyes (and an imagination, knowing myself) might be able to help.

Open the Environment. Select the MIDI Instrument layer. From the local New menu, select Instrument (top of menu). New icon appears in the layer. Select it, rename the icon to X-Station. In the parameters adust the port to the port # the X-Station is on and adjust the MIDI channel you want to send MIDI on.
Now go back to your External Plugin, select MIDI Destination-MIDI Instruments-X-Station.
Your there.
You may want to set this up as a Multi-Instrument, but this will get you going.

Try making a new Apple ID? I don't really understand what you mean.. Make a new apple ID, log in with that one and then when you are on your phone log out of it and THEN log in our old ID? If you still can't log in the old one then it's most probably a bug or something.. Anyway.. Good luck with your problem!!

In serious need of help. Can't uninstall Coldfusion 8
I installed coldfusion 8. I set myself up with an administrator account. I'm on an Acer windows vista 32 bit computer. All the updates for windows are installed. When I try to uninstall CF8 it tells me that I don't have enough access....I'M THE ADMIN!! Two questions: WHY is it doing this and HOW do I fix this? I have the CFMX Application Development book (6) and MX Studio. So I thought I'd get back into it. I really need some help here.
On Windows Vista you never have full administrator rights. Even though you have an administrator account, only the user named Administrator has full rights and ownership over the system (kind of like the root account on Linux). However, you can bipass this, by turning off the UAC (User Account Control) witch gives you full access to the system. To do this, go to the Control Panel and switch to Classic View. Go to the User Accounts section and click on "Turn User Account Control on or off". Uncheck the Use User Account Control checkbox and click ok. After rebooting your system, you should have full access. I recommend turning UAC back on after you solve your problem (I hope it solves the problem), but it's up to you. Please let me know if this does the trick.

In serious need of help for huge Premiere Pro Picture glitch. Confounded beyond belief.
Gents and ladies, I have been at this for two days and am in desperate need of help. Right now my editing in Premiere Pro is completely stalled due to a bizzare picture glitch. I am 100% stuck and unable to edit.
When I add a picture to my bin, it's ok. Then I add a second and it seems fine. But any and all pictures I add after that show up as the first picture. Never mind that the name of the file appears correct.
The picture itself, both the thumbnail and the picture in the timeline, etc. are just the first picture.
I have rebooted,restarted, started new projects with new settings, cleared the Premiere Pro cache... NOTHING works.
Video is not a problem. Only pictures. And I am now dead in the water as a result.
Look at this screenshot. See how the other than the second picture they are all the same? Well, they shouldn't be. But they are. And I am stuck and unable to edit at all as a result.
WTH is happening here?
I have Premiere Pro 5 on a PC from Adobe Production Premium.
One issue I have had recently is in the middle of editing Premiere Pro will start conforming video that has already been conformed prior.
Begging for help here.I guess I should expect a snarky answer from someone named "Snarky McSnarkster." You are being quite rude. It is not helpful to tell someone to fix a glitch by buying new software. That is not a solution. I could just uninstall and re-install, but I am not going to risk losing all of my current projects if something goes wrong. That is like a thermonuclear option. And spending a grand on new software is insane when I don't need it. The software has been fantastic since I bought it. But glitches happen and so I have been in this forum before and always found a solution via some helpful experts.
It is also absurd to call me disinterested when I have engaged with everyone here and answered all of their questions. Just because I have tried most of what has been suggested and explained as such does not make me the bad guy.
As for Ann Bens' question: We have seen this issue in the past and re-save was the solution. Are these images RGB?
Yes, most are RGB. Some I have tried are CMYK. I have tried jpegs, tiffs, bitmaps, png. I am completely clueless as to how this is happening.
I am about to try opening Photoshop, opening a bunch of pictures and savings them to a new HD, then starting a brand new project.

Cannot connect new iPhone 4S to my Prius V bluetooth . Have been trying so many different fixes. Maybe if the almighty Apple read the posts, the problem could be fixed. Help!!!

There's clearly something different about the iPhone's bluetooth capabilities than the other two phones. To say it's only Apple's or Toyota's problem isn't very helpful for anyone because, yes, Toyota should have designed Entune for full compatibility with iOS devices and, yes, Apple should have designed the iPhone to be at least as capable as the other phones wrt bluetooth.

I'm not suggesting anything. Your options are:
Start over. It'll take anywhere between a few days and a few months depending on your CD collection
Go to a CD ripping agency. It'll take a day or two, and they charge about a buck or two a CD.
Go to a data recovery agency. They charge a few hundred dollars an hour. -
CRASHING PROBLEM! Seriously need help, CS4 driving me crazy!!
Adobe Photoshop CS4 has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Sounds like a common problem enough eh? Yeah? Well no, and this started happening when I began to practice Vector art with masks and the good ol' pen tool three days ago. It happens RANDOMLY, may happen 5 minutes in, may happen 15 minutes in-- whatever the case it happens at least 10 times a day and it is incredibly frustrating. A lot can happen in a minute when you haven't saved. By the way my document is only 1680x1050 resolution, 75dpi, and is only 7mb big.
I have had Adobe Photoshop CS4 since November, it was okay--my photoshop 7 would not install on vista so oh well! Photoshop CS4 is pretty nice, after disabling vertical sync to prevent brush lag.. anyways fellas, to the point.

SO! My computer is not the best but it is certainly rather powerful! So what's going on? I have Norton protecting me, no viruses or spyware, and I have not installed anything recently that would affect it besides Left 4 Dead but that was 3 weeks ago (awesome game btw, superMEIKO is my steam ID if you want)
Here's what I tried:
-Set page file to minimum 4gb to maximum 14gb.
-Uninstalled (completely, no registry files leftover or w/e) all drivers and photoshop and everything-- then reinstalled with everything up to date
-Updated drivers for wacom tablet
-Tried the user administration thing, where you change user accounts, didn't work
-Disabling everything non-microsoft in my startup and services, nothing
-Overclocking my graphics card--just in case, nothing
SO! My experts, please help a fellow photoshopper out! I am suffering here!

MEIKOThe most common cause of semi-random crashes we've seen is bad fonts (especially in 64 bit, where one of our attempts to work around bad fonts has a bug on 64 bit only).
What OS are you running? And are you using the 32 or 64 bit app?
We have also seen some drivers cause repeatable crashes, and the driver will be named in the crash report as the current module when the crash occurs. -
Having problems with usage on my phone - in serious need of help
My phone continues to say that the "other" on it is taking up 3.3 GB - all other people I know with the iPhone have other taking up only about 1 GB on their phones. I do not even have an entire GB used up with apps, and I have almost 2 GB used up for music - I recently had to delete all my photos to put on a few more songs. I would really like to know why it says my usage is taking up so much room and how I can fix it so that it is actually correct so that I can put the things I want on my phone.

I am desperate and seriously need some help - iPhone tracking.

Long story short – my daughter aged 6 was taken from me last week because my violent rapist ex husband told Children’s Services that I tried to drive her off a cliff and am a serious suicide risk, I abuse her, I neglect her, I’m an alcoholic, anorexic, complete psycho nutjob etc etc, really nasty stuff. I am desperately trying to get her back. I need to prove I was not at this cliff & in fact have never been there, nor have I ever been stalking his house as he claims (& was awarded a 500m exclusion zone from his house so I can’t get my daughter if I need to as well as a ban on any telephone or postal contact between my daughter & I). I can prove my phone has been used every day for the last 2 years with my bills and if I can prove that in that time I have never been to this cliff, among a million other things I need to try & prove by Wednesday, I have a fighting chance of getting her back. I was allowed supervised visitation today & she’s scared & confused, massively regressed, looking physically neglected, she was withdrawn & was trying to tell me something but being supervised she couldn’t & got told off for whispering. The police are powerless in this & Children’s Services believe him over me, unless I can disprove his claims. Apparently it’s my job to prove their allegations are false rather than them having to prove they’re true!
Anyway, I’m trying to do the tracking thing on my iPhone 4, IOS 5.1.1.

I have no idea what any of this means but I have heard this technology is no longer valid? Apple has changed it or something? In addition, Apple update that "fixed" the percieved problem, so the data is no longer accessible.
The only way to "prove" what you want to is get a court order for your cellular company to pull the records for the location of your phone over time from their system.
They know exactly where you phone is at any given moment, but that is not going to be something they will give you just for the asking.
Get a lawyer. If you had one, they would have already advised you of this. If you can't afford one, call legal aid. -
DVI to TV problem. I need some help please
OK, Im running a MAcbook pro latest OSX all updates etc... In the past i have been able to plug in the adapter to the DVI and run on end of an RCA cable out of it to the RCA video in on any tv. I would normally just hit f7 and the display would be seen on the tv. The problem is now I can get a picture on the tv what so ever. I have tried the detect display feature and no luck. I have tried multiple tvs and cables..no luck....
No when i connect to an external computer monitor using the other DVI adapter everything is fine on the external monitor.
I believe the problem started when I hooked up the external computer monitor. It seems some setting has changed that will only recognize the the computer monitor.
I don't think its the DVI to to tv adapter having a problem as it's newer..never been abused or anything like that... Im very confused and frustrated any help would be appreciated

Weird problem and I need your help!

I'll keep this short and hopefully someone will be able to give me a simple answer to this problem - it's been driving me nuts for days!
Here's the situation, as concise as I can be:
- import clips from my video camera to iMovie, no problem
- sort clips, edit them, throw them into the timeline, no problem
- add transitions, effects, titles, no problem
- export to Quicktime so I can watch it on my computer and share it on my computer network - no problem, the movie looks great
Here's the problem!
- I now want to burn the Quicktime movie, as is, on to a DVD
- I put the movie into Toast, tell it to do what it does
- Toast burns great
- When I watch the DVD, there's a constant weird flickering, especially when the camera is moving. It's not anything extra, it's like a kind of strobe effect on the whole thing. It looks almost like it's having trouble keeping up with the picture. I wish I could show you but it only happens with a DVD player... and I've tried it on several TVs and DVD players.
I've burned AVI files with Toast the exact same way and have no problems.
What am I doing wrong? I don't want to use iDVD because I don't want any menus and titles and all that - just the movie. It looks great on my computer but as soon as I watch it on a TV, it looks like ... well, it flickers. I've tried burning with different settings and resolutions, but it always comes out the same.
I hope this makes sense to someone. Help?

In case you are wondering, I need it on DVD to mail to some relatives overseas who are afraid of new things - but they are able to put a DVD in the tray, which is all I want... they put in the DVD, it plays a movie. That's all.1. Start up Terminal by using Spotlight or starting it from Applications -> Utilities
2. Type: killall OpaqueMenuBar (case sensitive spelling)
Nothing should come up as a result. If it says "no processes belong to you were found" check the spelling or skip to the next step
3. Go to your applications folder (commandshiftA in Finder) and drag the OpaqueMenuBar app to the trash
4. Go into the System Preferences -> Desktop, change the wallpaper to something else and then back again.
Uninstallation should be complete. -

on next day that collection amount must come as a poeninig balance at the top of the list.
this i had done using two subroutines.
i have to call the subroutine for opening balance for previous day's collection first. after that in have to calculate the todays collection.

There is no need to use two subroutine. Actually, this would be bad programming. Instead use a switch for your subroutine which determines whether the calculation should be done for the actual and the previous day, e.g.:

Problem on logic need ur help so bad
hi im kindda new to logic and i hope my english's fine ... i got logic on my macbook pro for like only 2 weeks
im runnin it in some big show based on the logic project , every time i tried it in home nothing bad happend but when i get to large stages with bass vibrations after 2 or 3 songs i get "disk too slow" problem and after clickin 3-4 times "continue" logic seems to be ok .
